Please don’t buy and thing from this store, very rude and Prices are high. ladies both sisters and one Ethiopan guys continued to talk to one another ignoring me ...never will I go back to shop here....poor customer service !

I purchased $100 worth of products to get home to LOOK and see that I could NOT fit this heat cap. So small and no elasticity, so I don’t even think my 7 year old could fit it. So being as though I still had the receipt and was within their 14 day return policy, I expected to get refunded or at least offered an exchange for equal value. I GOT NEITHER!I was told that because it physically works, I had to keep it. When my thing was, I can’t fit it. Then they (manager Tg and associate)contradicted themselves by telling me I couldn’t bring it back simply because it was open, but how could I see and/or use it if I didn’t open it?! Make it make sense! She told me because I could just look at the box itself. Lastly, without trying to make a scene, I asked if I could have the information of the owner because it just doesn’t seem fair. I have the receipt! You see that I never even tried it on! The socket cover is still on for God sakes! So I had to give them My information instead of the other way around. Let’s hope he calls me as I was told so we can resolve this fairly! If not they most definitely just lost another customer 😔

I gave the beauty supply 4 stars just because of its size. However, they have A LOT of hair and wigs. A decent collection. They also have whipped Shea butter which I’ve actually been looking for.I went in to get some braiding hair which was 20% more than another beauty supply store further from my house. When I mentioned that I would just go to another beauty supply store Kia the sales associate without hesitation advised she will match the price.I think that was great to keep a customer who will definitely be back. She stated I shouldn’t have to go to a further beauty supply and she would advise her boss. Most people miss the concept of securing a customer this day of age. I was really satisfied with the accommodation.

They are so kind at this store (the Ethiopian ladies who work here are so classy beautiful and sweet) and they have the best of the best of everything such as an amazing selection of cosmetics, hair supplies, body jewelry etc.

They have the most wonderful staff and who ever orders inventory you can really tell they care about what they put in there.

Please don’t buy and thing from this store, you cannot return anytime even if it’s damage, I bought a lace from wig they cut too close, and they refused to exchange it so I just lost $80.00, ask questions before you shop in this store. Won’t be coming back!!
