I love Menards!! The staff is ALWAYS helpful and willing to walk all over that giant place to help you with whatever your trying to find!! The prices are comparable to their competitors...and I love it because its so close to my home!! Great work Menards!!

Worst place, customer service horrible. Ordered items online and it stated in stock. Got there and they could not find the items. Took over 30 minutes for them to figure it out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Then it took forever to get my receipt for the cancellation. Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Prices are reasonable. Anything Ive gone there for was in stock. I now always shop there first.

Every single encounter we had with Menards in Belton was outstanding!From the employees at the desk near the furniture to the employees at the home delivery desk to the guys that delivered our furniture. My husband and I come here often. Theyve always had anything weve needed for home projects...big or small. The selection and price of peel and stick tile is much better at Lowes is the only thing Ive come across. They have a decent selection of plants and mostly normal pricing. They always have random things in sale so its a great place to find a good deal too. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Weve never really waited in line no matter the time of day or how crowded the parking lot seems. They keep it moving quick and efficiently. Glad weve got this store here.

Happy that the Belton store had no live chicks so that I could enter the store without violating my work regulations with Cobb-Vantress. We were amazed by the merchandise stocked by Menards, a far greater assortment than Lowes, Home Depot, Atwood or Tractor Supply. Please open a store in SW MO or NW AR!

Had a problem with my pick up order in which time was spent correcting but I did received my order. Would like to have seen some expression of concern for me being delayed by the one in charge but otherwise an okay experience. Guy at gate had great customer care!

The stock workers were very helpful and friendly. But the manager (??) was neither. She wouldnt honor the sales flyer. The flyer said, Prices Good Now Thru 5/9. Im not sure but, now always meant now where I grew up.

Decent pricing for filling a 20 Lb Propane Tank... Be aware that you pay inside, then wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone fill the tank. 😒

Huge SELECTION! Has to be the biggest hardware store within 20 miles (or maybe the state?). I really like Lowes service level but I come here when I want more options. They have a nice bolts/screws/nuts/washers hardware section and it is well organized. Also a large selection of pet items. Seems clean, well lit and isnt overcrowded. Put your sneakers on and explore all the isles. Dont forget to check your receipt for a rebate and get the rebate slip on the way out.

Never have prices on outdoor things!! It is so frustrating! Cashier are ok friendly but people on the floor, no personality at all!! Never say hi, can I help you? Except for the guy in plumbing! Better prices but need to set a better example from management, so atmosphere can change through store!

This is a awesome place to get propane recharged and 2 bags of stick sausage for snack. The staff are friendly and helpful to get my propane charged. The propane recharged felt much heavier than replace the tank.

I used to love Menards. I am a plumber and they had some of the prices as well as propress fittings. Unfortunately, several of their water heaters failed within the first year, which meant a lot of unhappy customers. Additionally, Ive had a couple of failed sump pumps from them as well. I had a bad Tuscany faucet right out of the box. I refuse to put my reputation on the line because of a failed product - good price and warranty mean nothing if its a junk product. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I will pick up the odd part here and there, but I am done using anything I really depend on. Home Depot has never had these kinds of failures.

Purchased the Gas powered Generac 3100 Pressure washer, started it a ran it for 20 minutes and it began spewing oilTook it back to Menards in Belton and they wouldnt exchange it because we put Gasoline in it to start itThey suggested we take it to a service centerTwo of the numbers Menards the store Manager gave wouldnt honor the warranty, another wouldnt service Generac productsWe finally found one to do the diagnostic, not sure about the warrantyDont buy gas powered tools at Menards they will not stand behind the product

Prices and amount of items for any job you want to start on is great. But you can spend big money at menards.

First, wear a mask. Second, social distance. Third, find what youre looking for. That part is easy. Well-marked aisles, wide selection of items, good prices. You can go online and shop for items at your particular store, add them to your cart, and have them ready for you to pick up. Easy-peasy.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Went in and they asked if I had a mask. I told them there is a medical exemption. She started rambling on about how that didn’t matter, this is private property, etc. Then she offered to sell me a mask I just told her I couldn’t wear, good news is it would’ve only been 43 cents if I would have bought it..lol. This was really strange because Cass County doesn’t even mandate masks. They are obviously more interested in political correctness than in serving customers, especially with disabilities. You know what they say about never say never, but I can’t see myself going back to a Menards, even if they stop with the political correct BS. But I’m sure they’ll never miss me so they won’t care. I just went down the street and got what I needed and was treated with respect and felt like my hard earned money was appreciated.

Big store with large selection of products. Clean and well lit, because it is a big store it can be a challenge to find something.

