Enjoying my first time in Bellingham, and found of a nice little cookie joint. Ordered my cookies only for him to yell really loud that he didnt have more than half the cookies I placed. He then made it seem as if it was my fault for wanting said cookies not for him to be behind on his job. His name is Ryan, so if you stop make sure to speak with someone else. Insomnia cookies were fresh and tasty. Both Monsterwiches were great!

They were super awesome! My husband somehow grabbed the ONLY expired milk in their fridge and they gave him and I an IOU for some free cookies. Shout out to everyone there for being so courteous and kind. Really appreciate every one that works there!

My boyfriend and I decided to stop by because we were in the area, we ended up ordering the Chocolate Chunk, Peanut Butter chip, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies. They were baked perfectly, tasted fresh and still warm. Marcus was very helpful and friendly, will come back again.

Their ice cream is amazing and they have some of the best oatmeal raisin (yeah Im one of those people) cookies Ive had in a while. They also deliver and you can build custom ice cream sandwiches. Cant really ask for more.

What a brilliant idea. Warm cookies delivered until 3am! We did not use get them delivered but stopped in and had a delicious cookie to go. A little on the pricey side, $3.50 for one cookie, but it was warm and delicious. If we lived in Bellingham I am positive we would take advantage of their delivery service!

I was a delivery driver. My manger often spoke about hating fireman, and expressed his anger that insomnia introduced a military discount, calling it a “bootlicker” discount. Harassment was very present but never taken seriously. The pay was alright, however you may not get scheduled for a week or two if you speak out about management. I was not even spoken too when I was let go I was literally just removed from a group chat, even after messaging my manger directly I was still ignored and removed. There was also countless times of drivers with no food handlers permit, making dough and orders. Over all 1/10 experience

I was really confused when I opened the pizza box. Never seen a crust like that - not stuffed but layered. And the pepperonis were unexpectedly crunchy and sweet. Strangest of all, I was satisfied after just one slice. Two slices and I just felt bloated. After three slices, the game was afoot. One full pizza later, I have no regrets. I guess its not too different from a regular pizza after all.

I cant tell you how therapeutic my recent visit to Insomnia Cookies was. Not what you expected in a review? Well read on.My dog passed away tragically and unexpectedly yesterday. Its been rough. Our go- to takeout in town in is Ginger Boat, so we ordered some and went to pick it up. When we got out of our car we thought hey, we should check out insomnia cookies. You see we usually make our own cookies but that day we had no energy. So we walk over, and we are greeted by the guy behind the counter, he asks us how we are doing. Well, to be honest this is the worst day ever, what the best thing you have? We havent been here before but we need some sugary happiness He lets us sample a couple cookies and instead of little crumb samples, my man hooks us up with some serious samples. The kind gesture was small, but boy did I almost start crying. We got $20 of cookies and headed out. After getting home we didnt have much appetite, but later that night I decided to have a cookie. I opened up the box and found that in addition to our ordered and crazy delicious Peanut Butter cookies was one of the deluxe PB Cup cookies on top. What a pleasant surprise. Again, almost in tears. Sometimes (especially in 2020 it seems) its easy to forget that there are good people out there, but my visit to insomnia cookies reminded me that there are. To the nice guy behind the counter that helped us out and surprised us with compassion and extra cookies, thank you so much for helping us on our worst day. Its a small gesture, but it means a ton to us.I think Ill be making my own cookies much less in the future.

Ordered from here 4 more times than I should have and regretted it every time... some nights tho I feel like a big fatty and I get a hankering for cookies... as some other reviews have noted the price is high, about $2.50 a cookie for the 12 pk after a $5 tip, which would not really be an issue if they all came fully cooked but sadly every order Ive received has had about 50% of the cookies oily and undercooked AF to the point where they cant be picked up and probably shouldnt be eaten... hopefully last night will be the last delivery I order because the cost is high and the quality of product is at best mediocre and at worst inedible...

