I dont know her name but she was amazing. Helping me pick out the right perfume. Was happy, willing, and well informed! I will definitely go back again

I would say that every time I go in here I am greeted. I know a few years back they were gaining their footing and have gone through many different employees since then. I usually buy something when I go inside and if I don’t I order from them and they tell me when it’s ready or have it delivered to my house. They are extremely helpful, even during COVID.

I’m constantly disappointed by this place. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Things often aren’t in stock, and twice I’ve purchased things where the tester product was inside the box. The store is often dirty, and it’s overall a huge disappointment. Save yourself the trip of coming in - you’re better off shopping online.

I was really disappointed. Walked in planning on spending quite a bit of money. I was never greeted, looked at, or even acknowledged. Both workers were giggling, doing their own makeup and never asked if I was looking for anything. -Which I was. Usually when walking into Sephora you are greeted at least. I did not spend any money here because of my experience and would rather spend money online if that’s how I am treated routinely.

I alway love going inside, test out some very nice makeup to buy.

Favorite place to shop with an awesome team who always helps me when I come in, this is my favorite Sephora.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Not only did they not look at the woman in front of me when she asked a question but didnt offer any sort of help at all. Once I was being checked out for the items I was purchasing they just chatted amongst each other the entire time. I will be ordering online. Will never step foot into this sephora again.
