Horrible delivery people that work for fedex in bemidji, they leave packages by mailboxes that are out in the county because they are to lazy to drive down the driveway which causes them to get stolen. AVOID FEDEX in bemidji at ALL COST!!!

This center is clean, efficient, and easy to access. I was in and out in a hurry, and so was my package.

We are a business, a small resort with cabins and receive multiple shipments via FedEx weekly, lately the driver is dropping the packages off on an empty cabin next to the Fire Number. All packages are marked to be delivered to the office. At times we will go days not knowing a deliver has been made. It is very obvious that packages should not be delivered to this empty unit, the drivers are getting careless and actually lazy.

Couldnt print a shipping label for a FedEx package I was shipping and directed me to the library to print it there, citing a policy of security concerns stating anyone could email a prepaid shipping label. Ridiculous and absolutely no logic. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This FedEx shipping center is great and easy to get in and out. Granted, I only stop by once a month to drop off packages for work purposes, but every time the people working there are friendly and easy to talk to. They do a great job maintaining cleanliness and signs about wearing your facemask are clearly posted outside before you walk in. Thank you for being on the front lines of customer service and working through this tough time.

Kind of disapointing compared to post office or ups store. They could not print a sticker version of a package label I had a digital copy of. They can ship packeges effectively but they seem a little behind on modern convenience solutions

The gentleman that works there is always wonderful. Hes polite and knowledgeable. He is so polite when my grandson is there with me. I appreciate him very much.

We ordered something and it get sent through express delivery. We paid extra shipping to get it within 2 days. Should have gotten it on Saturday and it was changed to be delivered on Monday. Got upset because I was suppose to have it by a certain day and never got it. Got shipping back from the purchaser but still needed my package. Wait for today on Monday to get it and it said it was delivered to the front door. Got home and no package. Extremely mad that package is still not here and they told me I would have to wait till tomorrow to “get an investigation” on were the package could be. It better be here by tomorrow but this service is extremely horrible. You get put on hold for more than 45 mins and you get a horrible English speaking person to talk to who they have huge attitudes when on the phone. I will NEVER again use express shipping. Ground is the way to go.

They didn’t even leave a sticker saying they tried to deliver. I was at home waiting to buzz them in and when I checked my tracking number it said they attempted to deliver but customer wasn’t home. I seriously don’t even think they stopped at my building since there isn’t a sticker on any of the entrances. The driver blew me off. Worst service you can imagine! After contacting customer service I was told the driver would return to the main building at 5:30 and I should be there at 6:00 because they close at 6:30. They actually close at 6:00. It seems that they are bound and determined to not let me receive my package. AVOID FEDEX BEMIDJI AT ALL COSTS!

Easy to get to and fast service

Very courteous friendly staff. If folks need something shipped out it needs to be to there no later than 6 PM.

I would give this a zero star if I could. Worst customer service ever! It never really seems that you get your items the day you are supposed to get it. I always track my packages but I never get any notification that they even tried to deliver it. Avoid Fedex Bemidji! This is very unprofessional. A while ago I called to complain and when I got my fedex packages (2 days later than what it should of been) the driver told me that whenever he has tried to buzz my apartment number it brings him to someone named Axel. I have buzzed myself in multiple times and have never been rederected to someone named Axel. This is the worst delivery service ever.

This fedex has been the worst ever. They are never on time and today they left the packages out by the garbage can and didnt bother to bring it to the door.

I called to get a local number to see exactly where on Division St this drop off was and a very uninformed person answering the phone kept asking for my name (which had nothing to do with me finding a drop off location number) she said it was unpublished and I couldnt call so I asked her to take my number and have them call me she said that wasnt possible so she called them found out nobody was there they were at lunch!! What kind of business is this. I finally asked for directions and she said it was on Cram St. (no such St) the actual street is Carr Lake Rd. OMG I dont know where the other negative reviews came from but the Bemidji, MN Fedex sucks

Paid for overnight shipping, it came a day late, no one was home, they didnt leave package, which did not need to be signed for. Now its Saturday and it supposedly wont come until Monday because they only deliver express items on Saturday. Terrible customer service. I wish there was a way to have packages NOT come FedEx.

FedEx is the worst for finding a simple all hours drop box. Crazy!
