This store is awesome. Nice open space, inviting atmosphere, with friendly knowledgeable employees. They have a wide selection of semiprecious material at great prices! Also, a plethora of pendants & specialty beads. A great shop for creators on any budget!

Loved the selections and sales they had for the last day if them being open, but the staff could have been a little more customer friendly. They was nice when we entered, but we ended up being followed around and just getting funky looks and rude sounding responses when we asked a simple question.

The bead shop is nicely set-up but overpriced. I stopped going there because of the unpleasantness of the employees who work their. One of the employees possible the owner a lady confronted me while i was on my phone and told me i have to get off of my phone. What if i was on the phone getting an order for beads and i needed to look at them to confirm that is what they needed? What if i was on an emergency call? What if i was checking on my children? .... Exactly! Could have been a number of reasons why i was on my phone and it is a free country where i should be allowed to do so in public places. They said if i continued on my phone it would mess with the calmness of the feeling they want people to have when they go in. I was the only customer. Rude, not calm or relaxing. Very stressful place to shop in. Another employee after the fact kept referring to me as sweetheart and kept saying HI BEAUTIFUL. Was very uncomfortable. Never going back.

Sadly they are closing on Feb 20th. Amazing store with a huge wonderful selection of beads and pieces to make jewelry. Great and helpful staff. This place will be missed for sure.

Sadly this lovely shop is closing their brick and mortar store in early 2018. Will have an online store and still have their need shows on the road.

I walked in the door, almost had to kneel and genuflect, the door barely closed behind me, and i whispered....wow!!! Most amazing store, I have back issues and cant walk too far or long or stand at any length of time, they let me have a stool, answered my questions, showed me around, it was a wonderful experience!!!

WOW! REALLY!? They had the audacity to run my card twice - CHARGED ME 2 TIMES back in April. Then when I went on my online statement to verify that; The first transaction didnt go through. (Which is what the woman working there said ... And dumb me - I let her run my card a second time.) Anyways I called them that day - it took 2 weeks to finally get a refund. NOW TODAY - May 16th - on my Saturday - I wake up to a charge notification that they now charged me again! And Im in another state! SO I call Beauty In the Bead Shop and they told me to call my back. So I did. My bank confirmed that they initially made 2 transactions, refunding 1 and now today MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE - on my card. Lucky for me, dmy bank was able to remove the un-approved charge. An inconvenient way to spend my morning. I will not be shopping there again. And just a tip = use cash if you shop there!
