I was attempting to place an online order 10/31/21, their payment system kept glitching out & wouldnt accept my debit card! After 5 or 6 attempts it finally went through! Then I reviewed my bank app & found they charged me 4 times more! I canceled my order, called their 800 number, spent 30 more minutes on the phone. I have been a loyal customer. What is going on with this place?!? I was informed I would get my account restored in 8 days! No items, money stolen. This is my idea of pure hell on earth.

Clean and light floor. Shopping environment is comfortable with music provided. Price is good especially for those on-sale items. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Public restrooms available. Fitting rooms available. Nursing room available (waiting area with tables and chairs provided). Free parking lot available. Many shopping options are nearby. HWY I-5 nearby.

You had what I needed and you had it ready fast. You can not believe how you have helped me in a pinch.

I dont do much shopping here. However I go every three weeks. For their protein bars, called ONE they have absolutely almost all the flavors. However theyre the only store and welcome County that has the cookie dough flavor. Which is my favorite. I have tried all different kinds of cookie dough protein bars and I do not like them. This is the only one I love. So if youre trying to find protein bars called ONE thats the place to go.

Getting charged .50 cents for a bag that I didnt ask for! I order from other stores all the time and I have never had to pay for a bag. The important factor is that I didnt ask for a bag. If I did, then you have a right to charge me just like when people shop at the stores. I will do my shopping elsewhere form now on.

I would like to thank the hard workers of target that made sure that they released the new Pokémon set on the day of release, and also set limits. It was a breath of fresh air from the normal release experience at other stores.To whom ever was involved on 02/19/21 Thank you!!!

The items I wanted were mostly in stock. The store was in a chaotic mess. Pallets on aisles everywhere and restocking carts galore all over the food and Household departments. Does this store get restocked during the night or all day while customers try to shop? Was this a store or a warehouse, it was hard to tell in many areas of the store.

Im a big fan of this Target location. Most of the employees are great (the folks in the cellphone corral can be pretty uninterested in helping you,) and the place is kept pretty clean. Stocking seems to be happening every time I go regardless of time, which in my opinion is a good thing not a bad thing. I just wish the other shoppers could actually respect everyones 6-feet of personal space.

I absolutely love shopping at Target one of my favorite places. I love that they have almost everything from skincare, cosmetics, clothing, electronics and household items. I can find my favorite hairstyle items that some stores dont carry.One of the place I like to shop at because of all the different variety they sell. Also you can get discounts and get fantastic deals that save you money. Staff members here are very friendly and super helpful. If you need help with anything theyll go out of there way. Also theyll answer any of your questions or concerns about items. Especially ones that work in the cosmetics area they even recommend a product that I never heard of or tried.

I love shopping at Target. I find their deals to be competitive, their service to be consistently good, and I like the many options of purchasing online/ delivery/ pick-up/ in store. I also like the Red Card (debit) savings of 5% no matter what. Huge fan!

I’ve been told to come down here for teacher stuff in the dollar spot and I often do to check it out but if you don’t hit it on the exact right time at the beginning of the month it is BARE. There is usually nothing there for weeks on end (I’ve been down three times in the last two weeks and the dollar spot has been nearly completely empty). It’s been a huge letdown.Two stars because when I do come in that sweet spot they do have good stuff. It just clears out because it’s the closest Target for BC teachers too.

Unfortunately the overall store management has failed and employees in the target tech department utilized our accounts, personal details and social security numbers for gain illegally.We have had to file police reports & fix privacy issues due to this repeatedly. We still have no solid legal response to if it’s been resolved.Still awaiting word 7 months later from corporate with both Target & Marketsource.

Very nice staff member Marie was her name in mens department. My son is in welding at school and needed a certain brand of work pants. She was so kind as to take the time and look at different brands & tell me what they were made of as well as the shirts I also inquired about. She wasnt snotty didnt pass me off, very very helpful! You dont always get that kind of service. I spoke with her supervisor to let her know what an amazing employee she has. Thank you agian Marie! It is a clean and organized store with a large variety of merchandise. The pick up option through their app is awesome.

We love target. So of course I’m giving a five star review. But I dislike the target being in a mall. I can’t take stars away for that. And they’ve recently redone a lot of the store. It’s kind of a different setup. Hopefully it’s working for them.This store is packed always. I’ve never been here on a “slow” day. I’m not sure if that’s because we are so close to Canada or what. But parking is always crazy. And so are the lines. I wish they’d have more cashiers.

Time and time the customer service at this Target has been absent and seriously incompetent. If you ask for help, the employees act like you asking something out of their pay grade. Most of the Caucasian employees never smile and have no desire to help. Today I found out why, their Manager Nick embodies these insufferable qualities but with a bullish mentality. For example, if you don’t like what’s going on his store “too bad, go somewhere else “, employees over customer service. Too bad this Manager Nick, doesn’t realize he is just an employee himself not an owner. So I hope Target Corporate offices would look into this.

I shopped at Target on Sept 7. Went for lunch and discovered I left my wallet at Target. Of course I was in a frenzy because I had money in it so I called to find out someone had turned it in. I went back to get it and all the money was still in it, so whoever turned it in I say a big thank you. You should be the employee of the month. There are still honest people out there! I really enjoy shopping at Target to begin with...I will say that product selection is quite good- Service is fine and friendly enough- it’s clean...That being said, the only negative I see is the post- renovation order in the store. It’s really hard to find things- I’ll get used to it but it was big change:).

