This was a horrible experience! The owner didn’t do a good job! He tried to assault me a 18 year old boy!!! When he’s over the age of 50 or 60! He wasn’t professional! He lied and so on! Pls don’t even bother going here!

The owner is so unprofessional. They didnt finished the job. Told me a price and now gave another price. I gave him 2 chances, and they didnt finished the job. They screamed at me. Also, I felt abused the way he treated me. Never saw an horrible place like that. This place should be closed.

Since I have started towing with the business people are not always happy when their car gets towed by the police or off of somebody elses property. And I have a lot of fast reviews not even customers that we worked on their vehicles

I hit a deer with my SUV, they had my vehicle for over a month. When I went to get it after a waiting so long, I could not open my hood and my battery light was on. Also the front bumper was noticeably not matching the frame. I told the lady in the office that my hood would not open, the battery light was on, and its a new battery. She said the guy who fixed on it would come take a look at it. He did come look and realized that he left off a part. Then I was told it had to be ordered, after they had already had my vehicle for over a month. I took my car back several times, and it still looks horrible, and my battery light is still on. This was an awful situation, being in a wreck, but this body shop just compounded the situation. I gave up on having my vehicle returned to its previous condition if they had anything to do with it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I would post pictures of my car, but Im just so disappointed with the work,Im just going to get rid of the car. Everyone who seeing my car can tell its been wrecked, with one glance at it, because the front bumper is so off. When you bring a problem up to these people, they try and fast talk you, like you dont have a clue. Im smart enough to notice shabby work. Then they give you a warranty, that is not really valid, cause the work is so bad, and they dont want you to take it to another shop, cause it voids the warranty.

I got into a car accident on Wednesday(7/24/19). I am 19 years old, and I was terrified. These people took such good care of me, and were so sweet and kind. They told me how to go about everything. Not only were they the best priced, but they were the quickest. 10/10 would recommend if you need towing or anything!! (I believe the nice man that helped me was named Joe)My car was already a fixer upper, but after this, it was practically totaled. The kind man told me that they had cars for sale, and I decided to take a gander.Not only was I met with a very kind receptionist, (Thank you Ms.Cindy, by the way) but I found a car in great condition and at an AMAZING price. I managed to set everything up with Mr.Keith, and I am so glad I did! Not only were these people amazing with towing the wreck of my old car, the stars were aligned, and they helped me get into a new one! Thank you Belton Collision Center! Youve helped me more than you know, and I will make sure to spread the good word about yall!!!

My mother was involved in a wreck on Wednesday June 3rd. The police on the scene said my mothers jeep needed to be towed and assisted my mom by calling a tow company not knowing who. The Tow driver came much later after my mother had already got a ride home. My mother filed a claim with State Farm and told them where she wanted the vehicle to be repaired at (not this place). State Farm has called to give authorization to take the jeep elsewhere and a tow truck has been sent out multiple times only for the owner to refuse to release my mothers jeep to the tow truck driver to take elsewhere. He also left my mothers vehicle unlocked and it was off the side of the highway where anyone could damage it and/or steal items out of it without having to break into it. They left my mothers caution lights on so her battery is now dead as well. So here we are 2 days later and the jeep is not at the destination we want to even be evaluated to see what repairs can be made and we could of had everything stolen. The owner swears State Farm never called yet State Farm has every record from every time they contacted him with date and time and the conversation spoken all recorded. We will be making a police report tomorrow! Next attempt for the tow truck to cone and get her jeep we will wait at his business to make sure the jeep gets towed which is absurd that we have to do this! The guy apparently commits insurance fraud on the regular. State Farm has contacted him again refusing to pay him a penny after the first night for storage fees. Thank goodness our car insurance is amazing and fights tooth and nail for us!

Got my car back and repairs my insurance had already paid for we’re not completed, had to go back twice to demand them to be completed. This is INSURANCE FRAUD! They also gave me my vehicle back with my tail light so loose I could pull it out. Staff says they will call back and never do, time frames are always inaccurate. Horrible business, there is still more work they got paid to do that was never done, but the damage isn’t as noticeable now and I’m tired of dealing with them. BEWARE!!!!

Id give more stars, if I could.So, my daughter got into a car accident last week. Her first car, malfunctioned.We had the Best wrecker driver. Mr. Joe was so very, good to us. Kind, professional, patient., quick. Just what we needed, after being shaken up from her accident.He let us know that Belton Collision also sells vehicles, which we were obviously in need of, now.Thank goodness!We found a great deal on a vehicle with Mr.Keith, there in the office!Again, we were treated so kindly, and professionally.Its so very nice to find good folks in this world, especially when things are rough.Will Most definitely reccomend both of those gentlemen, and Belton Collision Center/Wrecker service, to anyone wed know in need.Thank you so very much, Sirs.

My experience with Belton Collision was absolutely horrible. The entire facility is unprofessional. The office is dirty and smells like a urinal. The staff is rude and couldnt care less if you are being, or have been assisted. The receptionist/admin assistants attitude is repulsive--I do however, firmly believe that she is just a product of her work environment. Im sure she is generally a pleasant person outside of her job. I was given the runaround the entire time that I dealt with them. I picked and dropped off my vehicle to them several times giving them several chances to rectify their shoddy workmanship. Ultimately, I ended up picking up the parts that they ordered and charged my insurance for--but had zero intentions of ever installing to begin with--and bringing my car to another shop. My insurance company even called me and informed me that they believed that Belton Collision was being fraudulent by charging them for brand new dealership parts yet installing used BROKEN parts instead. Bottom line, if you are considering using them at all i would highly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and bring your vehicle to a reputable shop.

