Came here to get my oil changed because I was in the area. The experience was pleasant but my car stopped working right after on 95. Still working on getting it fixed. Something got messed up with my airflow sensor when they looked at my air filter.

The staff is friendly and the service is great.

A bit more expensive than some other oil change services, but totally worth the service. Employees are friendly and fast. The waiting room is simple enough for me and the entrance/exit are easy to navigate. Also I have had no problems with their service up to this point.

They always take care of my issues. Had an issues and the manager told me to bring it back he will take care of it himself. Saved me $500 for not listening to other ppl say about Jiffy Lube! I do not have to take my car to the dealer just because I have a Lexus. Jiffy Lube has worked for me.

I went to top off my Brake fluid and other fluids and for Tire rotation (I had oil changed at the same place couple of months back). Hard to believe they do Tire rotation and oil chage only. They advised me to go to check with mechanic for other services. I requested them just to check and let me know if everything is okay before I take it to a mechanic, which they didnt. It may be my ignorance, I didnt know exactly what JL does ( but my JL app does suggest different: is it wrong advertising ??). If I have to check with mechanic outside for small function ( like brake fluid top off), why would I go to JL for oil chage only.

James and crew are honest and efficient, have been for a decade.

Found out they now charge for topping off radiator fluid.Use to be topping off all fluids was part of the package. Whats next?

I’m from out of town and the service I received at this Jiffy Lube, the manager and employees treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel confident in the choices I had to make concerning my car. What surprised me the most was the fact that I wanted to get my tires rotated, and one of the employees checked my tires out and told me it was fine and that I wouldn’t have to do that. Usually people try to rip you off and make you pay for a service that you don’t need to make the money but I appreciate the honesty and integrity that he showed. I would recommend anyone to visit this exact Jiffy Lube. Thanks again I will be coming back.

My first time at Jiffy Lube and it was a pleasant experience. The service was thorough with no pressure to buy more. However the manager did go over everything with me and explained what levels my model vehicle took and what to expect in the future. 20 minutes total and price was reasonable. I used to wait 2 hours at the dealer. Easy and professional.

I was able to get in and out at the end of a busy day within 30 minutes which was better than I had anticipated. Everyone was really friendly and professional. Gave me options without sale pressures. I would definitely go back to this Jiffy Lube although, hopefully, Ill get some coupons because price-wise theyre 30-50% more expensive than other oil change shops... and professionalism as well as cost are what drive my purchases.

Even though my mother’s car is old they took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work and suggestions for the car. I will continue to take my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube.

Came in for an oil change after work and they were quick, so kind and explained everything along the way. They even offer a coupon on their website and always vacuumed my car floors, add windshield wiper fluid & washed my windows! Would recommend visiting them for sure.

I was out one Saturday evening when I realized I couldnt see lights on the road. I got home safe and sound but knowing I needed to find a place to change lights. Ive been here before for oil change and the guys were friendly and attentive but I wasnt sure about a headlight change. I called and I found out they did! Same friendly service and they noticed the rear lights needed a replacement, too! The lights and oil were done quickly and professionally. I will come back for the oil changes again!

The experience was over the top!The technician who assisted me was so professional right from when he collected my car keys to when he finished the entire service.He made recommendations on what to dofor my next oil change .I wish I could give him 6 stars for the service. He however said hes been transferred to the Columbia location.Please give him a pay raise.Hes an exceptional employee. I will look for his business card and post his name once I find the card.

I had a wonderful experience with one exception. During the service the technicians left my engine running the entire time. I know this because my fuel consumption and mileage is tracked by my car. I realize they appreciated the a/c on a very hot day but I didn’t appreciate it.

I arrived and walked out of my car, they told me I could go inside to wait. I’m thinking is someone going to ask me what I would like done. 10 minutes later the guy walks in and sits at the computer so I got up to tell him what service I wanted and he was like “you would like the high mileage oil change right? I looked up you account already”, I was blown away. Excellent service. It took all of 20 minutes from start to finish.

Been going there for 17 YRS., GREAT team, jumping all over the car to hit the tires, Windows and sweeping the carpets. They keep me going with MOBIL 1 FULL SYNTHETIC. HAD 3 VEHICLES WITH OVER 300,000 MILES ON EACH !!

Alot of businesses will turn people away when its close to the advertised closing time, but I pulled up 15 min before they closed and the guys were eager to get me in and get me out. Just a regular oil change, but it was quick, efficient, and professional.

Brought my truck in for a signature oil change. All services were completed correctly and quickly;except two things. They missed me having a light out and only vacuumed the front of my truck and not the second or third row. They wouldve received three stars for this service but they were very pleasant and installed the light bulb at no charge.

I have had my oil changed at the Baltimore Ave. Jiffy Lube for over 2 years now and find them to be well-managed and do a great job. I usually drop the car and head next door for a meal at McDonalds and the car is ready to go. Thanks for great service!

I went to this Jiffy Lube early on a Friday morning and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their customer service was fantastic and all of the staff was extremely helpful, especially because I know nothing about cars. Jerome helped me and honestly I would come back just for him. I visited this location today for an oil change and had a great customer experience so I felt the need to write a review. Granted there was only one other car there when I arrived, the team members quickly got started working on my car. I was greeted with big smiles and everyone was extremely friendly. The oil change only took about 15 minutes. On my way to the car, once again I got more big smiles from the team. I sat down and threw my stuff on the passenger seat, only to have one on the service members close my drivers side door behind me and wave. I couldnt believe what a nice gesture that was. Thanks to everyone there for such a positive experience, which rarely happens when getting an oil change. The pleasant atmosphere really does make all the difference to a customer. I will be returning.

My passenger car seat was stained by the time I left. :/ The price I paid was higher than usual for a routine oil change. However the service was pretty good.

The mechanics was very nice and handled the work area very professionally. However, I didnt get a complete service from this location because my oil drain plug was stripped and they recommended me to go back to the other Jiffy Lube location to get it service.

Worst jiffy lube I have been to. Only one person they services in am eisle at a time as compared to two per row at most locations. Way longer wait. Horrible. Go to a different one. They dont even ask what u are in service for when you are next in line like other locations do.

They missed about half of the grease fittings on my truck and couldnt check the transmission level. Another item they screwed up was my tires. I had them filled with nitrogen to the proper pressure, but they let this out and when I stopped them, they refilled with ordinary air.On another visit with my car, they tried to tell my girlfriend that the antifreeze was too green and needed to be replaced. I had just put in a new radiator and the antifreeze was brand new. Keep your eyes open if you go to this shop.

This was my first time going to this location. The service was quick which was good; however the actual service job was lacking. When their service was completed and I got back in my car not only was the tire gauge on, but instead of the issue of one tire needing more air (which I came in with), I now had two tires that needed more air. I thought perhaps I needed to drive and the tire pressure gauge would adjust because the guy told me they filled my tires with air, but that never happened. I eventually had asked by brother to put more air in my tires.

Great service, prompt and always friendly. Side note I had a issue with my car not starting. They came to my job and fixed the problem. I will forever be greatful.

Stopped by on Saturday and was told that because there wouldnt be any more regular oil until wednesday, I would have to pay $30 extra for bottled oil. Worse than the usual $5 extra for a special filter or being told my new air cleaner needs replacing. Not coming back.

Generally good experience when I go here. Except my last visit...They didnt do what i asked and not check my filters as i do that myself... I got in my car and found items that were in my glove compartment on the seat. If you going to do what I asked you not to do at least hide the evidence...
