2 Froggy Jumps LLC are the best!! Have rented from them for years. Every thing always is perfect. From tables, chairs, tents and bouncy houses always friendly and helpful.

Definitely one of the best rental experiences Ive ever had. These guys handled everything and they even came by a little earlier than the window they gave us, which is nice cause Im sure many others would agree but Im not a fan of long window times and waiting 6 hours for the people to show up late lol.The obstacle course was pretty great and the it it kept inflated really well and the kids all loved it. I Definitely recommend these guys

The water slide & bounce house were very clean and in new condition. The delivery guys were very nice. However, the delivery time was VERY inconvenient. Showing up less than 2 hours before an event with 100 people was a stressful & chaotic experience. We had no time to get all the tables & chairs set up with table cloths and centerpieces before guests started arriving. When someone has rented as many items as I did… showing up last minute doesn’t work. I would consider a different company if you don’t want the stress of last minute.

Everything was perfect. They set it up and took it down super quick! The guy setting it up was also super nice and professional. The bouncy obstacle course itself was in great condition. It made the birthday so much more fun!

We had a great experience renting a bounce house with 2 Froggy Jumps. They were very responsive to emails prior to the event to answer questions. The set up and take down was perfect. The kids loved the bounce house and played on it for hours. I would definitely rent from them again.

I booked with them last week and was impressed with the service. They were able to set up at a park since they are licensed and insured. The inflatable was clean and looked great. I got many compliments from my guests and couldnt be happier!

Very friendly. They delivered the day before party and picked up well after the gathering had ended. Reasonably priced, easy online rental, and I was so pleased to find a variety of slide sizes. I was able to rent a 12 ft water slide that was perfect for my kids that ranged from 3-7. It was a great day. Thank you, we will be repeat costumers for sure.

Most unprofessional, rude, careless service I’ve ever witnessed. My parents spent over $900 on a water slide alone. Along with tables and chairs for their party. Two delivery men arrived to set up & a miscommunication happened over where the water slide was suppose to be set up. Instead of listening the one guy started arguing with my step mom. My step mom had missed their call confirming they were on their way to set up. When she apologized he told her “sorry doesn’t fix everything.” We rented it overnight so the next morning the children were still playing on it. They were again suppose to call to confirm they were on their way for pick up. To insure we don’t have our dogs outside, etc. So the same two delivery men show up and see the kids still playing on it. Immediately the same man that argued with my mom starts deflating this huge water slide as tall as my parents barn. My 3 year old nephew was on his way down the slide and my 5 year old was at the top when it started deflating. It started collapsing fast but luckily my brother grabbed my 5 year old before it started to fall. Furious, my sister starts yelling at him because he was fully aware the children were still on this huge slide. He starts yelling about how we weren’t suppose to be playing on it before pickup. Told my sister “not my kids not my responsibility.” Yes, it was our mistake for being on it. Instead of coming up to one of us and telling us we needed to get off he handled it totally unprofessionally and put children in danger. After getting in a screaming match with my sister the man marched towards the house to shut off the water. Because they didn’t call ahead of time our dogs were still out. Our one dog is very protective so he did run up and nip him because he was charging towards our house. The man then started yelling profanities and said he was going to kill our dog. All in all my parents spent a lot of money and received horrendous service. I truly can’t fathom how businesses allow their employees to treat their customers this way. Considering how your employees act I doubt the owner will do anything about this. Worst service I think I’ve ever encountered.

This is our second rental from 2 Froggy Jumps. Both times the service has been incredible from start to finish. The bouncy house with waterslide we rented entertained 30 kids for a whole day. Great experience would definitey recommend!

I wish I could give them ten stars instead of five! We rented the 44 slip and slide for our 4th of July party. They dropped off the slide a day early because of business needs and when they came to pick it up, we were having too much fun that they let us extend our rental on the spot for an extremely fair rate. From the start of the rental process through the pick up of the slide, the customer service was some of the best I have seen. We will definitely be repeat customers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It’s a one stop shop literally. They have a variety of bounce houses, water slides, extreme inflatables, concession stands, tents, tables, chairs & staff are also available. The staff is very polite & friendly and set up & take down was fast. If your having any type of party & looking for all around awesome service that beat competitors prices I Highly recommend 2 froggy jumps LLC, they have everything...but the cake.

My two year old loved the princess bounce house! The prices were super affordable! We did the one of the monthly deals $120 for the whole weekend!

I am a repeat customer - the bounce houses are always a hit and the price for the equipment is very reasonable. The service and communication received from 2 Froggy Jumps is outstanding.The only issue that I would have is the extra charges for delivery/set up. Not a deal breaker, but did cause a pause on our part as it gets pretty pricey on top of the cost for renting the bounce house!Would definitely recommend to others considering renting a bounce house!