They are truly great in quality and service to offer. They also work with helping the best they can with the auto deductible. Cindy is the best at keeping you up to date with what is going on with your vehicle . I truly recommend them and I will most definitely use their services again if I need to 😊.

I had a great experience. The lady who works there was very hands on and kept my husband and I in the loop at all time. She set up my car rental and I had to do nothing but drop my car off and pick it up. I have told anyone who will listen to bring there vehicle to Belton Collision and they will take care of everything. Great customer service, very great work and very informative. We were told at the time of our accident that the vehicle would be ready in a week, it has now been over a month. Belton Collision keeps requesting supplemental checks from insurance, however, they dont inform you what all of it is for or keep you updated on the progress of repairs. They have lied about 5 times to us and the insurance about when the car would be ready and have spoken very disrespectfully to my husband and I. They will also dodge your calls when you try to call to check status of repairs or get an estimate of completion. The owner has made empty promises and doesnt follow through on any of them. If you want honest and good work done on your car, this is not the place for you. --Now I have gotten my car back and taken it to another repair shop and they have actually documented all the parts that Belton Collision not only didnt replace or buy new (though insurance paid them to), but they actually glued some of my broken parts back on!!

Im gonna tell you this man has worked hard for many years to get where he is now ...my truck is there now ..no you cant make everyone happy but if your not good or dont do a good job then the locals will talk ..and that shop would be closed faster then you can slap a tick in this town... Avoid this shop!!!!!! The most unprofessional staff Ive ever worked with. They are completely incompetent especially the owner. I had to call them they would never inform me what was going on. they let it leave the shop broken and never informed me of these broken parts they decided not to fix but charged me for anyways. Once you make a complaint they fully avoid you.

I see this organization is still status quo and Im not the only one that was taken for granted. Took my car there in 2017, to be painted, was told how much and it wouldnt take but about a week. Could have taken it elsewhere, but told them I would wait to get it in since they were close to my home. Finally got it in, about 4 was later, still said it would be about a week. I travelled out of town, came back after 2 weeks, it was still jot done and barely started when I went to check on it. During my visit there, they tech had taken all the door panels off thrown them in the front seats and started to take the top off. (97 BMW convertible) why??BTW, I had just put a new top on it.I questioned when it was going to be done, since it didnt look to far along after 2 weeks. Response was next week, promise! Went back end of 3 week, still not complete, waiting on a part from BMW...was told a couple more days. Watched as I passed by daily, appeared to be done, stopped in and was told it was done except for the antenna base. Went back later and picked it up (wk 4). Got home, only to find the psg window goes up only half way, both door panels are put together incorrectly, rear interior carpet buttons missing, and top to rear storage box cover completely cracked. Paint was good, clean up sucked. Still cleaning compound off the car. Again, went back after work the next day, was asked to leave it and they would make it right. DA me, left it and picked it up the next day, now the window goes up, but catches on something before it closes, the door panels were still wrong and shaking, antenna base still missing. Next day, I spoke directly to Kieth, blaming everyone else, he assured me he would address it himself. Again went back for the 5th time, spoke to Glen (nephew), he assured me everything was good, I asked about the storage cover, he said he would remind Kieth and call me when they part is suppose to come in. Found the speaker rims cracked and broken, door panels silicones back together, (owner addressed, explains the ? On workers quality) Again, a week later, I stopped by, looking for Glen/Kieth, finding Glen had moved on, so spoke with Joe? Wrecker driver, never met him, he knew exactly who I was, as he heard how much trouble they were having with putting the BMW panels back together. He said he would pass msg to Kieth in regards to the replacement part, assured me he would call. To date, no call. Ive tried to contact him several times, caller ID obviously works well.Refuse to waste my time and stop to address the part again, knowing the outcome will be negative result. For what its worth, if you think I will waste my time on a BS review, wrong. Feel free to use this company, its your loss and their gain!

Would give it 0 stars but it doesnt let me. This is a horrible shop. Had work done there after an accident and work that should have been done in a month at most took them about 2. After traveling there from home 5 hours away because it was ready turns out as I was driving off the tire they fixed was loose and missing parts. The only thing the owner Keith could do is blame everyone but himself. He blamed the adjustment shop, insurance co, the worker, adjuster, and so on... He says I back up my work now going on 8 months and just recently recieved the smallest piece you could think of that they had sitting in their shop all this time. He has yet to fix what is wrong with my vehicle.

Was told they would have my vehicle for 3 days and the most I would have to pay was 288.00 ---- well needless to say they had my truck 15days and tried to charge my insurance $1800.00 more than the original check of $1322.81 the receptionist Angel very rude smacking and eating while on phone said she was in charge of everything there the owner Keith is just that the owner. Always changed up what they needed and all that for a FENDER BENDER!!!! --- Will NEVER recommend this place
