I will be giving the belton location 2 stars today, the last two packages I have had come through this facility were delivered to my neighbors house which happened twice in one week. Now the package I got today thankfully was left at my address, however it was marked left at gate, I do Not have a gate, it was left on the ground at the end of my driveway for everyone to grab f they wanted. This package cost me several hundred dollars and could have easily been ruined if it had gotten wet, the only reason Im giving 2 stars is because at least it was left on my property this time......i have tried to call and can get no answer on the phone

I visited today to get a package mailed. Already boxed/taped up, just needed label, which my brother-in-law, currently visiting another state, emailed in to UPS, after asking me to find what he needed and send it to him. All this store needed to do was spend a few seconds printing off the label and attach it ... for which they charged me $3.13 for computer time to print out the label. WHAT? Ive never had a UPS store charge me to produce a label. How is that customer service? I wont return to this location if I can help it ... definitely not without a label already printed out.I was not told of the $3.13 fee until after she printed it out. She surprised me with the fee. I understand, from your reply, that the employee was just following in-store procedure. I have not had a UPS store charge me for a label before. If this is standard practice, Ive not run into it before.Just remind employees to state the fee upfront before they print the label. Other than the surprise cost, your employee was polite and efficient. Beyond the unexpected fee, I have no complaints about your store or the service. ;-)

Went to get my papers printed i emailed . The Valerie person I never meant since going to that location since may did not assist with wanting to print out my papers but assisted all the other Caucasians with printing theirs and she had the nerve to charge me $3 minimum computer use . I told her while she spoke to another customer I just need my papers printed she told me to use the computer and do it with attitude . I guess theyre hiring low class now. There was a gentleman I usually see who works very hard and great customer service but the manager with the tattoos rude and unprofessional as well. You can help print out the Caucasians papers they email but it was an issue to print mines than charge me for using the computer she informed for me to just do when I told her I need her to print out what Ive emailed?This why people like that will never be successful in life and will remain having just a job and no career. Very poor service for the 1st time Ive been going there. Discriminatory actions will be further reviewed. I dont deal with prejudice people. If you dont like people than get a new job. Very rude and I confronted her that she didnt want to do her job and was very rude and told me to print it!!! I dont have time for miserable people not wanting to do their job and up and charge me a fee never informed and I never had to print my own email documents . I was a regular but never again. Its not confidential AT ALL that you have to email the store email to speak to the owner? How do I know he received it so I ended up contacting ups customer service line and report the issue. The manager gave me a fake corporate number but I will make sure this is reported. I loved the location to it was always perfect customer service;now its just low class.

As far as UPS goes I am completely disappointed in the service I have just received from UPS ground. The first mistake was mine and I accepted that. The second time for the same package after the address was corrected or I should say the apt # was added we have now been told they were unable to make delivery because the person doesnt live there anymore. Total lie because she was at home all day with no delivery attempted. Was told that the box was being returned to sender again. At $14 each delivery i could have used USPS and done better than this. I will probably not use UPS again

If you open a postal box here you will NEVER be able to forward your mail to any other address. That is per the U.S.P.S. The UPS store will not even take a forwarding address. The only way to have your mail changed is to contact each company that sends you mail and change your address. The post office will not except any mail address changes or forwards for any UPS box. All mail after you close your box will only be returned to sender.

I love sending my packages from this location! I was there a few days ago, Friday to be exact, and the staff was soooo helpful, and bubbly as they always are. You walk in that place and you automatically feel the happy energy in there once they greet you! Their level of professionalism and customer service is outstanding. I wish to apologize for my previous review. I was too empassioned. Suffice to say, the owner and I disagree on a fee being charged. He offered me a 50% refund for a fee which I feel, and legally, should not have been charged in the first place. When confronted with proof showing his error, he choose to deny any wrong doing and did not apologize for the mistake. In order to provide a quality feedback, I will restrict my comments to say that I have not appreciated the way this situation has been handled when confronted with documented proof of wrongdoing.That being said, my wife says the service from the actual rep she worked with was very nice and friendly.

I was there on Friday and needed help with some packing and shipping, from the moment I got there I was very pleased with the customer service, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and they were very pleasant. The manager, Carla, was the one who helped me, she answered every question I had and I can say I left there very pleased. I will definitely return for any other packing or shipping needs I may come across in the future.

I usually go to Temple location but decided to use this location as I was closer. Big mistake. Staff were very rude. Asked to speak with the manager and she was just as dismissive and disrespectful as her staff. Will never come back here again. Going back to the store in Temple where they know how to treat customers with a friendly smile. Staff in Temple get an A plus.Stay clear from Belton. Go to Temple.

