In my opinion, it was too easy. The terms for rent to own were simple and easy to understand.The service was great. They answered all my questions for my 1st time trumpet player with no hesitation. They had all the supplies and equipment I needed for my kiddo to be ready on the 1st day of band practice.No complaints. Thanks.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with this location over the last few months, and each time I was blown away by the customer service! Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he saved the day today when I was worried my child wouldn’t have a repaired instrument in time for her concert. I was unable to return or exchange an instrument within the 30 day window due to me paying cash. I was informed that if I had rented the instrument I would have been able to exchange for a smaller size. First and last time I will be visiting Music & Arts.

I recieved excellent service today. Competent and friendly staff. I will continue to use them.

Now Music and Art and not liking the change over. Have had nothing but issues since the transition. Was told I could continue to pay at the store as before. Stopped by today with my check ready only to be informed they no longer accept checks, cash or credit card only. I bought a box of reeds from the Band ROOM and was told they would accept a return if not opened and I needed to exchange them for a different size. Since I was there and my son recently switched instruments I needed to get a different box of reeds. Good news the reeds are now cheaper but the exchange was complicated even with the receipt. Hopefully these issues are due to the transition and perhaps it will get better. I miss the small town feel of the Band Room.

I would not reccomend renting an instrument from this company if you can avoid it any way! Their billing is ridiculous and unmanaged and their customer service is nonexistent if you enjoy being a number and dollar sign enjoy... horrible experience if I could give zero stars I would

Wonderful people! I went in to see if they had a bassoon reed. The gentleman had a wide variety and was very knowledgeable. And the price for their reeds beat Amazon by a mile. I will never order a reed online again. We need to support local businesses like The Band Room!
