Great place to work at, friendly staff and employees. Great pay, and lots of good benefits. I love that you don’t have to wait for them to kick in like 6 months, they are right away. Haven’t been back cause of the shut down but I really am ready to go back soon.

Office staff is nice. Make sure to wear your PPE. MLD area (4) is noisy due to the cold water return pipes overhead. Lunchroom is really large.

Worked here for about 8 months, worked the horrible hours of constant 12 hour days- was being considered for two higher positions and looking forward to growth- got terminated for letting the team lead know I had to leave rather than the supervisor. This place is based on a point system and that rule is not in the handbook.. wrongfully terminated, horrible HR and management. Favoritism is ridiculous. I talked to HR about switching shifts for college and I was told I couldnt, the HR lead gave her nieces boyfriend a switch right away. Happy to be gone now that I am. Also had to fight for my vacation time pay by contacting corporate. A+ to corporate

This place expects day shift to be there at 5am no matter how bad the weather or how impassable the rroads may be. It is ridiculous .The lack of concern they have for employees

Awful customer service and doesn’t pay attention to employees. When they are in the wrong they blame someone else. I was only able to get the issue resolved when I showed up in person and insisted that someone help me. Mind you, I said the exact same issue on the phone but I guess if you are out of sight you are out of mind

This is an automotive automated manufacturing plant for automobile seats. The people in shipping and receiving are very pleasant very nice people.

Sat for over 2 hours waiting to be unloaded. Hey Yanfeng, drivers dont have unlimited hours to work. Please let your shipping and receiving office to think of that.

5hrs to get loaded. expedite freight. inside people standing and talking.

Worked for the company for 2 months. After filing a sexual harrasment complaint i was fired a day after. Its called wrongful termination. And yes i hired a lawyer for it. And for the rest posting things similar plz call a lawyer. Just waiting for my court date :)

Horrible non unione and they only care about there mony and they dont even handle that well there is an old saying proper planning prevents piss-poor performance and this place does not understand that they get a 5-year contract to impress Chrysler and they put the least amount of money into it to try and get maximum amount of production otherwise known as lean manufacturing and it does not work they also do not treat their employees right and do not pay them fairly

Stay away from this company they go by a point system with attedence and tardiness they dont care what the reasons are even if you have a sick child or car issues..They have people that dont do there jobs and exspect you to do theres while they are taking longer breaks.Alot of backstabbers looking out for themselves so watch out for yourself..Horrible Management and shift leaders...

Management should follow the employee handbook policy when they let go an employee so I am sure the open door policy is the same way instead of helping you they just get rid of you.
