Highly recommend this place for any of your trailer needs! They have a wonderful staff and a great receptionist that can help you find what your looking for. If you dont know the part name or number not a problem take clear pictures and accurate measurements and they will work with you to resolve your problems.
Had a great experience with Bragg, they stayed after hours to help me find the right trailer. Would recommend!
Helped us out when we were in a pinch and sold us an axel, serviced a preexisting axel, and helped us out with some break issues. Good place, decent people.
Bragg Trailers outstanding business! I brought my 202 KIA Telluride in to have an adapter placed on my seven way connector by there serviceman Mark ( thanks for the great work) who ordered the part for me and installed it in approximately one hour. A gentlemen who I’m assuming was the boss/owner was wearing a black cowboy hat was very professional and provided me with updates on my vehicle status. I appreciate the courtesy. Thanks, I highly recommended Bragg Trailer! Prices are reasonable as well.
Turned in my trailer on Saturday for new tail lights and weld tailgate back together was called on Tuesday to say it was done picked up everything worked perfect and very low price
New Jack looks great
Always have what I need for my food trailer. Inspections are fast and the staff very attentive.
Exceptional service and professionalism. I really enjoyed everyone that helped me and Mark was especially great.. he was the gentleman that installed everything for me and he was so helpful! I highly recommend getting a trailer from Bragg trailers.. or if you need any services done!
Quick and efficient service with a fair price. Highest recommendation!
I would have given them a Zero!!! Customer service was horrible. They have a very bad reputation locally. Now I know why!!! I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My trailer hub assembly broke and they were able to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. Ill definitely be looking to them again when I have any other trailer issues.
Super helpful and honest staff- got us in super quick the day before we were moving and got everything done super quick and safely. Would highly recommend!
Very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service and trailers. Highly recommend.
The tires and boards had to be replaced before the two year mark. I wasn’t aware the floor boards were not pressure treated or I wouldn’t have purchased. Charge a little more and put pressure treated boards. Come on guys!
The experience, the attention and knowledge of the employees were very good. We bought our trailer very fast, but the right for us.
Top notch team. We bought four work trailers there and that is where we maintain them. Thanks guys.
My father and I took our goose neck trailer into Bragg Trailers 05/08/2018 to have the lights looked at and the trailer brakes looked at due to not working the way the should have been. The guys at Bragg did a good job getting it all fixed and ready to go. They did have the trailer a little longer than we thought but made up for it by staying late to make sure we were ready to go to work in the morning. Even the manager came out and let us know they would do everything they needed to do before heading home for the night. Good Job Bragg Team!
One attendant was very friendly, but the other one wasnt. Not only he wasnt friendly but have little to no knowledge in reference to the trailers. Also, their trailers are overpriced compare with other trailer shops.
On behalf of Pristine I can say this is a professional and knowledgeable staff! Julius and Jeremy took care of me and went above and beyond. My trailer is looking good again because they fixed all of my lights and now I can get back to work. Thanks again guys!
The best and more
I went to Bragg trailer to get my brakes fixed on my Kaufman 5 car trailer. After the first day of it being there without knowing what was wrong with my trailer they charged $237.45. They said they would look at it again on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I went there to see what was going on. I waited for over 3 1/2 hours to have an answer they told me that the trailer was good to go. They gave me a bill of $749.56. I paid the bill and went out to test my trailer and the emergency brake away still didn’t lock up the brakes, also I have to drive with my brake controller on 10 to get the brakes to work in the least bit. I brought this up to the tech and the front desk person, they responded with I have to drive the trailer for awhile to get them to work. This is absolutely absurd. If I was to get pulled over by DOT I would be ticketed and fined. I don’t know what kind of techs are here and what kind of management condones this type of service but it needs to get rectified. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for anything. They are only worried about getting paid. I am going to look at my options on the legal side of things.
Not impressed. No one even came out to the yard to ask if I needed help. Maybe they only service men
Called monday to get pricing, manager never returned phone call. called back today and spoke to a guy named slo-mo.the guy didnt know any of the pricing or product knowledge. sad! this is the only place to buy trailer parts around. please hire some decent help.
