We had a large order and all came pretty quickly, with only one missing gloves. We called customer service and they shipped it out very fast. Great service, Thanks
Great experience with this shop. The delivery of my item took a little longer than usual because of some FedEx issues and them receiving the inventory. Mike and his team were great at communicating and making sure I had my bag in time for an upcoming ride. Would definitely shop here again!
Most annoying process ever. First the product we ordered they didnt have, but didnt contact us to let us know until we called asking why our order hadnt been sent, then they told us it wasnt available. So a different jacket got picked but they had to ship it in from another city, so that took another week. And then another week from that point to even send our order out. At this point the expected delivery was up to 12 days, then it sat at the boarder for a while and we got a bill for another 54$ duty fees. So now its been over a month and our order still hasnt gotten to us and wont be here for another week and a bit (if we are lucky) Would not recommend ordering from this company if you are from canada.

Great Customer SERVICE !! Would order from them again. Ordered Medium snow pants and thought I should maybe try the smalls. They work with me so I could try both. My girlfriend bought the size I didnt want and they honored the sale price on 2nd pair.
I needed to exchange some items that didn’t fit but was going on a snowmobile trip in a few days. They shipped my items to the Lodge and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service!!
December 19th at 1 pm I called to see if I ordered something if it would be here in time for the holidays and they couldn’t guarantee but he said it should. So I went online ordered it. It literally showed up on December 20th at 10:30 am. Staff was super friendly! I was very impressed with how they handled business and would definitely order from them in a heart beat! Great company!
I got a $20 gift card, for orders over $100, from First Place parts and had a coupon. During checkout of my purchase, totaling $246.91, without coupons or gift cards applied, it asked for coupons in one field and asked that I add the gift card to the comments field on the checkout. I did so. Upon billing of my order, I noticed the $20 gift card was not applied. I contacted customer service immediately, to not only rectify this, but to find out the status of the order. They replied stating that the coupon was applied. I replied stating that the gift card was not applied. They replied stating that the coupon and the gift card are not combinable, which is clearly not stated on the gift card or coupon they published on Facebook. I then replied that I would like to just cancel the order. I got an email back at 12:09 PM stating, OK, the package has already been scanned for shipping, so it makes canceling the order more difficult. I will try and pull the package but cannot guarantee I will be able to pull it. I never heard anything, and the package was not scanned by the carrier for another 5 hours I asked to cancel the order. A few days later the package arrived. I emailed customer service again asking to apply my gift card, since it was not applied in the first place and they did not cancel the order. The customer service representative then told me, I’m sorry I wasn’t able to pull your package, SpeeDee typically picks up two times a day once during the lunch hour and again in the afternoon. We also have a small staff here and it is not as easy as you may think to go outside, dig through a pallet full of packages to pull one. You can send the items back and we can issue a refund once the items are received back to our warehouse. So now they are stating I can get a refund if I send the package but, which apparently is more money out of my pocket because they cannot apply the gift card properly.For years I have ordered things from them. I am very disappointed in how poor their service and product selection have gotten lately. I will never order from them again.
I will never order from this company again. I ordered a Klim bag from this company and the same bag from another company that operates in the exact same way. The other company got me my bag ASAP. First place parts gave me a bunch of lies. At first they said they were waiting for the bag to come into stock. Then they said they would get it on this day, then that day, and then they said they had the bag. My husband at this point needed the bag for a trip and asked it to be over nighted to us. We finally got confirmation that it was sent 2 day mail. It was sent from Klim, not First Place. They never actually had the bag. The woman on the phone has the worst customer service. Dont lie to people. I could have had this bag sooner had I used another company. I was never sent any emails saying it shipped or giving me a tracking number. No communication at all. Thankfully UPS sends me updates on anything being delivered to my house or I never would have known it was coming or who it was coming from. These companies operate in the same manner. Same catalogue same websites, same sales. Customer service is what makes them stand apart from one another. First place fails in this area. Dont lie to your customers.
Very unsatisfied with there customer service, had a package expedited back so I would get a replacement in time, they received the package and called me which was great except I missed the call so I called right back to Elizabeth and left a message, 3 in fact that day. Next day comes still no call back, I call there again left another message still nothing so I called the customer service line which mind you, you sit on hold for exactly 30 min each time, wasted 4+hrs of my life already on hold to get sold of somebody. The lady then transfers me to Elizabeth hmm well I could have done that by dialing her extension. So left another message. Still have no package, not a single phone call back going on day 5 of nothing. Cant say Ill be ordering threw them ever again.
They need to update their phone service.. I was on hold on phone for an hour..want to change my shipping order..then the website says M-F 9a-4pm. Left an email..they upgraded my shipping service. I was happy to get my package in time for my annual snowmobile club ride...I think Ill be ordering more stuff soon.
HORRIBLE! Will Never purchase through this site again. We have sent Several emails Called Several time and left Several voicemails for the last Month trying to contact Anyone with this company to return a pair of boots for a bigger size. It took 2 weeks to get a email that told us to send them back in new packaging ($27 more) with a written letter of what we wanted to do. I sent another email with more questions and have yet to hear back. The boots have been returned (know through tracking) and we still can not reach anyone and have not yet heard what the next step is. I would recommend NOT purchasing anything through this site unless you have months to wait if there is a problem. We have been a month into this process so far.
After my horrible experience with first place parts. I started reading the reviews its like a broken record. There is no customer service and when you finally do talk to something nothing gets resolved. Over the last two years Ive purchased several items . Online with no problems. But when something does goes wrong. Your screwed !! I dont like to bash on anyone. But I feel like they deserve it. Ive learned my lesson I need to read reviews before purchasing from a company. I purchased an FXR helmet last season. All is good . This year I needed a replacement visor for it. after hours of trying to get through to customer service they told me they dont make that helmet and they cant find the parts for it . I called fxr boom had one in 2 days from Canada . Ordered a shirt over two months ago. Still the wrong size twice . I have more money into return shipping than what the shirt is worth . After many long phone calls on hold they are out of stock! No shirt, no refund, no reimbursement for postage, at this time . To all 2 stroke loving friends .... Theres plenty of places out there go somewheres else!

