After they couldnt get my prescription straight with my doctor they then got me my CPAP after I had to call them every 2 days for a month and a half and they got the prescription wrong because the guy who handles prescriptions has dyslexia (nothing against people with dyslexia but blind people shouldnt drive busses for a living and dyslexic people should not write sensitive prescriptions for a living). He apologized stating that his dyslexia kicked in and he copied it wrong.I then used their automated system to get replacement parts and nothing even came. I had another prescription placed and they just dropped it pretty much. If theres accreditation involved in being a medical supplier someone should really consider revoking theirs.

If I could give them a big fat ZERO I would, as well as my insurance company for referring me to them for a CPAP machine. I had my sleep study in June. My primary care doctor has faxed my notes to them repeatedly, according to their records. Lincare has no record of receiving any documentation or clinical notes. I have been in an ongoing triangle of phone calls with Lincare, United Healthcare, and my doctor since June. Thank GOD I don’t have a terminal illness or I’d be dead by now, and my healthcare information would be in an endless spiraling loop into the netherworld. An utter disgrace.

I called for service mid-morning and the tech was here at 4, having given me a heads-up on the phone. Took care of the problem, made a helpful suggestion, and replaced the filter. Excellent customer service from the office and from the tech.

Inquired on a tuesday, sent necessary info thursday afternoon, called monday, was told Id get a call back.....NO call back...CANCELLED ORDER!!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I have started the process to get my new CPAP machine 1 year ago. After repeated phone calls from me and then repeated faxes of scripts from doctors, I still have not received the machine. Very frustrating and very Unprofessional on their part. I dont know how they are still in business.

Lost paperwork, if I am lucky for them to answer phone it sounds like I am on a speaker phone, majority of time call ends up transfering to answer sys 10/10/18 I called and confirmed CPAP paperwork was sent and received. 10/12/18 called to check status, was told paperwork was still being processed. 10/16/18 called to check status, was told paperwork was still being processed and it takes 5-7 days to complete. 10/19/18 (7 business days) called to check status, was told they didnt have paperwork or any account with my information... Called Doctor and Virginia location and it was confirmed paperwork was sent on 10/10/18 and they sent paperwork again. Called the next several hours and noone answered at Beltsville location, left two messages with answering system and a manager was suppose to call back. No call ever received. Around 3:30 called and pushed button for doctor office/hospital, lady answered and put me on hold, sat on hold for 15 minutes, finally hung up and called back pushed same button for doctor/hospital, went straight to call center. I have many concerns... most importantly I feel Federal Regulations regarding Medical Records are getting Lost.

Worst company to deal with. Promises to fill my order from doctor never met -- after six phone calls. I even called Lincare corporate headquarters in FL and that didnt work. Do not use this company. (I never write reviews.)

The absolute worst. It has been over six weeks of repeated calls to get supplies. I was told today, they need additional information THAT THEY ALREADY ASKED FOR PREVIOUSLY. Use any other provider other than Lincare.

All I can say is Wow I worked in the medical Profession before and I helped thousands of Patients I am very upset I have not had my Cpap supplies in 8 months this is very sad I called and got hung up on for the last 6 months so I got tired and went there in person too see what’s going on I saw a very unorganized work place if I have to buy my supplies of Amazon I will contact the proper Individuals to get this place Closed