The clerk it the store was great and as helpful and she possibly could be but oh my God give me a break the prices absolutely out of this world totally and utterly ridiculous who ever heard of a sending something overnight mail that doesnt even wait a pound and it costing over $100 as it was I ended up sending my very small package 2 day business which meant I sent it on Friday and it didnt arrive until Monday so that was three days later almost four. It still cost me $68

Will never use this place again. You charged me $182 to ship a package to a soldier and it never got there because you people messed up. Nice way to screw customers by getting them to sign waiver that lets you off the hook. Im not the mailing expert; youre supposed to be.

The UPS Store in Belton, is my go to store for all my shipping needs. They are make copies and send faxes, they do it and they are super friendly. It’s a great option to have a mailbox here because of their ability to ship my mail where it’s needed. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this UPS, I always go here to drop off my amazon returns, never had a problem. I was trying to print invitations for my kids’ luau and other printing services in the area either never returned my calls or told me to try other places. So I remembered UPS offer printing services, I called them and got an email to send the picture to, but I was asked to send it in a different format, which I did and didn’t get a response from them for the remaining of the day. No problem, called them the next day, spoke to the gentleman that works there, who is amazing by the way, and got my invitations printed and cut within less than an hour(I’m bad with names but I think his name is Paul). Thanks guys, keep up the great work!Ps, I got a response to my email later that day, but I told the person who emailed me that my invitations had already been picked up😬

I saw the poor reviews below and realized that it was not for this business location and owner, it was for the corporate UPS delivery service which is a different business. We have used this UPS Store for several years. The highest praise I can give them is our repeat business. We have used them for shipping hundreds of packages and printing high priority documents. Even when I have been pressed for time, I can email a project, give them a heads up, and usually it is printed by the time I get to the store to pick it up. The owner Paul has a good team and I will continue to give them my business they have earned.

Absolute worst service for any UPS in central Texas! I dropped off a package which arrived at the location with missing items and clearly new taping. When I dropped off the package the manager tried to tell me I had to buy their packaging. I stated I was sending the package according to UPS corporate instruction for my Company. I showed the manager what was in the package and taped the top myself. I used a weigh bill and left. I know that private stores only make 1$ per weigh bill package. In my opinion this store because they couldnt up sale me purposely tampered and molested my package and took out items!! It arrived damaged and had items missing! I would go anywhere else other than this perticular location!

I asked to mail a package priority mail. The mail truck had just pulled in the parking lot .The postal worker had not even begun to pick up and deliver to the PO boxes on site. The pastey faced kid behind the counter said oh no its too late .My package was already boxed up, with a complete address label filled out .I said-you cant just weigh it and charge me postage? (Keep in mind there was no one in line in front of me) Pastey face says well we would have to print a label .... Ok- and you cant do that? ........ Um-no .its too late. Postal guy is still there, 8-9 minutes later as Im sitting here writing this .Ive been there once before and their copy machine was broken- This place is a waste of space

As a business owner and frequent shipper I typically print and mail using my own UPS account. However, on July 12th I was at home and needed to ship a time sensitive package so I hustled over to the local UPS store here in Belton. I paid $65 for a 4.5 pound package 2 day shipping that left out Friday July 13th with a set arrival date of Monday the 16th of July. The package did not arrive to its destination until Wednesday the 18th. This led me to have to pay the company I shipped to an additional $58 to have the item repaired and returned to me next day so I could have it guaranteed back to me by the 20th.THE ACTUAL PROBLEM:I am not unreasonable and do realize their can be logistical problems, but I feel I should not incur the extra cost of those logistics problem when paying for a service. I called and spoke with UPS directly about my refund and was told I would have to go to the UPS store where I paid for the shipping. I came today to the store and requested my refund back onto my business card, the same card that was originally charged. I was told that they would have to do a claim with UPS and then issue me a check for the refund upon the request being approved. This is after being told that I would receive a refund for the error. They said that this would take approximately 2 weeks and a check would be mailed to me. Ridiculous. The manager never left the back of the store. Hell, I have no idea what the man looks like. Instead the employee would walk from counter to the back and back and forth for several trips.THE ABSOLUTE WEIRDEST POINT WAS THEM DISTANCING THEMSELVES FROM UPS THE ENTIRE TIME. They spoke of UPS literally the entire time as if it was just some shipping company, and that a big UPS logo wasnt their sign. Every employee has UPS on their shirt, the UPS logo on the sign, plus it is called a UPS store, yet they deny affiliation. Strange. DO YOURSELVES A HUGE FAVOR AND PRINT AND SHIP DIRECTLY FROM YOUR COMPUTER. You will save a lot of time and money and in the event you need a refund THE ACTUAL UPS company can take care of that over the phone with you THE SAME DAY.Whew... that was long winded.

If there was a option for o stars I would rate them a zero! I went to drop off a package and the customer service sucked. The employee did not allow me to tape my own package. She kept arguing with me and stated they would tape it at a later time and could not give me a reason why. This is the second time I have had a bad experience here. I will drive the extra mile to use a different location or different company.
