I Always go here for games and most Recently i bought a Oculus quest 2 great service always has had great games and lowest prices i could find and i mean that 5 Out of 5

Really bad service went to purchase a PlayStation 4 Pro over the phone told I had to come into the store to pay for it get into the store pay for the PlayStation 4 Pro all they wanted me to do was sign up for theyre special promotion stuff when Im not paying for that they take my money they cancelled my order the next day they dont message me they dont call me I called them on a day after I was supposed to pick it up the find out what was going on the guy says he has no information on it my order has been cancelled on the 16th when I ordered it on the 15th my money never got put back on the card they gave me a 1-800 number to call none of them speak English there is no supervisor I get a virtual gift card and I was told I have to wait 3 days for mind you this is the 23rd if they cancelled the order shouldnt the money have been put back on there by now they waited for me to contact them the guy in the store hangs up on me so for people later at the 1-800 number I get a virtual gift card supposedly in 3 days but she wouldnt read back my email I told her so not sure if its actually coming to my email or somebody else is I dont suggest going to the store I dont suggest anything about this store this is a really bad place their customer service is horrible I will update if I get my money back in 3 days o wait its a gift card even though it should have already been there if they canceled my order on the 16th seeing that its now the 23rd very upset that they could not contact me they dont even offer compensation or an apology they just tell you they dont have any information on it I dont suggest buying anything through them I really think an employee just stole the money

I took a brand new cold war that i got for a gift and they gave me 16 bucks back and its a 60 dollar game the reason i returned it was because i play in ps4 and my aunt got it for xbox

The employees there used to tell me I was probably their best customer after they would see my account. Well... Im switching all my purchases to Ebay now. Seems they wanna be the gestapo for Evers so called mask mandate. Ill miss that place but no choice now.

Great staff. They know what theyre talking about and had a good conversation about some games. Brian was the one working when I went in and despite being quite busy, he was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Good variety of console hardware and software. Poor selection for PC. Poor customer service. Staff have a hard time balancing actual customers with phone customers, lending to a less than adequate shopping experience.

Gentlemen was very nice. Had to wait 20+ minutes just to ask a question because there was one guy working while trying to trouble shoot a device and help people check out. Need more associates at this location. Always short staffed.

Decent staff but very compact and limited inventory.

This place used to be a great home for gamers. Now they have staff that dont know games, a preorder system that is worthless now as they dont even call you when a game releases (even if you payed off preordered) and they literally rob people on trade in values for games they still sell for $5-10 less than brand new. Ever since they fired Louis the old GM TJ has had a hard time putting together a good team.Keep in mind Ive gone to this store almost exclusively since it opened. Now I go to amazon, wal-mart, or get stuff right off xbox live, Steam, or PSN.

Friendly staff, clean store, but when checking out I felt a bit rushed and put out that I couldnt find my expired pro card and my phone number didnt match that I wasnt offered a new membership. So yeah... Rushed out the door only with my Deadpool game. Which rocks btw.
