I had excellent service and repairs at Speeds. Alex helped me today on his day off when my car needed repairs, so I could make it back down to Minneapolis day of. Alex is incredibly kind, he fixed my car quickly, and charged a fair price. I am extremely grateful and will continue business here if I find myself stranded in Bemidji again. THANK YOU.

No customer service they dont answer the phone or call you back and cant get a straight answer about vehicles

The owner seemed very kind. The only negative I have is it is really difficult to get a hold of him. He dont like to answer his phone. But overall when you can get to work with him. He works around low-income families and is willing to make deals towards what you can afford. The vehicles are what you get, but hes willing to help you with repairs with no cost of Labor. He works with all his customers and I very much appreciate that. Overall, he is a very nice person.
