I love Walmart. However, I never was contacted after a fall on October 19 to inquire about how I was after the incident. You know a little consideration goes a long ways. Back to the store sometime its difficult to find things thats usually easily accessable. Example: starch not with detergent, but located with ironing equipment.

Working there now and its super unorganized, and the employees Ive seen are pretty ride except the team leads. They are nice. But if your just shopping its ok. Its not amazing but in a pinch its ok

One thing I went for was French Vanilla Creamer and of course they were out, that happens often but they had Gentle Giants dogfood which was always hard to find so I had switched to Rachael Ray but now I have switched back because they have lots of fruits and veggies, I hope they can keep it in stock

The Walmart employee shoppers for online are really always around in this location. It’s so frustrating that there are so many but to top it off they are all very rude don’t say excuse me or anything. If they are in an aisle and you as a shopping customer walk down THEIR aisle they don’t even acknowledge you. Don’t try to move out of the way, nothing. This was a great store but it’s always online shopping heavy now and that makes it less convenient.

I find myself going out of my way from Fort Worth, to this Benbrook Walmart almost every time I shop, regardless of what Im shopping for. This Walmart is a calm and clean environment. The associates have always been friendly and helpful. All qualities that you just may not find at all other Walmarts.

The produce sucks, not fresh! Watch the dates closely. Employees act like you (the customer) is an inconvenience to them.

I had a great shopping experience. Lots of experienced works on the floor. I had to check myself out but other than that it was good.

I dislike Walmart... They have no respect for the people who work for them or their customers. They have terrible customer service. I work all day and then have to scan and bag own my grocery. I will take my business to a place with better customer care

Not anymore, Benbrook has the best associates they remember me and speak to me, letting me know Im good today!

Grocery pickup food selectors could use some produce selection training and common sense. I received two items already rotting and my deli meat smelled strange and had the date label removed.Update: I received a phone call regarding my pickup. I am glad they take constructive feedback positively. They said they will be training more for pick up and apologized. I will be doing a pickup soon again to give them another chance.

My new favorite Walmart! Its smaller with the feel of the store like they used to be.

I come here all the time and never bothered about a receipt unless its for electronics. Well today I was stopped by Michael and Michelle. I couldnt find the receipt in my bags. I was using a motorized scooter and Im 30 weeks pregnant. The woman michelle gave me such an attitude, and was smashing all the stuff in my cart around to look for the receipt. She said that wouldnt happen if you had your receipt. So she intentionally smashed the items to be a douche. She took her sweet time chatting to coworkers then said i had to come to tje service desk. I was not feeling well and was not going to move. I looked again and found the receipt. Michael was nice about it but Michelle was rude and smashed my items

Lack of products compared to other stores. They simply dont stock many of the products found in other stores.

Store is decent but youre encouraged to use the app but nothing is ever correct about their inventory status. App says they have it the workers say they dont. Also produce always sucks everythings always missing. One day they will have great looking produce like peppers and the next day its extremely small and they expect the same price for that item. Dont even bother with grocery pickup at this location. Your better off just going in yourself to find that the out of stock item they canceled on your order was there the whole time. 🤷‍♀️

I just hope they start to improve! They only had 4 cashiers in the place ! They are trying to get you to check out yourself ! So that they dont have to pay for cashiers.They raise prices and cut out staffing. What a great way raise profits ! I have decided to check out another store, and see if its the same. If it is! Then I QUIT Walmart ! I have other options for shopping !

Very reasonable prices on ordinary products. The floor is getting remodel and seems to flow a little better. They have really changed their checkout process. Most seem to be self checkouts. Didnt notice any with a cashier but there might have been one down the far end.

I like this Walmart. Small. Friendly. Clean. Mostly well stocked.

Why is the Garden Center gate open to customers if theres no one working the registers? No way of telling such until your already at the back of the store doen with your shopping.

