I saw a Groupon special for a Brazilian Blowout...they said they would honor the price but not on a weekend...so I drove out from Queens on a weekday...Sam did my hair..she did a good job...there was no time for rinsing or a blowout...I drove home with the chemicals in my hair...she told me to keep it in for days if I could but I googled and saw that my hair was supposed to be rinsed before I even left the salon...so I rinsed and moisturized. Sam did a decent job but I feel because it was a groupon the attention and instructions were not given or followed...I would NOT recommend...almost a month later my hair is starting to get slightly wavy

All of the staff were very friendly and upbeat. Joy was very accommodatingand sweet when making my appointment. Olivia did an exceptional job on my keratin treatment. She gave me lots of advise to help my keratin treatment last longer. Taylor and Brianna were very sweet. Such a nice atmosphere in this salon!

Christina is by far the best in town, personable, and professional!! I had my very first Brazilian blowout and she walked me through the entire process. Her blowout technique is nothing short of perfect and she always makes time for a last minute appointment. 5 Stars across the board!! 🤩

I had a brazilian blowout done by Christina. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her. She was very polite and explained the whole process to me as she was doing each step. My hair looked smooth and just the way I wanted it. It has been about 2 weeks now and my hair still looks and feels great. She definitely is experienced and knows what shes doing.

I had a Magic Sleek treatment done and Adriana did a great job. I love it. I would give the salon 5 stars for the Magic Sleek. I had a coupon for the Magic Sleek and she told me that the treatment would strip my color but that she could fix it with a glaze, however, she didnt tell me that I would have to pay an extra $27 for it. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly so that was my only issue.

One of the WORSEEEEEE hair salons I’ve ever been to!!! Did my hair and was not consistent. I called the next day to fix it and they were charging me again to fix it!! So unprofessional and rude people working here!!!!!! Never going back here!!!!!

I had highlights with Crystal and they came out beautiful! Very talented, friendly salon that offers not only haircuts and color but extensions, keratin, and makeup. Love my new blonde and will return for extensions. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience here! I was so nervous to get a brazillion blowout but the stylist explained what she was doing every step of the way and made me feel super comfortable! And absolutely love my hair! Definitely will be coming back.

Where do I even begin. First of all, they changed their location of the place and did not promote that the name of the new location was a complete different name?? Then my hairstylist took me to wash my hair and do my treatment, yet while in the middle of my hair stylist working on my hair, the boss comes up to her and goes “can you clean up and organize the entire makeup case” like I’m sorry what, do you notsee her working on my hair? THEN the boss starts saying out loud “there’s so much smoke everywhere your not gonna use the machine? I don’t care you’ll all die from the chemicals and smoke in the air”. Very unprofessional atmosphere. I noticed other unprofessional aspects around me while my service was being done as well. Needless to say, my treatment wasn’t completed the way it should be. I will not be coming back here for any service.

Salon Nouveau is one of the best salons around. The entire staff is not only talented but friendly. The salon is a very comfortable, down to earth salon.

I absolutely love Salon Nouveau! All of the staff members are friendly and competent and their blowouts are second to none. Kirstin in particular is fantastic. I applaud the owners for doing such a great job hiring their stylists, assistants, and receptionists.

I needed a blow out and came to the salon as a walk in.... they were so accommodating and managed to find the time to squeeze me in. The shampoo girl was so great I went back the next day to get another blow out. The next week I went to get my color done and once again I was completely satisified. Ive been going to salon nouveau for years. Its my favorite hair salon, the best Ive been to. I usually use Cara, however if she is not available all of the hairstylists do a great job and are always happy to help.

