My husband and I went to get flu shots and were able to get the vaccination and get out in about 15 minutes. The lab technician was very kind and professional. The vaccination was so efficient that we didnt actually feel the injection!We are returning satisfied customers .
The worst Walgreens location in the area. I scheduled my Son a COVID test for 9:45am this morning and received a confirmation email and even a reminder email. We pull up to the pharmacy at said time and it’s closed. I proceed to go in and ask the cashier lady whom was working up front why it’s closed when I scheduled and appointment and her level of service was a shoulder shrug proceeded with “I don’t know. You shouldn’t have been able to schedule an appointment until 10:00am.” The pharmacy window sticker says they open at 1:00pm on Sundays. So I requested to speak to someone who would know and she responded with a stupidly blank stare. This location has the absolute worst customer service.
The worst customer service ever .........I sat on hold for 48 mins and no one ever came to the phone. My wife called the store from her phone and they finally picked up. Once we got to someone in the pharmacy we were told that they have been so busy and what did I need. I explained the problem with our sons RX from another Walgreens and was told that it wasn’t their problem and that they were too busy to help. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy ever again. Busy or not there is no excuse for being rude. Let’s do better Benbrook Walgreens I would give you Zero stars but it won’t let me
I walked from the motel-6 across the road and was greeted by buisy but professional staff, some customers were giving the employees a difficult time, I was impressed with how theyHandeld it
Employee wouldn’t check to see if an item was in stock for me when I called up there. Just said they received a truck today but nothing was unloaded and it’s all in totes in the back so she doesn’t know what they had. Every other Walgreens I’ve called had at least attempted in check instead of just saying she didn’t know.
Need to correct the text when ready prescription system because you receive text starting your prescriptions are ready then go to get them; ends up the meds are back ordered. MAKES NO SEMSE and should be very simple! Wasting customer time is ridiculous!
This place is good to buy a lot of things from. The prices are pretty good. Only thing I dont like is the pharmacy takes too long to get your prescription. They really dont care if you are sick and need your medicine quick.
Great place. Great deals if you have a savings card. Great place to use your savings card and get money back on it. I love to use my coupons there. I always find good deals.
For the past 15 years or so the clerks and pharmacists at this store have been consistently friendly and helpful.

I just now, went in to get something. The tag said 2/$4. I went to checkout. There wasnt a cashier. A customer was walking out because she had waited too long. I decided to wait despite the woman in the photo lab just staring at the line of people waiting. The man behind me stated that he always has to yell to get someone to the register. He yelled Hello. Meanwhile the woman from the photo lab decides to go look for someone. Finally, a young man comes to the register. He rang up my purchase. It was showing the wrong price. I told him about it. He literally, just stood there staring at me, ignoring me. I ended up paying the wrong price so I wouldnt be late to work. I am extremely disappointed. I dont think I will ever go back. I dont know his name but I was there 07/13/2018 at 2:42pm.
I had always gone to CVS across the street and they are the BEST!! My insurance dropped them so I came here and after 3 months of filling 1rx I’ll have to find somewhere else to go. Never had issues before w/rx or copay until Walgreens. ALWAYS an issue!! HORRIBLE

Buyer Beware ! This location puts things on clearance and have sale prices and when you get to the register you always end up paying full price. When you tell them it is on clearance they cant pull the price up at register and I have had to put things back. I called corparate and left message and never got a call back. Many people buy things that are on sale that they wouldnt buy otherwise and you should be able to get it for that price.
Cashier didnt understand how to use coupons and tried to limit me to one even though it was not stated on the coupon on how many limits. Then he said the manager only lets them do 1 coupon and they also dont let you do multiple transactions. I said Im not doing multiple transactions,Im doing one and then he said he still can only do 1 coupon because its cheating the system. The manager and staff need to be retrained. The store gets reimbursed for coupons so nothing is lost.Tall Caucasian male with greasy pony tail showed poor customer service skills. Would not recommend this store since a severe lack of knowledge is missing.
When I walked in the store I had the manager on shift, and another clerk stare at me, and neither greeted me. I continued to shop, when I was picking out a gift card and was about to walk to the front Nancy (clerk mentioned before) walked away. I waited for around 5 minutes for someone to come back, when no one came I went to find someone. I found Nancy, and I said “ma’am”, when she turned to me you could tell I was bothering her. She never asked me how I was doing or small talked with me at the register. Then she had the nerve to tell me “you know you cant return gift cards right?”. I knew this as I’m a supervisor at a retail store. Just the vibe of the store was horrible. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and use this pharmacy. If it wasn’t for the amazing pharmacy staff I would have left a 1 Star.

Staff seems nice and the supply and selection is usually pretty good here. I usually get toothpaste here.
The pharmacy did not fill my medication because they ran out, even though I gave them more than TWO WEEKS to fill it. They finally gave my script back, but because they had already run my insurance, no other store would fill it. When I asked for assistance from the pharmacist, she flat refused and when I said Id have to regretfully file a complaint, she said to get her name right: Renee Culpepper. Incompetence mixed with unprofessionalism: a terrible combination in a pharmacist. Renee Culpepper needs serious training as a pharmacist and in customer service.

Transferred a prescription to this location. But they did not contact me when they could not fill the prescription until I went to see my doctor. Terrible service.
