Horrible. If you’re a trucker and can make it to the Loves which is 19 miles away, I highly recommend it. Men’s restroom was filthy and wasn’t stocked with paper towels or toilet tissue. Didn’t try the food cause it didn’t look appealing at all. They do have showers but after seeing the restroom I wasn’t interested.

Pretty sure we got contaminated fuel from here. Called to ask if we were the only ones and just kept getting told the registers were down….didn’t really get a clear answer but seeing as the truck has 700 miles and the other gas station we went to the fuel looked like it was fine when we filled a Jerry can I’m pretty sure I narrowed it down.

Needs to keep stocked up on Zyn 6 nicotine. They always run out but never seem to realize maybe I should buy more of this...

The staff was nice when we visited. Very busy location. Has about 20 spots for parking for trucks. Does offers two showers. The shower heads are placed awfully low so if you are tall be prepared to make due. The showers were very clean. Had crickets as vistors. The deli was never fully stocked.

Just wanted to say that we stayed in belton at ur truck stop last night and what a friendly young man u have working there. His name tag said Andrew Im pretty positive. He was cleaning restrooms and very welcoming to my boyfriend and I. I had to use the restroom at around 3:45 in the morning and he greeted me with a friendly welcome back!! And he stepped out front and made sure I got back to the truck safely. When someone deserves a job well done I truly feel like they should get it. I am non essential in texas because I am a bartender (of 20 yrs) so I know about customer service and u guys should definitely do whats necessary to keep him. He is definitely good for business!! Thank u Andrew for making our stop there a pleasant one!!

Went into store, gentlemen came in right behind me, no face mask, even though it is clearly posted on the door. Store clerk said nothing, sold him his beer, when I got to counter, I questioned clerk, she stated they cannot enforce it, if they try, just cause issues, clerk was not properly wearing face mask, did have over her nose. She had a very non-chalant attitude. Said there is no law. I am appalled.

Very clean and friendly place had a hands down amazing experience here part of the staff was friendly and the assistant manager Justin was very well mannered and professional when I was being helped by him he was the only one who could be found I was waiting on the deli girl for a good minute and he took the time from his line of people to help me my only complaint is where was the deli worker at??? Cause there was people standing around waiting on her and like I said nowhere to be found so the assistant manager Justin was running back and forth that man needs a raise!!

They let someone in to get a big red but slammed the door on the next customer who just wanted chips for his autistic granddaughter. If you dont want to allow a customer in then dont. Dont just pick and choose who is allowed in.

My mom tried to use the restroom but was refused by the person working at the counter said: Im about to close it for cleaning but Im too busy right now and I dont want it to get dirtier so you cant use it.Close it when youre cleaning it or repairing it. Otherwise keep it open. Following her logic you could perpetually keep it closed because you dont want to clean it some arbitrary amount more.

Been thinking about this all day. I can not sleep cause its bugging me but stoped here on my way to Dallas yesterday an the young girl there working was so rude an put the store down alot talking about alot of things that arent good I wont be coming back

This place has just been going downhill. I used to come here all the time for quick drinks, food, or quarters for laundry, but now the workers here are rude and short with me, they dont want to help me out, they just want me to leave the store quick, so Ill just take my business elsewhere if thats the case.

I’ve been going here since we’ve moved to Belton, I was a Valero regular but I got tired of the long lines and sometimes rude service and other rude customers. I’ve had a few times where I wanted to tell the cashier to smile but I’ve had good service from said individual more times than not. I understand, we all have our good and bad days, no one’s perfect, I’ve been a cashier at a convenient store while I was in college and while I met alot of nice people, there were some miserable ones too, who just looked like it was their mission in life to take the happiness out of you. I prefer their slushies over valero’s, just because their machines actually work and my kids prefer their flavors, although, there was a time last summer when the strawberry/cherry flavored one was a little stuck. I noticed the other entrance door has been out of order for a couple of months now. All in all, I get my cigarettes, my gas and lottery here, we’ll make small talk every so often but I’m not there to check their attitudes, and I go there daily at different times.
