Only 3 stars due to, that Im going to have to go back and get some money refunded to me. I had purchased buy 1, get 1 half off sale and charged full amount on both books. Also wished prices werent as high as the are. Otherwise a great spot to grab a book and coffee in their onsite Starbucks cafe.

The parking lot is a Lil bit hard to get into. the easiest way is to turn around in the mall parking lot

Great place to shop for books and related materials. You have to purchase a bag if you buy a stack of books though in the event you forgot to bring your own... I get being frugal about things but come on already!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The selection is great. The atmosphere is peaceful - I was able to read through 6 chapters of a Dean Koontz book I wanted to add to my collection and it was nice to be undisturbed and have a chance to make sure it was the book I wanted. Will be back next time Im in the area!

Clean, easy to find books, great selection of books for under $15. Has new areas from previous years styles. Seems to have a nicer layout. Love the blind book pick area. Hoping to pick one up. I also enjoy that this store posts on Facebook and asks the community questions about books, authors, and other related book related things. This Barnes and Noble also has: toys, activity books, planners, Legos, bookmarks, journals, art supplies, and more. Easy to check out. No more huge long line to enter from. Has a Starbucks shop inside too. Its not the typical Starbucks though. Tables were clean and socially distanced.

I drive by this place so much on the way to almost everywhere else that I really should drop in sometime. I just feel like I never have enough money on me at those times.

Its a small Barnes & Noble so they have a little bit of everything. The one back in New Jersey, in my home state was far bigger and had a second floor. However, the cashiers were friendly and checked me out quickly. I purchased Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi and a cute bookmark and was on my way. Everything is organized and neatly categorized and the staff take their time reorganizing shelves and disinfecting surfaces even as customers walk around. Theyre not in your face and allow you to peruse freely and are very helpful if you need assistance. Its a nice location for sure and Im glad I went.

My live of B&N is fueled by nostalgia and new-book smell. I adore this store. Times have changed for bookstores, now youll find many more games, puzzles, and coffeestands within the walls but its still fun to browse.

If you are a person of color and are wearing a bag, it will be an uncomfortable experience . i wanted to enjoy my evening by going to a bookstore but instead i was followed by the employees, especially the manager. never asked if i was doing okay, only one of the employees asked because i made eye contact when they were circling around me. it was a very troubling.

I went in to get help with my old Nook and instead bought the newest version at a very good price. Then went back to get help setting it up. Great customer service!

A very large store with an amazing selection. It is very quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I inquired about a book and they led me right to the section I needed. Also, there was plenty of hand sanitizer and protective barriers at the register to help keep everyone covid safe.

My son loved big nate

A very unwelcoming place today. They dont have enough seats to sit and when you buy a drink, you can only sit in for 30 minutes. If you somehow sit on the floor away from everyone because there arent enough seats and you want to leave space for others who are actually drinking, thats also a big problem for them. A woman in a pink shirt rudely tells you that you cant sit on the floor even by yourself. The lady was very rude and seemed miserable to be working in this place. Maybe keep it closed if you cant function like a normal and decent human being. Barnes and Noble was known for a place where someone can sit on the floor and thats what I was doing and there was no one around me either. They make up their own random rules about social distancing. There is no place on the door where the masks are required yet when you go in, they again rudely tell you and pressure you to wear one as if were dumb. I guess they wont get my business from now on.

I love this store. Not only do they have almost every book that you can think of, but they also have lots of art supplies. It is kind of pricy though, but because almost everything is top shelf quality

I have so many fond memories of visiting B&N as a young graduate student. Their selection of books was—and remains vast: including several shelves of classics and bargains. Although I purchase most of my books on Amazon these days, I do miss the ambience of bookstores such as these.

Love how they put their own price tag over the real price tag on the magazine cover and then over charge you.Plus the people in the store that are so scared to get the covid.Makes it easy to roam around the store with nervous basement dwellers everywhere!!

Its nice that there are still some book stores that sell books. Barnes & Noble. Books that tickle just about any fancy. I actually became greatly interested in a bunch of Classics of literature that were on sale for $5 and $10 each. The $5 ones were paperback, but the $10 ones were a fairly decent quality hardcover.

Decided to buy locally. Website said they had the book but once we got there we were told only enough were ordered for preorders. Looked for two other books but could not find the authors we were looking for even though the website said they were in stock. Went to the help counter where a lady was sitting behind a big sign that said help desk closed. Gave up.Amazon here we come

This is a great bookstore. Its fun to walk through the aisle and peruse, and they have a great little coffee shop in the corner to sit and read.The times I went in looking for something specific, they unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for. So thats a bummer. Had to go to Amazon for those purchases, but the store itself is still fun to visit.

I still prefer physically picking up books and flipping through them before buying them. Though they may cost more than buying books online, and they dont have as much in stock as say Amazon or something, its nice being able to physically hold it in your hand and walk out of the store with a book the same day you want it.

Very clean and organized place. The staff were super helpful. I went looking for a specific item and was looking around when an employee asked me if she could help me. I showed her the item on my phone and she looked up the item and took me right to it. Definitely a great place.

Cant go wrong with a good book! Ive honestly been here a couple times now and I like the atmosphere. This last time I went for vinyl and I found a small shelf, it was all newer vinyl so I didnt end up getting one. However, I did find a nice meal planner for the fridge so I didnt walk away empty handed. :)

Oh how I love Barnes & Noble. This one has a good selection of coloring books. I was also thrilled to find one of Mary Berrys baking books!

I always like going to Barnes & Nobel. They have a very large selection of books in a wide variety of genres. I prefer this brand to the ones we have in Canada! Who have cut shelf space for books and replaced it with tchotchkes and gifts. The only down side is that there aren’t any kiosks that allow access to the B&N catalogue of available books either in store or online. You have to find some one to look it up on there computers. A slight inconvenience

Theres something about a bookstore that I love. Barnes and Noble has done a good job of still convincing me that their primary business is still books. They do stock a number of non-book related items, but books still seem to be the primary business. Theyve got a large teen / young reader section, as well as a large variety of self help, fiction and non-fiction. For the coffee lovers, theres a Starbucks on site.

Always very friendly staff here. I love just spending free time browsing for a new book to read with my partner. They usually have what Im looking for in stock. The store is also well laid out so its easy to find things.