I HAVE PLCED SEVERAL ORDERS WITH FIRST PLACE PARTS FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS . AT LEAST 6 ORDERS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE AN ITEM THAT WAS LISTED ON THE SITE. SHIPPING ALWAYS ON TIME ..IM SURE A FEW PEOPLE HAVE HAD SOME ISSUES BUT I THINK THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH..ALSO GREAT CLEARENCE PRICES .
Over the years I have placed many order with FPP and received great service, order confirmations with in a day and receive the items in 3-4 days from order placement. Something has happened in the last several months. Placed an order on December 30th, on January 9th finally received a confirmation. THe next day I received a email with an item cancellation from my order as it was out of stock now. Two days later I received another items cancellation email as it too was out of stock. I mean really, doesnt anyone who works there now how to count and check in inventory? So of the 4 items I order, Base layer shirt, goggle lense, and 2 DVDs all that is shipping is 2 dvds. I did receive credits for the non shipped items and an offer for 10% off another single item. But when I called to ask how to use this discount. I had 2 leave 2 messages.. When I finally got a call back, I was informed that because they are understaffed inventory will be off until there slow season this summer and they want to do email only and no phone calls because they only have 2 people doing, showroom, order filling, phones and email, and that is just 2 much for them. I was also told that the 10% off is not a coupon, if I want to use it I need to place an order and then forward back to them the email I received and someone will go in and apply the discount. Im sorry, I now have little faith.Maybe hiring a few people and caring would be a great thing to try. Come on owners! Pay attention to your once great business and get things back to greatness.

Absolute worst costume service ever. paid for a item weeks ago and its gone through on my visa but still shows pending on the website no tracking info or anything and ive called over 10 times in the last 2 weeks even waiting up to 73minutes on the phone and nothing wow.....almost unbelieveable.

Incompetent company with terrible customer service. I placed two orders with them unfortunately before reading reviews on them. I have called them multiple times and sent multiple emails just trying to get some information on my orders with no response. I cant even get a confirmation email let alone shipping information. Now the Christmas presents I ordered will not arrive on time, unless Santa himself magically delivers them.
Trying to get ahold of them is impossible and the jacket i bought went to go use it and the zipper is broke still trying to reach them to get it fixed...