Love it here! Wish they didn’t close down in Canada...Great home selection and baby stuff and pretty much everything else. But when it comes down to baby clothes that are actually stylish, there’s like none.They also need to accept tap pay on their terminals for credit cards...

Target always has great prices and selections but today I had an employee named Taylor (Blonde Hair), go above and beyond! I was purchasing some Jeans for my daughter and I liked the look of the wash on the Mannequin, I found the Jeans but they just looked slightly different? So I asked Taylor for help and we looked through the pile and sure enough the Mannequin was slightly different, perhaps a different batch? I really wanted the wash/color from the Mannequin so Taylor took the pants of the Mannequin for me and I got what I wanted. She was so pleasant, she could see the slight difference in the Jeans and made sure I was satisfied! Employees like Taylor is something I wont forget. Our family shops Target first always!

Covid precautions still mostly in place where other stores are slacking more lately. This helps me feel safer in Target than other stores.

The inventory is broad and economical; the staff are helpful and cheerful; the pick-up options are considerate and convenient.

After the renovation this year I am not 100% sure where to find things. But even with that being said, Target is the best. The employees here are always happy to help and the store is clean and organized.

This is a better Target location than most. It gets a lot of customers from visiting Canadians, which enables it to carry a wider variety of merchandise. This store is always clean and very smoothly run. Even when it’s busy we seldom have difficulty finding a parking place and can get it and out relatively quickly. One of my favorite things, is the fact I can call the store if I’m looking for something and an associate will actually answer the phone, then proceed to help find the item and put it on hold for the day. This level of customer service is a rarity in a big box, and it was earned my loyalty.

I get a really weird feeling when Im in this store. I feel like half of the store is just secret shoppers and the customer service is horrible. I wanted to buy a cooking set that was on sale and it rang up at full price and it took 20 minutes to resolve the issue.

Alex at target was extremely rude, I wouldn’t suggest asking him for help at all. He made very rude and suggestive comments.

Very bad service! While the receptionist on the phone was very helpful, the connection to the electronic department at 9:10 in the morning was not forthcoming. The phone rang at least 8 minutes without anyone to answer. All I needed was information on the purchase of a new smart phone and transferring minutes from one device to another. I will take my business elsewhere.

This Target didn’t have knitting needles like I wanted, but Lita in the cafeteria went above and beyond and spent extra time making sure I got caramel popcorn that wasn’t burnt for my friend. The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you!

I generally love target, but I absolutely hate the customer service at this specific location.I work in retail, and understand that part of the employees job is to be in the lookout for theft, but the way these employees do it is over the top and borderline harassment. Dont make it so obvious.I once had an employee when I was in the make up aisle literally follow me down all the aisles and conveniently have to face up all of the make up products next to me.Please dont treat all of your customers like thieves, it makes the shopping experience uncomfortable for them. I dont need the same employee asking me if I need help multiple times in a row or ask me if Im still doing all right.Please train your employees how to properly handle these situations.

If youre not white they will follow you through the whole store.... dont recommend

A really well put together selection in each section of the store. Plenty of natural/organic foods. They have a couple of their own store brands, which are all really good and comparable to big brands. All products are always fresh.Clothes selection is great for both kids and adults. Quality and prices are comparable to other fast fashion designer stores.Its easy to get lost here for an hour or two.Grab a cup of coffee from the bistro, for a much more comfortable stroll through the store.

The manager helped me when l needed to get the crib on sale for our new baby. Great help.

PHARMACY REVIEW: The staff is lovely in person and on the phone. Very efficient and friendly. Steve (head pharmacist?) is the nicest pharmacist in town!

Target has everything and for a great price. My fiance and I are working on renovating/redecorating our home, and when he won gift cards through work, I told him to pick Target because I know well get most of our stuff there!

The upgrade made the atmosphere at this location really perk up. They had my boy Jason Derulo playing over the loud speakers and man, it was hard not to boogie down the cat litter aisle, let me tell you. The only thing I think is kinda weird is that the bananas are sold “by the each” which I feel is a strange way to word “per banana”, but whatever gets the point across, I suppose.

This target is my little slice of heaven! I see all these nice folks about 2-4 times a week (I wish I was kidding... Really I should have my own parkin spot!) The staff is always friendly & always tending to restock.

They have pretty much everything we would need at home. The checkers are fast, the place is clean. Theres an exit that goes to the mall. Overall nice Target.

I like the redesign of this store. I wish they had a bigger home section and more stock in general. Considering this store stocks all of this part of Washington and southern BC there should be more inventory and in store events. Also there should probably be another target in this area to help accommodate the crowds.

Ive been to many Targets across the country and this is by far the best one in terms of customer service. Employees are always so polite saying hello and asking if I need any help. Sounds trivial yes but Ive never gotten that kind of pleasant attitude anywhere else. Who cares about the flood of Canadians. They come here to buy stuff at a cheaper price and get free healthcare in their home country. Best of both worlds in my opinion.

Clean and fast. Courteous staff. Almost everything is easy to to find. Maybe not as fun as it used to be... but I think thats a corporate cutback thing. Good staff.

Like most parents this time of year on the hunt for the right Halloween costume in the right size for the right price. After hunting over five different retailers I must say my experience here at Target of Bellingham was by far the best, FRANK an associate in guest services was very informative, his customer service and professionalism is definitely what we call above and beyond.
