Very very nice girls working but one in particular and I wished I got her name but she is into Halloween and helped my daughter and I both out. My daughter is pretty much a makeup artist and the gal working always looks forward to seeing what look she puts on next. I was there on October 4th, 2021 around 1pm

I always stop in here because its closest to my house. I was so happy to see they have started carrying The Ordinary brand!!! The ladies are always super friendly and very helpful. You cant try colors out anymore obviously but theyll help you out. I always find good deals and a little something extra than what I came for 🤣🤣 Its not ever too busy even if there is a small line to pay, it moves very fast. Great little location 🙌

This specific ulta location is always worth the drive for me. I live up north and pass several other Ulta’s just to get to this one. The people that work here are always so incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I went in yesterday and spent around 15 minutes of 1 on 1 time with a sales associate who helped pick out new skin care products to revamp my current routine after recent breakouts. She gave details about the quality of products, how to use them, and the best time of day for them as well. Then when checking out, that member of the team was beaming with happiness and throwing customers compliments left and right! It’s always such a positive environment when I go in there. They don’t judge you or make you feel embarrassed for not knowing a lot about hair, skin, and beauty products.

I wish I could remember my customer relations ladies name. Extremely helpful.

This is one of my favorite stores. They are always friendly and very very helpful without you even having to ask. Some of the items are a bit on the expensive side but if you catch a good sale its worth it 😉

I made my wife a hair appointment a few weeks ago and I ask does she need to wear a mask. The person I made the appointment with said no, as long as she had her covid shot. Well, we walk in and there was a sign said all hair appointment need to wear a mask. We walk out. Edit: There was no confusion as to what I had asked. What I had asked was does my wife need to wear a mask during her appointment for her hair? The replied was as long she is fully vaccine, she does not need to wear a mask. 2nd issue was that I made the appointment for the 2nd, but they called and made a lame excuse about there will be no one there to do hair and asked to change days, which I pick the 1st. My wife said she is done with Ulta because of this and what happen in Lee Summit.

The staff went above and beyond to help me solve a holiday emergency-- and they truly took the time to help me find expedient solutions. Whenever you have someone take the time to make phone calls just to help you when they could just as easily tell you they dont have it in stock, that is definitely some place I will shop at in the future. The store was a pleasant and well-stocked environment and I love their staff!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

I LOVE ulta. I have been shopping at this storeFor years. Mainly their designer perfumes and drug store options. The reason why I give this store a 3 star is because the staff is a little overwhelming.I come to ulta to get some quiet time away from my toddlers I’m with all day. And as soon as I enter the store I am bombarded with compliments and questions.Maybe to other people this would come off as high spirited but being a introvert it incrediblyUncomfortable.I’m not sure if they follow you around with the thousand of suggestions to make sure you don’t steal or what but it can be quite annoying.The ladies are sweet but even if I tell them I’m on the phone I’m still bothered with “what you looking for” or “oh i love your eyebrows”.Everytime I come into this store I am anxious and feel rushed to purchased. Which in turn I have to come back and exchange what I bought because i didn’t want it to begin with.I’m not sure about their policy, but I think I make it clear that I want to be left alone, shop quietly and when I need help I know how to ask.Beautiful ladies, but it’s a very overwhelmingly anxious experience every single time.I would like to enjoy my shopping in peace without being asked what foundation I wear, what eyebrow pencil I use or who doesMy nails.Just wanted to send a heads up to the staff. Some of us introverts do not appreciate the overwhelming help.Especially when it isn’t askedFor.Blessings 💕

My daughter and I went here to get our hair cut. I cant remember the ladys name. But she did a great job. The extra money was worth it. I will never go back to a great clips again.

This is the second time I had visited the Ulta Store in Belton Missouri. The first time, last year, my daughter and I were followed around and this time I was totally ignored. Check your camera for 1/5/21 at noon for female in long black/white sweater. I heard others talking but never saw a sales person. I will never visit this store again.

The franchise in general is ok but this store, nah. Im not going back. Should have put my stuff back and purchased someplace else.

I noticed when this Ulta first opened, it was impossible to be in this store without having an Ulta worker following you around. This definitely is not the most enjoyable experience, but it does seem they have gotten better about that recently. I had a woman named Emily help me twice this weekend, and she was very sweet and did an awesome job by asking me questions and keeping up a friendly conversation. Emily gets 5 out of 5 stars. Beauty supplies stores need more people like Emily working there.

Crystal matched my face to a foundation, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet. She definitely has that job for a reason and does so good! Im really satisfied and hope you guys never lose her! And Sarah gives great customer service and will meet all your needs. She is the sweetest 💗

RAVE to Jensen at Ulta!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I went in for an eyebrow fix and I can finally say I have left very pleased with the outcome of my eyebrows.Jensen was very friendly and helpful with not only my eyebrows, but also skin care.I usually feel as if Im bothering the person doing my eyebrows and dont ever speak up if I want something tweaked, but with Jensen I was very comfortable with asking for more tweezed off or fixed. Her passion for her work really shined through with her customer service.I definitely recommend her if you havent found your go to eyebrow person!

This was my first visit. The options were plentiful! The staff was extremely willing to help but not in an annoying way, and the prices were affordable.

Lisa did my makeup for my wedding today and she was amazing to work with! She was knowledgeable about all of the products and what would work best with my skin and made sure to ask if any ingredients didnt work well or I was allergic to. She color matched me wonderfully and did a steller cut crease I showed her from a photo. At the end she didnt mind tweaking a few things for me and helped me pick out products. She was bubbly and a joy to talk to. I was very nervous about having my makeup done by someone else for my wedding, but I would go back to her 100% for any future event!

The manager Ellie went above and beyond to make what the manager at a different store totally didnt want to deal with for a on line pick up order in Overland park.I cant say enough about the Ulta in Belton.I honestly would go out of the way to drive here.

Not very friendly and way over-priced

Best experience I’ve had in Ulta stores. I love this location and I’m there constantly, I personally want to rave about Lisa! She shade matched me in the Lancôme skin feels good foundation and I fell in love with it. and was very nice to talk to, love everything she recommended me to buy.

It is a great beauty place with various products for almost anything. The people there are also very friendly and helpful and willing to help with anything.

This Ulta has just won my heart completely. Amazing and diverse selection of product, knowledgeable staff, easy parking and cohesive layout. The staff here are more friendly, energetic, and talkative than any store I’ve ever been in. When I go to this Ulta, I feel like a celebrity. Can’t wait to go back!

This rating is long overdue but I wanted to say thank you to 3 girls that helped me on November 17th. I can only remember 2 of their names which is Janae and Jenson and the other girls name started with a J as well. I had engagement photos that was being done that day so I went in to get my hair done but I couldnt afford to get a full face of makeup done. So I asked if one of the girls had time to guide me with the makeup I brought from home, which were old and not that good. I wanted to look good for the photos so one of them looked at my small amount of makeup I had and realized I had the wrong foundation color for my skin and that they were wrong undertones. So instead of forcing this makeup I had to look good, she ran around the store looking for my shade and helped me with my full face 😭 I was and still am so grateful. The photos turned out amazing and those girls went above and beyond with helping me on looking perfect! So thank you sooo sooo much to you 3. I am planning on buying a couple of the things they suggested after the holidays 😊