They have helped numerous times with sales repairs and accessories
Buyer beware! Make sure you know how much you are actually paying!I bought a basic 6x12 trailer. Was told it was $1150 initially but then was charged $1185 when I paid. I was charged $75 documentation fee for 10 minutes of paperwork and $45 to file the title. I was not told about these charges up front, but discovered them after looking at the itemized charges. When I said something about it, Johnny reminded me that I was not charged the $40 for welding the hardware that the spare attaches to. It took 5 minutes to weld which, at $40, equates to $500/hr labor. If I had known that I was going to be charged an additional $35 on the trailer and $75 for the documentation, I would have likely continued looking as another place, Texas Trailer Supply, had a similar trailer for $1200. I dont know if they would have lied about the price and added on unnecessary fees though. Maybe all trailer dealers are crooks.
They have the nicest, most affordable trailers in Bell County. Trey is a real nice guy, and they stand behind their trailer repairs and trailers parts also.
Great trailers and great service for trailers.
Wonderful ppl, the best. They have everything you need to Care for UR Trailer & so much more...😎😎😎
Very friendly and knowledgeable about all my questions. Will be the place I will go to for my needs.
Conflicting information on a trailer I was considering purchasing each time I went in. I went to Texas pride and purchased a much better trailer with double the amenities at a better price.
They are very resourcesful always happy to help customers in any way they can. They work hard and really take the time to make sure the job is done right . It really is a great crew
Great selection of trailers and supplies. These are much better than the trailers at lowes or tractor supply. The are stronger and built sturdier for about the same price. They have good friendly staff also.
If you care about your trailer, don’t take it here. I haul horses. I called Bragg up July 1st looking for an appt. They said to bring it in on the 15th, I show up and they weren’t even expecting me. They agreed to take it knowing we had to leave on the 25th. We got the trailer back on the 26th, assures that the axles were services, repacked and brake serviced.600 miles later, stranded on the side of the road in Memphis. Bearings smoked out on an axle. After frantically finding some one help out & $809 worth of hubs, bearings & emergency service we got it back together. Out of an abundance of caution, we pulled the other tires and checked all the hubs and bearings. Bragg didn’t do the work. They were never touched. Collected the $765 to do the work, but never touched em. I put at least half a tube of grease into every axle. They did reimburse the $809, but refused to refund the money they were originally paid to do the work. So, yes, we repaid to have it actually done elsewhere.Never did talk to the owner, couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call.Just WOW. Avoid like the plague.
Well they had a lot to Bragg about and they really seem to know there stuff.
Excellent service. Less expensive than the other service shop weve been going to. Very competent and friendly!
Great customer service. The best in the areaGood pricesMilitary discountExcellent knowledge on trailersLOVE THIS GUYSTHANKS
Very nice, extensive inventory. A bit expensive but a bit better than the competition. Trailers are heavy duty, which means they add a lot of extra pounds.
Great prices great customer services
Great service department. They get you in and out quick, no hassles. Reasonable prices.
Prompt service, professional staff.
Best Trailers and great parts & service department.
Great customer service. Everyone is very nice and it’s been a pleasure to work with them so far!
Texas Brag is nothing to brag about. I have one of there trailers and the bolts fell out of the spring mounts. They said they had a 1 year warrant but they did not warranty the problem even though the trailer was less than 6 months old. I am suing them now in small claims court.
Johnny was running a good show. No complaints.
Best prices on trailer equipment in Central Texas. Great customer service and if they dont have it they will do anything to get it for you!
