Donut holes were HARD. Smh! Wasted my hard earn money. The Jack & Jill in the other side of town is much better. Why so different. 🤦‍♀️

Great donuts. Always warm in the package and very flavorable, when I finally get them. I am hoping that the hours change to 5:15am, since every time I go by there at 5am they are never lit up to be open. Comeon Jack, leave Jill alone in the morning so you can get to work on time and open the business.

Not sure all of these 4 & 5 star reviews are the correct Jack N Jill Donuts on Sparta Rd. in Belton. I’ve only been to this location one time. It was a weekday around 9 am. The store is old looking and could use a renovation. Very slim donut selection with old looking donuts. I ordered a few glazed donuts. The donuts were somewhat dry and tasted okay. It’s not a place I would return to with my business. Several reviews mentioned great customer service. I didn’t experience that either. Maybe this place has new owners or something.

Granted that we were there long after peak time, so no surprise that the donuts didnt taste too fresh. These are super sweet donuts, not even counting the sugary glaze. Sure, donuts by nature are a sweet treat, but these practically sent me into a sugar coma after 2 of them. The chocolate coated donuts seemed to be trying to use the chocolate to hide their dryness. Service was mediocre, not even offering us a credit card receipt when we paid with a card. Sorry, but this place really needs improvement. Shipleys can thank them, though, for sending my future business there.

10.99 dollars for a dozen mixed with 5 glazed donuts 2 strawberry filled donuts 1 coconut & 4 sprinkle donuts. But if I would have left out the filled it would of been 7.50. smh

No menu for drive-through, seriously?I asked for a paper menu, cashier told me they didn’t have one. I asked if they had a online menu, she told me no. This is terribly inconvenient for families. It’s 2021, come on!

The only thing that was disappointing is that they were out of chocolate covered donuts or any kind of covered donuts

Kolaches were super cold told me I could warm them at home, went home to warm up and they tasted old, sausage tasted over cooked. Only thing that was decent is my coke is cold. Do better please.

Good little mom and pop donut shop close to Belton High School. We were attending a UIL event and needed a quick bite to eat on a cold Saturday.The hot chocolate was delicious but they were out if cream filled donuts so I settled for chocolate cake donuts and they were satisfactory. I got my son a ham and cheese croissant that left a little to be desired. The croissant bread was good but the slice of ham was just packaged ham and the cheese tasted like Kraft singles.Overall it was a nice quick drive through that was quick and adequate.

Best breakfast croissants Ive found. The donuts are fresh and taste great. Fast service but they are always busy! And there is only one girl working counter inside and the drive thru. Poor thing is even working her butt off right now with her AC out.

Always a great place to pickup donuts and kolaches. Friendly staff/owners. Sometimes they sell out of what I like so I gave them a 4 but truth be I would have to give myself a 2 because I get here later in the morning.

Great donuts and kolaches! I like the spicy jalapeno sausage kolache best. I do prefer to park and walk inside to make my order. The drive-through line gets bogged down with the morning rush, but theres never any wait inside. Either way, the folks who work there are always happy to see their customers and greet you with a smile. Very friendly!

Jack and Jills had an oprutinty to take over and be the premire shop but they dropped the ball . Got greedy ! Bye bye Jack and Jill you will never get my buisness again and when the new place opens you will close hopefully . You only have buisness because your the only place in town . You should have taken advantage of that . To bad . Also the 5 star raitings are fake . This place is a 1 or 2 at best . Go elsewhere .

THIS IS WHY I DONT COME HERE. MY MOMS SAUSAGE AND BISCUIT WAS ICE COLD. MY KOLACHE THE BREAD WAS DOUGHY WAY UNDER COOKED. SHE GOT A COFFEE WITH EXTRA CREAM AND SUGAR AND THEY DIDNT PUT EITHER IN THERE. THIS IS ABOUSULTY THE REASON WHY I STOPPED COMING HERE

I used to be a big fan, but things seem to be going down hill. Koloches are now very small and service is slow even at non peak times.

I stop by at least once a week. The coffee is great and I love their kolaches.

How can you tell me youre out of glazed donuts? Are you not a donut shop? I get being sold out and not wanting to make more that you dont know youll sell and just end up throwing away, but if a customer wants that donut, why would you not just make some for them? Terrible attitude from the employee too. I guess your business just doesnt want my money.

Loved it, very down homey atmosphere. the locals were nice enough and it wasnt at all crouded like most coffie shops we know. I even brought in my own coffie and they were nice about it!