You think...but its just cookies..I could bake them myself. Dont, just go.The vibe is cool, the cookies are gooey and great. Staff is friendly, and really excited to be part of the Bellingham community. They even have gluten free cookies so you can be an office or party hero for everyone. Late night delivery is just a bonus.Id give them 5 stars, but they dont have diet cookies 😂

Im not sure who it was but one of the employees came through my drive thru tonight at Cordata DQ and made my entire staffs night by giving us two boxes of cookies. He was super friendly and it was just the perfect way to end our Thursday night. Please let him know we are very happy he did that thank you so much you rock.🤗🤗🤗🤗

We were there right before noon, we got two chocolate chip, an m&m and a big peanut butter chocolate one. They were really good, soft and warm, lots of chocolate. Do not take in the car with kids, mine made a mess just sitting there.

I am a professional in the lazy industry, so Insomnia Cookies is perfect. They deliver throughout the night which honestly worked great for a sleep over, and the cookies taste really good. It is expensive but worth it.

I was surprised how delicious the cookies were, and delighted that they were warm! I had a peanut butter cookie and a chocolate chunk sandwiching their icing. My kids each got a small ice cream (chocolate chip mint and choclate) and a cookie (double chocolate mint and chocolate) and both were raving about how delicious everything was and how the cookies tasted like homemade and how I was the best mom ever...just yummy.

You don’t accept cash?! I drove from the other side of town to be turned away at the door. Tip: if you don’t accept money, don’t be in business. I’ve never encountered a business that doesn’t accept cash.

Have been to this location before and did a walk up order. The cookies were great. Then ordered the two cookies and milk deal online (early V day gift). Waited over an hour, so I called to see what the average wait time was. Customer service was super helpful and gave a great coupon for the long wait time. Would go to again, but probably not have them deliver.

These cookies are SO good! Very sugary though. They’re a great pick-me-up after work.I’ve only ever walked in. They are a new location and right next to a college, so I think longer delivery times is reasonable.

Always brings tasty cookies, delivery is quick and the employees are always sweet. Very convenient when you’re too high to drive to the store for snacks, even late at night. I am sad they don’t have any dairy alternatives, because I love ice cream with my cookies and I’m sad they can’t bring me that too since I don’t drink milk.

Ice cream sandwich and a brownie a la mode were good! Try double chocolate chunk cookies with the raspberry cheesecake ice cream. Staff was super friendly, vibe was good. Ill definitely consider ordering in the future.

The place is brightly lit, open, with no table seating. The store is tiny but room for a line.

I hate this place. The cookies were RAW. After reading other reviews I know now I’m not crazy. and it was SO expensive. It costs like $0.10 to make one but they charge like almost $4.00 for ONE cookie.. really ?

So wanted this to be a success. However, an hourafter ordering, still no cookies 😭 No customer service help either. Playing with peoples emotions through cookies just isnt cool.

We waited over an hour for the cookies after we had scheduled it to be delivered at a specific time. It is not worth that wait at all. Do not order from this store. Also the snickerdoodle and sugar cookie were COMPLETELY raw. We called customer service and they did not have the phone number for the store to call them and see what was going on.

I waited for over an hour for my cookies to arrive. The deluxe triple chocolate was great but the sugar cookie was raw in the middle. I wont be ordering from them again!

After 30 minutes of the cookies baking I asked my wife if I could just walk to the store and buy some cookies instead. She had faith that Insomnia Cookies would still deliver. She called their number and a rude lady told her the cookies were on the way.So we spent a half hour debating whether or not I should just go buy some cookies for $3.29. Then I left for the store.Thirty minutes waiting. Thirty minutes debating. Twenty minutes walking. I only barely got beat out by their delivery.The cookies were just ok. $17. Why?Just keep some break and bake cookies in the fridge, people. Save some time and money.

A pretty novel idea. My cookies showed up in less than 30 minutes. Overall great, but several of my cookies were a bit undercooked.