Now this also was a great visit. Got all I needed plus stuff I did not. Should be called moremart, not WalMart! I never go in and get only what Im seeking. My normal 35 buck visit RARELY hits below 100 bucks Everytime I walk through that door! What WalMart needs to do is implament a points system for visits that over go that 100 buck mark! Even if it were in WalMart gift cards! Id have no issues with this!

I havent been here in well over a year. I would have given this visit five stars because the store seemed clean, well-stocked, etc. Im giving it two stars because I slipped and fell on the slick cement floor, and a Walmart employee saw me sprawled out in the main aisle and just kept walking! The employees at the check-out were kind, though, when I reported it to them. Thankfully a very nice man and a young boy came to my aid and made sure I was okay. Thank goodness for caring people.

Ive been to a handful of Walmarts daily due to my profession Azle, Decatur, Haslet, Granbury, Cleburne, Benbrook just to name a few. Ive worked for Walmart in the past but overall the evening staff at Benbrook Walmart is by far the best. Always willing to help a customer. The workers get more done in less time leaving the aisles with less clutter. The prices at Benbrook beat all the other Walmarts around. Overall the crew is good there not going to find a better group of people. I go out of my way to go to Benbrook Walmart over other Walmarts where the staff is angry and irritable. Benbrook Walmart has a great staff who provide a pleasant experience. I dont work for Walmart or know anyone that does but the Benbrook staff should be given some incentive bonus for doing a better job than the other Walmarts.

Love the self checkout here. Very sophisticated. This particular store seems to have shortage problems (out of stuff here that I can immediately go pick up from South Hulen Wal-Mart.

This evening a elderly caucasian female door greeter appeared to take issue greeting and acknowledging a black male customers entering and exiting business. Literally avoided direct eye contact with me going in and out while pleasantly acknowledging lighter completion and white customers. Absolutely obvious, awkward and embarrassing. Maybe I should be thankful, she could have accused me of stealing.

The best people and products of any store. Clean, well stocked and friendly. I drive past 2 Walmarts in my neighborhood to shop at the store on hwy 377.

This use to be the better walmart here in TARRANT COUNTY, however its become mediocre at best. Why is this the most expensive Walmart around? The new store director is always on his phone. I get it but lend moral support and lead my example! With the new remodel its just not worth the headache.

I call get hung up on by customer service I call pharmacy to get connected the lady hung up once and placed me on hold twice finally another tech answered and connected me and after 1 minute I was hung up on all within a day I can’t with them if I can give zero stars I would

Avoid using the bakery for birthday cakes! 2nd year now in a row cake orders cancelled. First I got a call from an employee from her personal phone 3 days after I placed my order 6 days in advance. She said she wanted to double check the order. Part of the order was incorrect. So she fixed it in their system, but then said she didnt have any light green icing. She said shed try to lighten it. Less than 24 hours from me needing to pick up the cakes I get a call saying they ran out of vanilla & chocolate cake, they only had round marble cakes left and one of the cakes wouldnt be made at all. I spent hours today trying to order from other major retailers to fulfill a last minute custom cake request to no avail. I would recommend not using Benbrooks Walmart Bakery for your cake needs!

Experience was fine, I wasnt bothered by any employees uptown and including checkout its great to see Wal Mart standing by wanting to stand by its commercials and banner ads about buying American so Americans can have jobs. Only to add more self checkouts, while eliminating many potential jobs with in thier stores and company.

The construction is a little difficult to navigate but it will be really nice when it is finished

Probably the first Walmart I’ve reviewed because experiences are all over the place generally speaking. I’ve had several good experiences here in the past year or so even through the pandemic. I wish I could remember the customer service / returns ladies that helped me a while back. They were great. Thank you

This store is going down hill fast. Grocery is not being zoned or stocked accurately. Went into the store for a couple of things and they didnt have them 3 days in a row. They are always out of everything.

It is disturbing that in this particular walmart I am seeing less and less lanes for regular checkout. I mean it like a 90% self checkout.The day it all goes to self checkout, will be my last day at this walmart forever.

