This was one of the easiest shopping experiences I have had in a long time. The salesman was very knowledgeable and really listened to my needs to help me pick out a mattress. They have a good variety of mattresses and the salesman carefully explained the different types of mattresses. He explained all of the charges in detail and was not pushy at all. I will definitely go back for any other mattress needs I might have in the future.

Picked our mattress and box springs up directly from the distribution center in Shawnee where they loaded it for us and will sleep on it tonight!!

Our store associate Daniel was very knowledgeable. We needed to replace four beds after a house fire. Each bed needed to meet individual needs, and Daniel expertly guided us through our options. He asked good questions, listened attentively, and then made suggestions. We were happy to come away with everything we needed, arraigned for delivery, and stayed within our budget. I like the idea that we were able to purchase locally, actually try out the mattresses, and still get a great deal. A good experience overall!

Carlos was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and answered all my questions. He did not try to sell me a higher priced mattress, he only tried to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and let me make up my own mind. He allowed me to take my time and did not pressure me or follow me around while I was trying to decide. I like their trial period guarantee and return policy, but hopefully I will not have to use it. I am very excited about getting the free adjustable bed frame along with my new mattress. Since we will be picking up the mattress and frame ourselves I cannot comment on delivery. The only thing I did not like about the store is they did not have as big of a selection on display as I had hoped, but it was enough, and sometimes its easier to make up your mind when you have less options! I would highly recommend this store!

I am a stomach sleeper and my wife sleeps on here side... we have never been able to find a kingsize mattress that meets both our needs... I need a firm mattress and my wife prefers a softer one... Shiela suggested we put two queen xl mattresses side by side on our king size base unit (one firm and one medium).. its an exact fit and now we are both happy. I had no idea you could do that... PROBLEM SOVLED BY AN EXCELLENT SALES REP !!!!!!

I haven’t shopped for a mattress in 20+ yrs so I was sort of a ‘fish out of water’ when I walked into the store with so many options. The associate that helped me was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and I never once felt pressured into buying more than I felt I wanted.

This is my 2nd purchase from Mattress Firm. The mattress was delivered sooner than promised. Set up went fine. But, they had problems syncing the remote to the adjustable bed frame. Slept on it the 1st night, remote worked fine. 2nd night remote would not work. Now I will have to try and reset the remote myself.i have instructions and a support # if I cant figure it out. First thing I will do is to put new batteries in.Update. Got remote to work. Cord was threaded through where the hydraulic rod that moves the bed even though instructions say not to do that. I think this was the problem.

It came in a box so it was really easy to take home in my car, but they still had a bed available out in the store so I could try it before purchasing. Jerry was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We just bought a mattress here and so glad we stopped in. Justin Fox greeted us immediately and showed us so many options without pressure at all. He was very knowledgable. We told him our budgeted price, and we walked out with our favorite fit and feel within $3 of our budget--taxes and delivery included!
