Had a great selection and price varieties on twin sets have been looking for weeks and some places had a matress but no box springs and others advertised had twin and when contacted did not and the gentleman there loaded it into my sub for me and it was simple and fast process Beverly showed me the different ones and the prices and was very friendly and outgoing. I recommend for mattress they had several and different sizes and there were sectionals out on display.

Let’s just say this was truthfully one of the best experiences. I found the listing on Facebook and thought I’d look into since my partner and I were looking for a new bed. After I had messaged about the ad, Beverly had replied to my message right away and set up and immediate appointment to see us in for a bed, so I thought awesome! I went to the location to meet the next day and was greeted with a very positive vibe from the store, once we walked in Beverly had greeted us and introduced herself and showed us right to the beds. She was very straight forward after we talked about prices and comfort, she allowed us to try multiple beds before we found the one just right for us! She was honest to answer any and all questions we had and was awesome with the discounts. After we had chosen our new bed she helped explain our entire payment plan and setup, she then proceeded to tell us to never hesitate to call her for any questions or concerns. We then made a time to pick the bed up the next day and we love our new bed and great experience through box drop with Beverly, thank you guys!!! I would personally recommend doing business with these guys it was a 10/10 experience!

PREPARE FOR THE UPSALE! They tell you the cheapest queen mattress is $90 but when you walk in they tell you it’s $200. This kind of manipulative up sale is the worst. Don’t buy the we’re so much cheaper than retail BS. IKEA, Mattress Firm, Sam’s Club, Costco and others have the same exact prices.

My husband and I came here after figuring out that no one has furniture in stock anymore and we just couldn’t wait three to six months for new furniture. I found this on Facebook Market place and scheduled an appointment. Once I found the location, the lady took us to the less expensive mattresses (this is what I was looking for), however she would not give me pricing until my daughter laid on the mattresses first. I had mentioned that I was trying to keep it around $250, because I had found one at Sams Club for a reputable brand to which she replied, if you found it for that price, you should just go a head and buy it from there because that was a deal. After my daughter gave us the one that she liked, then we were given the price of $500 but because she had driven 30 min to get there (mind you, we drove 45) she would give us a hundred dollars off of the price she gave us. We agreed and she was going to go write up the ticket. I decided to look up the mattress because I had never heard of it before and wanted to make sure I wasnt overpaying for it. I decided that the $400 price was a great value as this mattress retails for $1,600. I came across another BoxDrop that was selling the same mattress for $350.00 in TX. When setting down to go over the ticket, I asked why she was selling hers for more than the location in TX? She just replied hatefully how much are they going to charge you for shipping. I called the store in TX to see if they would ship. They were not able to so we hung up and I started moving forward with our purchase. At this point I started to get a not so warm and fuzzy feeling. The lady asked me where that was located and was planning on calling her to tell the Granbury TX store that she shouldnt be posting prices for just this reason, making others lose out on sales. I told the owner that I wasnt comfortable with that at all. If she would have just stopped talking at that point, she would have made the sale. Instead she decided to keep going and tell me that it didnt matter if I bought the mattress. She was going to sell it regardless if I bought it or if someone else did. She was giving me a hundred dollars off because she drove so far to meet me and that she would pay my taxes on the mattress. I will let you know that $36.00 is not going to make or break me. I like a bargain, that doesnt mean I cant afford things or that I am poor but this is how she talked to me. I put my card away and was said I was going to pass. Later that evening, I received a call from the lady in Grandbury TX. The owner of the Belton location called the TX store and yelled at her saying that she lost her, her sale that day and it was bad business to post pricing on line and was yelling at her after she told me she was not going to call the lady. I can honestly tell you that she did not lose my business because of a store in Granbury TX posting prices. I work in Retail, I understand mark ups and shipping costs. You lost my business because you were pushy, rude, condescending and straight up hateful. I dont need that and will find someone that wants my business and doesnt make me feel like I wasted their time and that my money and my time doesnt matter.

These mattresses are low quality not worth the money you can get used ones better quality. I ordered 2 even ordered a upgrade I thought a better quality and first one we picked up was the cheapest one. My granddaughter sunk in it. I was told to bring back to get the correct one then they changed thier mind said it was our fault wanted another 50$ for the next one, which wasnt much better quality she still sinks in and only weighs 125 lbs. Cant even give away the one they wouldnt take back. Would of lost a 170 dollars if didnt pay another 50$ because they didnt want to loose money. No pride in products