We have rented from 2 Froggy Jumps several times and each time have had excellent service. They have always had our order here early and picked up without any problems, staff is friendly and the bounce houses have always been clean. We will continue to rent with them for our future party fun!

Ive used this company twice: once for bouncy house and concession rental, and I just used them again to rent a 20x20 tent, tables and chairs for a large party. The prices are fantastic, the products are very clean, and the ease of delivery/set up is great! I also like the ease of ordering online, and the email communications were timely and consistent. Delivery and set up were 2 days before the party due to a busy weekend schedule for the company, and that worked fine for us. I definitely recommend them for your parties!

The bouncy water slide is perfect for children and adults to use. The price was great! The only negative was the communication upon delivery and pick up were lacking, the time scheduled to be dropped off and picked up came and went and I ended up having to call and see where they were. That being said, the slide was dropped off a day early, and up a day after due to a busy schedule, which was totally fine. 😀 Overall very pleased!

Great place to rent bouncy houses. We use them each year for our fun fair at my elementary school. Was there within plenty of time to set up. And arrived back at a decent time to pick everything up. Great items at a great price.

Our Childcare Center hosted a fun day and we had a bounce house AND an obstacle course. We had some issues getting the obstacle course to inflate, so it was a little inconvenient that they didnt open until 10am- our kids were READY to jump and play. Overall, we were offered a fantastic deal for our nonprofit, had friendly customer service and a fabulous time! Thank you 2 Froggy Jumps. Highly recommend.

Ordering was easy and the delivery gentleman was very pleasant. Unit was overall in good shape but was disappointed that the interior was not cleaned better. Had to take a dust vacuum to it and wipe it down before our use.

I cant say enough great things about this company! We ordered a bounce house for my daughters birthday party and they took care of everything. They were on time on both ends and were super friendly. I was worried about the wind or if it rained during the party but they put all my worries to ease. They drove it out, set everything up, and when we were done they came back and cleaned it and took it away. I was very impressed with the prices, cleanliness, and customer service. I had a group of VERY happy kids. Thank you!!!

My wife and I both left voicemails inquiring about rentals for a birthday party...no returned calls. Tried calling the following day while they are open and couldnt get through to a representative.We decided to rent from another company.

Darcett is the most unprofessional unqualified person to be ever running an office. She claims shes the owner shes not. She laughs at you when youre talking to her & has 0 customer service. They have their warehouse call to change the schedule and tell you that they cant deliver on the time theyre supposed to. Then she says that your order was placed at the last minute and its your fault and you have to accommodate them. When did that ever happen when is the customer not supposed to be accommodated. If they took my order at the last minute then they shouldnt blame me for the fact that theyre overbooked. Do not order from this place they are the worst company in the world when it comes to customer service. They have failed at customer service 101. Rude & obnoxious very unprofessional.Darcet you have zero skills for organizing or setting up a delivery schedule. You do not set up a delivery based on when an order was place. You cant keep saying it was booked at the last minute. You took the reservation and never complained. Not once did anyone say to me when I paid in full that the booking was too late. You wanted to leave your equipment in my yard all day on Friday and overnight and laughed when I said its a risk and I dont want your equipment to get stolen. You were rude and you didnt take my concerns about your equipment getting stolen seriously. You cancelled my order without my authorization. Then you had the audacity to claim I cancelled the order. You shouldnt have taken my order and I will bet the real owner told you to cancel my order because you messed up and took my order 2 days before the event. So you came up with this elaborate lie about not being able to deliver Saturday. No one would take the risk of leaving someone elses expensive equipment out for an extra 24 hours at their own risk. You ruined my event, you didnt give me any other options. You didnt even ask me if I wanted to pick up your equipment. Why? Because you are not professional. There is always a solution to every problem. Bottom line Darcet you just dont care and your selfish. You well yelled at because you laughed at a customer and were rude and demanded respect. Respect is earned and you did not earn it. Horrible, horrible customer service. Go ahead and claim you are not worried about online reviews. If you werent worried you wouldnt have replied and lied. You can claim your customers know you. If you werent worried about reviews than why are you having your nearest and dearest friends and family posting fake reviews for you?You are not a reputable company. Reputable companies do not take an order from a customer and than turn around 8 hours later and tell them well you placed the order at the last minute so we are going to inconvenience you and blame you. A reputable company will work with the customer to solve the issue and not blame the customer for their own incompetent skills and unprofessional employees. A reputable company would not take an order when they know they cannot deliver. You are a disgrace of a company far from a reputable company. Rude, unprofessional and pathetic.