I purchased a Groupon for a keratin treatment. I called the salon and made an appointment for an afternoon. When I arrived, I had my hair wash and dried before the beautician handed me a piece of paper to sign. It read something like this: “I understand that since I am not purchasing your shampoo or conditioner, you will not guarantee the service I receive. sign here____”. When I refused to sign it for the mere principle of it, I informed the beautician and later the attendant that I use sulfate free products and I’ve had keratin treatments in the past without any problems. I further stated that this tactic of trying to sell their products by manipulating customers, was outrageous. The attendant apologized and said that they’ve had problems with customers before and the owner was trying to protect herself. She offered to give me a short version of the treatment for the prize of a full service, or they wouldn’t be providing any service at all. I reminded the attendant that she had marked my Groupon as “redeemed”. She said she could call Groupon with me. She did contact the owner but the owner refused to accommodate me. I left early from work to get this service done, I wasted over an hour at the salon and left very stressed and in disbelief that businesses like this one get away with this type of manipulation.

Very Bad experience with highlights!! I went in for blonde highlights and walked out with ashy hair. Called to tell them that I wasnt happy. Told me to go back in and try their highly qualified hair colorist Adrianne. She made my hair so much WORSE!! Completely misunderstood what i wanted. She kept giving me glazes to fix it which made it worse. Then I asked for owner who was supposed to overlook the situation was nothing but rude. (Krystal) She says this is what you asked for I dont understand what the problem is. I explained to her what i wanted and showed her pictures and tells me that my hair looked green in those pictures. Never met someone so unprofessional and rude before. At this point I couldnt walk out looking the way I did so just waited and her fix it. Still not happy with results she gave me coupons which I will NEVER use. Worst day of my life stuck in there for 5 hours!! Stay away!!

Just came back from a High-lights, Brazilian blow-out and an awesome haircut with Crystal at Salon Nouveau. I cant tell you how happy I am with the way it all came out. My hair looks so refreshed and healthy and Crystal did an amazing job. All the staff at the salon are so friendly and nice. They are even participating in the upcoming St. Baldricks event at Jackie Reillys on March 9th....that just goes to show what a dedicated group of people that work at Salon Nouveau.

I was surprised! I went in for just a blowout because it was cheap. I figured it wouldnt be too good. But I was way wrong! Maybe the best blowout I have ever had.Kierstin was professional, fast, and did an amazing job. It lasted me a few days and I was getting compliments on it everyday. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Kierstin! Awful! Never have I left a salon so disappointed with my hair. I asked for highlights and came home with the top of my head one color and the bottom of my hair another. I called and went back the next day to fix it. It came out worse. Now I have to go to another salon to fix this mess. Its embarrassing! Will never go back there.

My 16 yr old daughters hairdresser of 6 yrs was supposed give her blonde hair some lowlights and apparently in a bad mood decided to just put semiperminant chestnut brown (very dark with red highlights) through her entire head and left het for the shampoo girl to finish up.Hysterical after seeing the drastic and unasked for results i had to find a fix.I found Salon Nouveau opened on Monday and noted the 5 star rating. Called. Explained the situation and they had us come right in. EVERY person there was a pleasure to interact with. Adriana is an absolute artist with color fixology. My daughters blonde highlights were back, deeply conditioned and beautifully colored.This is without a doubt our new salon of choice for cuts, blowouts, color and stylish updos for my nieces upcoming wedding.I cant thank the owner and staff enough for their dedication, caring and respect for their clients. Totally amazing place !!!!

Bought my son here for a hair cut with geri. she did a really nice job.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO HERE. Where to begin, I went in to get an ombre done and the woman who was apparently a specialist in ombre, and hair painting didnt even do what I had asked. What was supposed to be light brown to blonde, ended up being a caramel color, with NO BLONDE. Not to mention she had to process my hair three times. I was there nearly 4 hours. To top it off she kept leaving me to blow dry other clients hair...I was so unhappy with how it turned out and then upon paying she tells me its $205!!!! Somehow it went from 160$ to $205. I shouldnt have had to pay for her mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS TERRIBLE SERVICE, and they have no idea what they are doing. Save the trouble and go somewhere actually professional.

The lady who did my hair smelled like she smoked a pack of cigarettes before she did my hair. When i told her the hair dryer was too hot she ignored me. when she was brushing my hair she did it too hard. over all it was a bad experience
