Was recently in AutoZone on Benbrook Blvd. I wanted to shout out Colton and James. These two guys went above and beyond to help me solve my issue involving my 07 Dodge Ram. So grateful for their automobile knowledge, attention to detail and friendliness they showed to my two little girls. Would highly recommend their services.

I came in to get some air filters today (07/22) for the cars we have. One employee (didnt catch his name) was very polite and helpful. He found them for me and sent me on my way. I had to come back because I was not quite sure how to properly install one filter and didnt want to mess up my vehicle. Maria came out and helped me ASAP! The staff is always very helpful, polite and patient. AutoZone Benbrook will always have my business.

This was by far the best experience I have had at an auto store. The manager Angel helped me so much. He was patient with my car ignorance and went out of his way to make sure my battery was on and working. His attitude was superb to everyone that walked in that store. Angel at the Benbrook AutoZone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was driving my vehicle down to purchase some sensors because my truck had been cutting out on me, and I thought that I could make it to the store. My truck stalled out with insight of the store and a couple of helpful citizens came to my age to push it the rest of the way. One of these helpful citizens was Angel he is very helpful and kind, and no doubt and asset to the AutoZone company. I will come to this store from now on for all of my automotive needs. I went in there looking for something and they couldnt find it so I went home and got the part. Came back and the girl was too busy on her cell phone to really help me. I told her the other guy knew what I was talking about to get him. But she told me he was busy. I was the only one in the store at the time. The girl made no attempt to even try to help me find this part. So I went and found the exact card at OReillys

Very good service at the Benbrook, TX store and the man who helped installed our new windshield wiper blades and we were in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this Auto Zone!!!

The store its self was clean and cool and there is a pretty good shade tree in the lot so if your going to fix it there its a good stir for it. Most of the parts I needed were on hand and the service was good, but not that knowledgeable at least the guy that helped me. All and all a good experience so I give 3 out of 5 stars.

I purchased a part from the Benbrook store. The employee that helped me was still learning and ended up breaking a piece of my headlight assembly in the process of trying to help. The light wasnt working the same after that. It blinked too fast inside the vehicle, and wasnt working at all on the outside. Replacing the bulb didnt work either. The Benbrook manager, Angel, was extremely kind and helpful. He ended up paying to replace the entire headlight assembly and even paid for a local mechanic to remove the damaged one and install the replacement. This store is getting all 5 stars from me. I wont shop anywhere else for auto parts that AutoZone carries. Trustworthy and over the top customer service.

BEST AutoZone ever!...Awesome young guys & customer service!! This was the first time I went to the this AutoZone location. The guys went above and beyond to help me, and my son actually. They even saw us struggling, carrying in boxes for a return and met us outside to help us carry them. The purchase originated online. They went above and beyond to help us out and ensure that I was taken care of as an AutoZone customer. I will always go to this AutoZone location, for real! These reps were not even aware theirs was not the first location we went to for assistance. We first went to a different location & we were not really helped (that location just let us leave without personal assistance or how to rectify the situation/shipping mistake from online purchase). We re-purchased the same parts plus the missing parts from the “unnamed” location, and they let us leave without offering an exchange or refund. Soo...Thank you Benbrook AutoZone guys!..you know who you are lol. God bless

I had to leave a review on the Benbrook Auto Zone. I have been shopping here for probably 20 years always had good service for most part. Until the other day when I had a battery issue in my Tacoma Prerunner. The new guys that was working there did not take care of me like the old guys in the past. I was irritated with my battery failing on me just out of warranty a few days but they weren’t going to help me out. I was not going to return to auto zone .i called the next day and talked to Angel the Manager he pulled up my buying history dated years back . He took care of me 100% percent .Because of Angel I will continue shopping with auto zone in Benbrook .And in the future if I have any problems you can bet I will be calling Angel .

I popped in looking for snap ring pliers. One salesperson didnt have a clue what they are; the manager said he wont have any before next Thursday. It is Friday today. He could have had some sent from another nearby AutoZone, but this is the level of service I have come to expect of them. Ill get a pair tomorrow, maybe at Sears, if they still have a store. Otherwise, at NAPA.

Friday morning it was storming. My windshield wiper blades came off before I had to take my son to school and go to work in Hurst. I called and the manager got everything I needed ready for me when I got there. He even went out in the pouring rain and but them on for me.

The costumer service at this store was awesome! They werent hesitant to get greasy when they got up underneath my truck to change my battery. Ive never had another store willing to go that far to help a customer.

Its AutoZone. They have a wide selection of parts and accessories for a variety of makes and models of vehicle. Unfortunately, they are ridiculously overpriced! I looked but did not purchase my items here; I drove less than a mile down the road to OReilly auto parts and made my purchase for half the price! My suggestion is to do just that!
