The pharmacy is absolutely terrible! They are constantly making mistakes and they don’t seem to care. This entire store has been going steadily downhill for years now. The store is dirty and the shelves are empty and the pharmacy department is just plain incompetent. I urge corporate CVS to make the necessary changes at this location. This is my second complaint about this store and if it doesn’t get better fast than I will have no choice but to use another pharmacy. I would have given them zero stars if possible. Fix this store!

I have been wating for a prescription from my Dr office since August 30th. It is now September 13 and they still dont have it. The phones are never answered, I had my Dr send a new prescription to Walgreens and had it within an hour. Cvs is the worst, horrible service.

CVS on Jerusalem ave in Bellmore is horrible!!! I will no longer shop or get my prescriptions filled there. Walgreens and rite is where I will be from now on. Had the most terrible experience there this evening

Pharmacy is incredibly slow and the parking lot is a total mess... always garbage lying around, pallets, a random box truck

Horrible .....pharmacy a nightmare. A 30 day script from Apr 22 cant be filled on May 22?? its too early, the computer wont let me fill it.. or not received....every single month another problem. Stay away!!

I live in the area. I can honestly say that this CVS brings nothing to the community.They are the sole producer of noise pollution in the early morning and the late evening.Their merchandise is no different from any other chain pharmacy. The parking lot is the cause of many accidents (both in the lot and in the street) each year.

Wish I could give zero stars! Every time i go here to fill a prescription its never ready and I am stuck waiting 20 mins even when I call before. There is always only one person working the register and there is always a line at the pharmacy. Go to another CVS if you can.

Zero stars. wow. seemed like no one knew what was going on. 3 people looked for a prescription for this one woman ahead of me. for like 15 - 20 minutes. and then they re-did it and then someone found it. I was waiting there for like 40 minutes. not the first joyful experience at this venue. --- actually, I guess I cannot give zero stars. 1 star.

Dont even waste your time, the pharmacist is nothing but a rude obnoxious person and it trickles down to the other staff. HA when you dont want to do your job and claim your phones dont work maybe thats your que to leave and when you need refills forget about it they wont lift their finger to call your dr...the best part was they claimed they first contacted my dr on the 16th and guess what today is the 13th in this month no less lol ridiculous. ......if it wasnt for my insurance changing their business partners, Id still be at east meadow walmart where they actually ACTUALLY go the extra mile without even thinking twice, I mean once unlike here.

Store is always mess, out of stock and the pharmacy is not very helpful.

Worse cvs in the area, terrible parking lot, unorganized aisles and usually mean workers. ID checked me for cold medicine when I walked here. Refused to sell me a single box of cold medicine. Ill drive to Merrick 99.9% of the time
