They initially repaired a broken windshield after I hit a crow; two ladies in the front reception/cashier area were very professional and courteous - then I scheduled a window repair in my home - both those processes were flawless - especially the window repair in my home - the technician that came to my home was Jake, he was very professional, on time, and completed a beautiful job. Definitely would recommend.

Wow! What a professional job these guys did! A lawnmower put a rock through the large half round window above my front door.. The guys at Glass Doctor came quickly, took the window out to get an exact template, put the old window back in in a matter of about a half hour. They were very careful not to make a mess. Then they clearly explained the process, gave me an accurate quote, and gave me a realistic timeline. When the nrw window came in they put the window in quickly with absolutely no mess and no hassle to me. They were fantastic!

Glass Doctor of Bemidji is fantastic! My husband and I consulted them for ideas on what we could do for our walk-in shower since we really wanted to have more natural light throughout the bathroom. Their team not only provided us with options and professional advice, but they flawlessly installed the large piece of tempered glass for the shower divider. We love it!

They do not respect customers, rude, not professional, and does not want to accept their mistakes. I ordered to replace a mirror in my bedroom but they were not able to measure it correctly. The first time they brought mirror the dimensions were a bigger size, they immediately left back to the store to recut the mirror a second time but it was wrong again -size was smaller then I needed. They cut to much of the mirror. Their manager Jeff charged me for mirror and work and does not want to replace the mirror. What was really awful was they cut one my outlet( that was attached to my previous mirror) without electrical ability and left half of my house without electricity. The glass doctor performed the job they did not have license/ permission. I had to call the electrician to make sure my house is safe to live in. The electrician corrected the circuit safely and redid my outlet. I will not trust and recommend this company to anyone.

Fixed a chip in my windshield that the nice semi truck gave me. cant even tell it was there. Also love the Aqua Pell stuff on my windshield keeps it so nice an clear. LOVE IT!

Called on Sunday to leave a message that we had a bad Stone chip on our large Tiffen windshield....... Jeff called us back on Monday while we were on the road from Hayward Wis to bemidji. Monday afternoon he already has his man show up at the campgrounds. This fine young man went to work on a nasty chip.......in a half hour you COULD NO SEE THE DAMAGE!!!!!!!! This gentleman was a miracle worker and​ very professional. We paid the 60 bucks and​ saved 3000 on a new windshield,.........glass doctors...... THANK YOU!!!!!!
