This is a good store. Pretty clean and the merchandise seemed well stocked from my observations. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The fella that helped me find what I was looking for right away saving me the time of trying to find it. I had called ahead of time checking to make sure the app was correct in telling me the item I was needing was in stock. The fella located the paint I needed and held it for me. Ill definitely be going back to this location more often.

Employee was very helpful and very quick. Was in and out in 10 minutes with a new battery installed. And he even said if I have any problems to come back and they will make it right.

Went into the store to buy headlight bulbs. Also needing information on how to remove assembly to install them. The two men behind the counter were friendly and happy to help. John not only instructed me but came out to the van to help. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. Go to place for auto parts needs. Thank you guys.

Excellent customer service. They tested the battery and charging system. Came up with some options. Decided to replace the battery and both of the employees in the store replaced the battery in the dark and cold.

Horrible service. Not one staff wearing a mask. I bought a very heavy part, was the only one in the store and *none* of them offered to carry it to my car. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.Not safe, not friendly. Dont waste your money or endanger your health.🤬

I needed a cruise control switch for my old Saturn. I thought this would surely be an OEM item and was surprised that AutoZone carried it in their Duralast line. Next day I had it, a perfect match. The dealership wanted $200, got it for around $15 from AZ and changed it out myself. Ill be checking AZ first from now on.

What can I say the guys are really great up there they went above and beyond their job to help us out and make sure we had or working battery even at the triangle three different battery chargers on our car just to make sure was not alternator and it was hot as🔥😰🔥😥🔥😰🔥😥🔥😰🔥 today they will put it in for us.. and even gave us 🔥hot🔥 deal on a battery too... Really good looking out AutoZone crew

Called, hey do you guys have any hog rings, “no I don’t know what that is” okay... can you look it up? “ no I cant..” will you look and see if you can get those, “ sure but I don’t know what those are” 1 second later, acted like he looked them up. Yeah we can’t sorry. Just because your ignorant and don’t know what a hog ring is, doesn’t mean you have to be a lazy worker with poor customer service. I guess that’s the reason I don’t use this place.

Swung by needing a new car battery and Victor worked through it as changing a battery seems more and more work with the newer cars these days. He swapped it out in minutes and was happy to do it. Appreciate the assistance and his great attitude.

Employees are always there willing to help the best they can. Friendly, professional, polite, and positive people makes a giant difference and cant be measured, to a person that may be a bit frustrated and over heated because of a problem that there trying to fix. I also saw great team work and knowledge sharing with staff, they are really there to help you out in time of need.

My battery died and I called to see if they had one in stock for my car. They did and then they offered to come to my house and put it in for me! WOW!!!! Amazing Service! My car is now working and I am so thankful!

Alternator went out on my way to Springfield from Omaha. It was late on a Friday. I got a tow to the store within an hour of close. They had all the parts I needed, they loaned me tools and helped me get up and running again.I left the store at10 after9 these guys made sure I was good to go. I forget who was working November17th but those two need a raise or bonus.

Returned limited lifetime shocks that wore out after 4 yrs swapped out got my money back when I returned the old ones. I love Autozone parts.

Friendly and helpful staff

These people are relatively helpful, if you have a common car. However Ive been told multiple times that its just too hard to find Volkswagen parts and that I shouldve considered buying an American car... I didnt and I wont, so get over it people and find my parts already. I will be going across the street from now on.

Got me exactly what I needed

Told the counter guy what my car was doing, he put the diagnostic tool on it, showed that one of the coils was bad. He said it was an $800 bill at the shop, or, I could youtube how its done and do it for the cost of the coil and plug, $45. He was right! I did it myself and Im not greatly mechanically inclined. Thanks for the help!

Had what I needed (STA-BIL 360 Marine) but the price was much higher then an online store (like Much higher). Most of the times if its a few bucks more Ill buy from a brick and mortar but over 10 dollars more no thanks. Online is about 19.99 for the same OZ while AutoZone had it for 29.99. Next time Ill be shopping online.

After having a nightmare of a night and a very heated argument with the guys at Advance about a part that I need for my Jeep (they said they dont make an alternator with a 6 groove pulley for my car) I went down to AutoZone in Belton and they were able to help me out right away. Very helpful and not rude at all. And while they didnt have the part in stock, the guy behind the counter was able to order it and have it available for me in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be back.
