I went into super supplements because my 12 year old son was sick. I wanted advice on a variety of symptoms. It was close to closing. The women who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and took her time with me. At the end she even helped me with a coupon. I am a health care provider in the community and refer a ton of people here and I am always impressed with the service and knowledge everyone has.

We only buy vitamin C softgels there. They do not keep it in stock often enough. If they would keep it in stock better, I would give it a 5 star.

They have a fairly good selection, but Im really NOT okay with their bad return policy. I purchased a supplement and found it DID NOT work as the package and clerk stated. When one is in a hurry, ya just dont stop and read the fine print about their return policy. I took it back three days later, and found I could only get a store credit. This type of service is so old school and not conducive to good service, that Ill get my vitamins, etc. someplace else. But, since I have over a $30.00 credit, of which they are getting interest on, I have to make one more purchase to clear out my account! Their policy is very sneaky and mean spirited.

To expensive. Got a sales pitch on a product for $30 and bought it. I later found exact same supplement for $15 cheaper at a grocery store.

Good selection and prices - odd little store and parking

High prices. My digestive enzymes are 41.00 for 180 caps on Amazon and they charge 45.00 for only 80 caps. The staff is friendly and the parking is bad.
