Not an honest person at all. Had my car towed there during our extreme cold spell. He never worked on it and complained about how hard it is to push VW’s into his garage. Gave me a cost of repairs that to other mechanics was way over priced, so I told him I had to think on it. Finally said I was going to have someone come tow it and he didn’t show up to get it. I set up another weekend day for someone to pick it up, but he left the cable over the access so we couldn’t get in. Tried again two weeks later and the car wasn’t there. Called and asked him to call me back and let me know where it went and never received a call. I wasn’t able to pick it up since it wasn’t running, which he knew. I also couldn’t get anywhere. Whole thing was nothing but a major pain, and now I find out he had it towed two days before I got there to get it and the towing company wants $400 to get it out. We had several conversations so it’s not like it was abandoned. Nice thing to do to a community member who’s a single mom taking care of her elderly mother. I’ve worked in customer service all my life, and this was a failure.

Good service. Sean the one who owns it is really nice and helpful. I always feel really good about going to him with any problems i have with my vehicles.

My truck had an ignition control module go out in the coldest week of winter, the folks at Fugates had me back on the road in three business days which is not bad considering how busy everyone is. im happy yo have the truck back!

I have gone here all 4 years I was in college. I have always been so impressed with how genuine he was. Takes the time to break things down into easy to understand terms and doesnt overcharge.We recently saw him as we were trying to leave the state and my car broke down, he offered his own vehicle to us and ended up buying our car so he could flip it. I would always come back.
