HIRE SOMEONE ELSEWe had triple crown out today to install window panes, window screens, and a glass shower door. Pictures below.The window pane glass looks great, the install quality is poor. Excessive silicone adhesive which was not trimmed back. Outer trim not cut to fit.The screens are frequently too small, not square, and every single one of the is TAPED on?!?!? Seriously looks like they just slapped them on there and are hoping no one noticed. This isnt how you install a screen.The shower door itself looks nice, but they broke a tile, siliconed it back together and I have no clue why they used a different screw in the bottom of the top hinge. For good measure they siliconed that screw in as well.The glass itself is great but there is no quality here on the install at all. Frankly, it leaves me questioning how on earth they ended up with a 4+ star rating on google.Ill update the review if they fix the issues.

They have not returned to make a repair that they left us with in March of this year. The sliding barn door style we initially installed on the exterior of the shower and water sprayed out while showering. They returned to reverse the door and had to pull all the glass. there were tiled to replace and we paid that $100. Upon their return they installed a glass panel that was chipped and the door drags when it is opened and closed. last message i received, March 19, 21, said they were waiting on the manufacturer to send the glass panel. No work since then. They get 1 star for the affordability and nice work on what was completed. but no work after nearly 7 months???

After buying a fixer upper in the middle of nowhere we were really struggling to find good contractors for just about all aspects of our remodel. We had one glass vendor come out and then drag their feet for weeks on quoting. So I did some more google searching and found Triple Crown. Corey answered my weekend email in minutes, came out to meet us in the middle of nowhere the following weekend, gave me a quote nearly same day, uses awesome online tools for quotes and online payment, got 3 showers and 14 window panes worth of glass in record time and did a full install in less than 1 day. First, I called multiple places for a quote on a shower glass door. I received numerous quotes and the quote I received from Triple Crown, was very fair compared to the others. The receptionist was very nice and was always helpful. They sent someone the next day who did the measurements and gave an immediate quote. I contacted them a few weeks later and accepted the offer and they ordered the glass which took about a week to arrive from the factory. They installed it immediately and did a great job. A few months later, the glass had adjusted about an eighth of an inch. Without hesitation, they came back out and fixed the issue which ended up to be nothing big. They fixed the issue free of charge and were very courteous. I definitely recommend Triple Crown especially over those over priced companies that just want your money.

Absolutely the best customer service that Ive received in a long time. All of my calls were returned promptly and they bent over backwards to come to my house the same day. I received my estimate within two days of their visit; their competitors hadnt even returned my calls at this point. Once I finally did hear back from the other two local glass companies that I was getting estimates from, Triple Crown came in $200 less than one, and $600 less than the other. They were even patient when I had to postpone the install twice. I now have my new rain glass panel installed in my shower and couldnt be any happier with the service, results, and price that I received. After this experience, I wont use any other company.