Will no longer shop here as they discriminate against the handicap. Besides, most of the time you can never find an associate to help you find anything anyway and the ones you do find dont give you the time of day. Home Depot, Lowes, and Westlake are your better choices.

I love the amount of options in comparison to their competitors. And had great customer service. BUT I give 3 because they encroach on your rights. After being there over an hour an associate mentioned I have to wear a mask. Cass county is not a mandated county, Menards should not harass their customers.

We placed a lumber order with Menards to rebuild our raised deck. We hit a couple snags along the way and the management at menards has gone above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. They delivered material to me in an hour of a phone call. It seemed the employees were few and far between. We were in the flooring section for almost an hour, never had anyone come by to offer assistance, etc.The positive aspect was the flooring dept seemed organized and easy to read the info for each item. We were able to help ourselves in finding the items we wanted.

Menards is the best stocked store of its kind in our area. Items they do not stock can be ordered on line or in the store and be received in a short time.I personally wish they would give their eleven percent rebate in store credit at the checkout and not as a mail in rebate. I believe it would even increase their sales.

I would say a strong #3 behind home depot and lowes. Decent selection but some of the stuff is just plain junk.

My wife and I just moved here to Missouri from Colorado and had never heard of “Menards” before. Now “Menards” has become our favorite store! We LOVE this store!!!

My first time to this outrageously huge store for everything and I was impressed. Groceries, tools, lumber, carpet, windows, jeans....seems they have it all. I needed a window that their website said my store had 10 on hand and sure enough plenty on the shelf. The checkout process was very strange though, especially during the pandemic. You cant possibly social distance with the cashier because you are both on the same side of a 3 wide chute. Very awkward.

I loved shopping at your store until today. Today your employee stopped me at the door, and gave me a choice of wearing a mask inside your store against my will, or shopping elsewhere. I took my business elsewhere. You see thats the beauty of a free country. You have the right to make rules that restrict my freedom of choice, and I have the right to shop elsewhere.

Menards stores are always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that they are so concerned about the health of their staff and their customers that face coverings are required. With a little assistance I quickly located what I was looking for and was on my way.

Menards is now my GoTo hardware store. Great selection, friendly staff. Never thought Id buy cat food from a hardware store, but its hard to beat their prices. 5 out of 5 on my scale.

Both my uncle and my father have bought very expensive things from here such as siding, appliances, lights, and such. They have both mailed in stuff for rebates and Menards has never delivered on the rebates theyve promised. We are not using this Menards ever again, they have lost two loyal customers because they were cheap and couldnt be bothered to return the rebates they promised.

If I could, Id give this store ZERO stars. First I placed a $300 order online for store pickup. I got a message in the morning that the order was ready for pick up and went that evening to pick it up. When I got there, I was told that only part of it had been pulled by mistake but they would quickly pull it. I waited in my truck (hot weather so truck running) for 50 minutes! Then I was told that a few items were not available so Id have to go around and go into the store to get a refund!!! After I protested, another representative said she would call up front and get a refund. 3 business days later, I hadnt gotten the refund so I called and spoke to a manager who said hed get the refund processed and also refund the almost $30 that I paid to have the order available for pickup. I never did receive that refund for the processing fees. THEN I used the string trimmer for the first time (gas powered Craftman) and it would NOT shut off, I had to wait for it to run out of gas. NOW the store says I cannot exchange it or get a refund because gas had been put in it... how was I supposed to know it didnt work without putting gas in it???? And they told me to take it to a service center and there isnt one within 50 miles of where I live!!! I am so disgusted.. I just tried to call the store and talk with a manager again (since I found out about the lack of a service center) and the phone rang for 5 minutes (at the managers desk) and no one answered!!

I knew this place was special the first time I visited and I came across the GROCERY SECTION! I was amazed to see a health & beauty aisle as well.Menards is not your everyday big box store. And they seem to have everything, and if they dont have something which seems reasonable for them to stock, theyll send a notice to the corporate buyers and before too long, youll see it on the shelf.The staff is knowledgeable to boot. If they dont know something, theyll get in their radio and call another staffer to help.Menards has become my go-to home improvement store.

My first time at Menards. This place is awesome!

Little to no help with in store pick-up. The employee at the gate shouted at me because I hadnt shown him my receipt as I left. The entire pick-up process is confusing and unclear to anyone who doesnt work there, so its really disappointing to be treated so rudely for not knowing what to do.

While the store has items that cant be found at other local hardware stores, the quality is lacking, and most items have to be special ordered. Additionally, while most employees are very helpful and friendly, one manager in particular is bizarrely militant and unfriendly.

Not family oriented, thanks to Covid. Dont bring the young-uns. Has everything you can possibly need for remodeling or up grade your home, shop, yard, so on.
