Great place to shop when theres a party to throw! 😁

Excellent selection, way more than I expected! This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back! The customer service I received was excellent, the young lady that checked us out went above and beyond! Her kindness and how she explained things for my order was greatly appreciated! Thank you Party City!

Overall the store is always clean and stocked. However the last two times I needed balloons inflated ( which of course there is a charge....silly) the balloons dont seem to stay as inflated as in the past.

Everyone is so helpful. The store was crowded with last minute Halloween shoppers. But the cashiers kept the lines flowing and wait was very minimum. Thank you and my family will be back next year!

Did a curbside pickup on Halloween and I was truly impressed. You guys nailed it. Decent prices, quick pick up and done. Your associate was awesome with my 5 year old! He talked her ear off about his costume and she was wonderful with him. Keep up the good work. You guys were worth the 30 mile drive from East KC!

I needed some items quickly for my daughters birthday. The staff & manager was friendly and helped me get what was needed. I will definitely shop here again. A+

I ordered balloons online for curbside pick up only to be told that my balloons had already been picked up. I was told someone showed a picture of my receipt and picked up my customized balloon order. This was impossible because no one knew I ordered balloons and I definitely did not send my receipt to anyone else. Needless to say, they had to fill my order upon my arrival and made me late for my dinner reservations. There was no apology and also tried to charge me 1.00 for a bag to hold my 60.00 ballon order in. Party city is my go to for party supplies just not this particular location.

Lots of fun party items, of many types. Fair prices. The cashier was very loud telling loud stories to other people while shes checking us out. Would not want her working for me. I did not discount a star for the employee. Good help can be hard to find.

They dont have much...I thought that they would have a good variety of things but they did not it was bare minimum and the other stuff for like smaller kids parties yes they have it but for baby showers NO they dont.

Great for a fast in and out if you know what you want and ask the helpful employees.

Went in looking for a specific item. Didnt immediately find it and asked for and was taken immediately to the itme. The item was appropriately priced. They had the quantity I was looking for. Was able get what I needed quickly and was out the door quickly! Will use them again!

Not a good experience, double charged me on a hat and after leaving i noticed and had to go back.Then got accused of taking a hat,really? I wont be back.

I have never been to party city, I was probably at a store close by.

Almost every balloon i asked for they were out of...

I went to make a return and Kory made me feel like such an inconvenience. He didnt like that i had done order pick up so he had to look up my receipt or that he didnt carry the products I was returning. He was rude and had 0 customer service skills. Ill make the drive to the overland park location. The ladies there are much more friendly and they have a bigger selection.

We went in to look for St. Pats attire and decorations for the car for the parade. It was fun shopping.

Employees were friendly, store was clean and very spacious and had a huge variety of items, more of a selection than some of the Halloween stores I actually went to ! Found exactly what I was looking for, for a cheaper price ! 😊

I usually have friendly & great service but I just went up to the Belton location today to get costumes for my kids and my son decided he wanted to buy something for his little sister that apparently didnt have a barcode on it. There were 2 new workers trying to figure out how to input a code for a 99 cent bouncy ball and the lady that was supposedly training them couldnt be more unhelpful, rude and blamed me AND the new workers for why it was taking so long. Maybe stop eating your snacks at the front counter and help them? Or take ownership and figure it out? I take my kids up there quite a bit for little treats but wont anymore if thats how you act towards your customer. She needs to go home because shes clearly unfit to help in any way, shape, or form. I didnt get her name but she knows who she is. Very disappointed.

I love Party City, love the employees, and love the customer service I receive but the only complaint I have is the bathroom is disgusting. If they clean the bathroom then I’ll give them a 5 star rating.

I called this store looking for a halloween costume, they had the costume and said they would hold it for me until today. My husband went to get it and they sold it to someone else. The employee there even said that she told the manager that it was being picked up today. So thanks for making a 6 year old little boy sad for Halloween.

The employees here are no help whatsoever as they stand behind the tall area of the counter to where you cant see them on their phones or talking to one another. Went in one day last week and when I asked for help getting a piñata down, a younger girl with short hair gave me the biggest attitude and sighed about having to move. WHAT IS SHE GETTING PAID FOR?! Will never return to this location, the Lee Summit location has tons of friendly employees and is for sure worth the drive.