This Walmart is over priced on a lot of things. Ive noticed what I would pay 1.88 for at another Walmart I pay 2.17 at this Walmart. They never have the stuff you need and this place is so unorganized its pathetic. Ill definitely drive an xtra mile to shop somewhere else.

Benbrook Walmart is nice and organize looking. Some Employees are nice and helpful while other employees seem to avoid you when you try to ask for their help.

Every week i shop there, the store is poorly stocked, yogurt for one example. Its pretty simple. If the store continues to be out of stock on the same items on my shopping list week after week, then i will go elsewhere.

It is cluttered and out of many products from not just food items and drinks but also pet food may paper products and is impossible to find a team member to help you find items or open the racks for Razor Blades the team members you do find trash talks Walmart, its leadership, other members, and even customers or are on personal phones talking, texting, playing games and not interested in helping if not that you see some of the younger black boys running around. Laughing at what one of them said laughing is fine running around bumping into customers is not and getting a manager is next to impossible because they are cloistered in their office instead of managing the store employees and customers and it isnt the Pandemic that has caused the issues with in 6 months of opening it started to decline causing me and others go out of our way to avoid shopping with Walmart

Theyve replaced nearly all of the actual registers with self-checkouts, most of which are card-only. They also took over 30+ prime parking spots on the non-grocery side for their curbside pickup. I hate going here.

Went on for first time to get one item, really a nice store with helpful clerks!

I decided to go to this Walmart instead of the one closest to me on Clifford. The Clifford store was trashy, cluttered and stressful to visit. The employees there are and have been for a while now, rude and get visibly irritated when you try to get down an aisle in which they are working. They have half the aisles blocked In some way, with pallets or one of their big blue racks.Anyway, the Benbrook store is usually a stark contrast to the Clifford store. Not this time. I can see they are remodeling, but they dont seem to care where they place their pallets or shelves. It was at times dangerous to go down an aisle where they were working. About 10% of the aisles I needed items, were either blocked or crowded with employees and merchandise, so I couldnt get to what I needed. Ill give them another chance in a week or so. Maybe theyll be done by then.

Okay check it out I hope Im right but if its the Walmart in benbrook or in westworth village I dont like him customer service is terrible. Reason being the greeters at the door dont speak to me at all but I watch them greet and speak to everyone other than me. So of course I approach and I ask and I let the manager know judgmental they are Matthew chapter 7 read it

One of the nicest super centers Ive seen. Usually very clean and well stocked. Has an urgent care clinic and a Subway attached.

I visited for vaccination and was amazed at the kindness and consideration of the staff at the pharmacy and inoculation center.

Generally this Walmart is one of my favorites BUT they seem to ALWAYS have expired yogurt out for purchase. I always make sure to check the date- my husband does not. He purchased this yogurton 10/05/20... it expires 09/20/20. I have previously purchased without looking at the date and that time it expired over a month before I purchased!!!! Make sure to check the expiration date on all items!!!!

Conditions usually vary from time to time at this location. The grocery area was extremely poorly stocked. At and after 8 am vendors and employees had pallets and racks of stuff to out on shelves.. I cant imagine why they cant get the heavy lifting and stocking BEFORE people come into shop, its a royal pain in the butt navigating around them.. and none of them look up or attempt to get out of your way.. then you go up to pay, all they have is self checkout and 95% are in a closed state at 830 in the morning.. the few employees I could see at the checkout, one was talking on a cell phone the other two were laughing and having a good ole Time deeply engrossed in their own personal conversation world... After several weeks in a row of seeing this continues same bahaviors I decided I would just start trying other establishments on shopping day.. really dont think I have much to lose myself... I havent found any other stores as unprepared for business as this Walmart.. its a shame to me that my Walmart must be one of those Walmart stores with no competent management that runs and hides when the store is open and just allowes anything goes!!
