Not real happy with the attitudes of the employees behind the counter, seems like they really dont want to help you. Kinda like Im a nuisance to them. Been to many Fergusons around the country and this one is not very friendly. I dont usually complain but this is worth being mentioned.

Order part for our hot water tank on monday, said be here on Tuesday, no show, they shipped it toanother facility reodered Tuesday said it would be here on Wednesday still no show. Said for sure on Thursday, guess what wrong part. (They had pictures of the model number and tank,, brought in the part I needed to replace).Now they say sure on Friday. 5 days no hot water due to their incompetence .

They are more of a wholesaler.They have specialty iteams, you may not find attached your local home improvement stores. Which means you are going to PAY for them.Cash customers, beware !If you would happen to need to return anything you will be waiting2 weeks for a check in the mail. Yes even with a receipt.
