The products there where good. But the whole experience of the ladies working there .. completely rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and treated very poorly. I wanted to buy some products but the lady with short black hair and glasses. She could use some manners and grace. I dont plan on going back. I recommend shopping online only.

Usually I love Sally’s. I order a lot of stuff here and do my hair a lot. But it makes no sense for you to be able to order something online then proceed to wait in line for 25 mins to get into the store. I called the curbside number which is marked on the window and they said I would have to wait in line as well. Maybe they are just working out the kinks but you should have a way to do curbside if it offers it on the window. But I wish you guys the best of luck and hope you get it sorted out soon.

They closed their door and locked up the store 10+ minutes before the actual closing time. Even saw me and acknowledged I was there but didnt bother

The employees at Sallys were very helpful. One went out of their way to offer to check if there was more of an item I wanted. Being kind and polite goes a very long way.

Good enforcement of social distancing and helpful non pushy staff

Very poor staff and they should not hire un matured girls to work there as customer service.She calls 911 immediately even though nothing happens.I took my mask off for a second to adjust it and she asked me to put it on and i did not deny her but she called 911 for that. Unbelievable

Highly recommend. Wanted to turn my hair a specific color. A nice younger woman showed me how to do it cheapest, and I was out the door as soon as I picked my shade.

Rude staff

Can pretty much find anything you need when it comes to hair products. They have a fair selection of nail care and polish. And a small cosmetic section with basics.

I went to go buy something I knew they had in stock, and went to open the door and it wouldn’t budge. There were staff standing right there staring at me, and I knocked to ask what was up, and then they told me they were closed after watching me pull and pull on the door.

Staff made me feel super uncomfortable when going in with my friends to find press on nails. I had a lady staring at me by the register, and multiple staff ask me if i needed assistance within a few seconds from each other then proceeded to stand near me staring. I actually went and sat outside because i felt so uncomfortable. Never had this kind of experience before here and ive been coming here for years. I wont be back.

Some of the employees are knowledgeable, and some arent. Ash brown is green based and turns your hair green. Just so you know.

I ran into Sally’s real quick for some lashes and a teaser brush. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean and organized. Can’t ask for much more. Thank you for the kind customer service.

Dont always have what Im looking for, but most employees will be able to help me find a place that has what I need or suggestions for the next best thing. Have yet to have a horrible experience there, but Im always greeted kindly and leave satisfied with my purchase.

The employee who helped me out tonight was very knowledgeable and helpful. But I was a little disappointed that so many of their hair color swatches were missing because I was trying to pick a fun color and really wanted the visual aid.