Great Customer service....and this is where I go for all my trailer needs...and I have more than one.....thanks guys
Disappointed and somewhat disgusted- is how I describe my experience with Bragg’s. The Friday before the MLK 3 day weekend I had called them and was told by one of their salesmen (not mentioning the name….) he had the trailer I was looking for. I was quoted a price of $1550. I asked him if he was sure he would still have it by the next morning (Saturday) and I was told yes. He also went out on the lot to check if it had the tail gate I wanted and it did. “We have plenty” he said. So, with that information, I took 3 hours off work(docked pay) to go to UHAUL to have a tow package put on my truck so I could pick up the trailer the next morning. I had planned to work all weekend on home and yard improvements. To my surprise, I arrived around 10 am to pick up the trailer and the salesman I spoke with was off that day. (Hmmmm. You think he would have mentioned this. ) I was told they did NOT have that trailer, only a larger version (which my truck would not have been able to pull). To his credit, the man I spoke with was very nice and apologized for the mix up. He spoke with the manager and told me on Monday morning, right after their meeting, they would start calling their other dealerships and could most likely get my trailer in by Wednesday. He said he would call me early that morning. Well, I wasn’t pleased I’d lose the whole weekend working, but decided I’d wait and get what I wanted.Fast forward to Monday. No call. Nothing. So, by 11:30 I called and guess what. Yes, the original sales person that told me he had that trailer answered. So, I asked him how the calls went after the meeting and he had NO clue what I was talking about so I went through the whole explanation with him. He said HE would call. I waited another hour only to be told there wasn’t another one and that if he ordered me one it would cost a lot more as metal went up in price. UNBELIEVABLE. Basically, I was a sucker to the old “Bait and Switch” game. I was in sales for 12 years, and the company I worked for would “Make it right” if a sales person mis-led a customer. Well, obviously things have changed since then.I don’t recommend this place. They simply cannot be trusted.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for anyone needing repairs or work done on their trailer.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Low prices great selection! Everything you need for your trailer and more!
The salesman was upfront and the customer service was great, and the trailer I bought has been a quality product.
Service good. Pricing and options straightforward. Overall, very pleased.
Good prices very helpful folks.
Seems pushy to sell. I would recommend shopping around before coming here.
They have good prices and great customer service, Only wish they were closer.
They have a wide variety of trailers and good sales staff
Great place to get trailers or parts.
Great customer service...low prices.
Awesome staff! Great pulling trailer
Friendly, knowledgeable folks. Fair prices.
Staff helped me get approved for a new trailer and were very very helpful through the whole process, definitely recommend!!
Always helpful. Great staff.
I routinely go into Bragg Trailer exclusively for parts. Their pricing on trailer wheels w/ tires can not be beat. They are competitive in pricing with Tractor Supply and Lowes and Home Depot on all of their generic parts. On the commercial side, there is no comparison because no one else locally supplies quality commercial trailer parts. Bragg Trailers has all the correct components--and they know their inventory. They keep me straight on trailer size and requirements for safety components. They honor my ag exemption, ensure Im getting the best price they can give me when Im buying in bulk, and they are always pleasant and easy to talk with. I can always find the parts I need to service my customers trailer repairs--and if they dont have them, they usually get them within 48 hrs. I perform my own maintenance and service my own customers trailers, so I have not used their professional maintenance. But, I dont go anywhere else for my trailer parts. There is no point, and I know Stephanie and her crew have what I need. Sincerely, Chris Lillibridge, Owner & Operator of Allied Black and White Welding, LLC.UPDATE: A customer of mine came from California with a trailer that needed significant repairs on the side of the road. Bragg Trailer employees went over and above helping this man out, actually sending a tech out to repair the trailer on the side of the road which was immobile. These guys want your business. These guys are willing to go the extra distance. I just got a $14,000 trailer for $9339 out the door tax title and license included. If they know you and you know them you know you’re getting value with Bragg Trailer. Their staff is always friendly! I highly recommend this business. 5 Star rating.
Good service would go there again
Greg there is the go too guy for parts for my three trailers. Help me out with utmost care and service.
Great sales and service, the price cant be beat.
Great customer service
Great crew fast repairs
8 hours and $600 labor to replace the bushings on a tandem axle utility trailer plus parts. The shackle bolts were tack welded in place, but 8 hours?? The brakes were to be made functional, but they still do not work after two return visits.
Was good untill I called and told them about a design flaw, never got a call back.
