Roy was great.... you could tell he knew what he was doing. Diagnosed issue with in 5 minutes. Very happy with him and highly recommend him.
Roy did a great job! Diagnosed our issue quickly and was able to order our replacement parts w/a 3-day turnaround and return trip. Gave us a temp fix so we were not without our dryer. Also replaced other wearing items so that everything was changed out at once. Highly recommend his excellent services!

Roy with Cortech was awesome to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and saved me from purchasing a new washer. We had someone come in and tell us we needed a new motor, Roy was able to properly diagnose the issue and fix it in 30minutes! I would 100% use him again for any appliance repair!

Our experience with Roy at Core-tech was very frustrating and infuriating. His lack of responsiveness was astonishing. Not once did he reach out to update us on when the part for our stove would arrive or that it was delayed or that they sent the wrong part or that the new part was on back order. Not once did he respond to a text nor email asking for an update. We always had to call him. And when we called we got some vague answer promising that he would look into it and then return our call. But he never once returned our call. After being without a stove for 10 weeks, we finally gave up and asked for a refund, which he did, but he kept his diagnostic fee and the returned part fee with no apology. I own a small business and if I knew someone was frustrated and disappointed in my performance, I would refund their money and apologize to make things right. I understand some things are out of his control, but responding to our calls and providing updates are completely within Roy’s control and he failed to do this repeatedly.
Roy was amazing...able to fix 2 appliance brands others in Central Oregon wont service. He was super knowledgeable about both our washer and oven of different makes. Roy was on time, shared helpful info on each make/model and is a great communicator.

We were having a very, very frustrating recurring problem with our refrigerator /freezer...after calling several repair services and either getting responses we contacted company that we had purchased the appliance from and were referred to CORTech...called them and got immediate response back from Roy G. who came out, listened to our problem, did some analysis, gave us some ideas of alternatives we had. His explanation of possible issues that were causing problem were clear and understandable to us. His final action was to recommend replacing the master control panel which we authorized, he then ordered and within a few days he came out and did the replacement ( and also did a general service maintenance cleaning)...as of writing this feedback, the refrigerator is running smoothly and the problem that we had for almost one month appears to have been taken care of ! Would highly recommend CORTech an Roy!
Roy was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about our oven, the issues it might be having and how to resolve them. We were presented with no pressure options and appreciated his attitude as if it was his own to repair.
Roy has had my TV for 8 months now, he has not called me once. He no longer answers my calls and at this point I feel like he has stolen not only my but the 250$ I paid him already to fix it.Do NOT give this guy your TV or your money. This is poor customer service, and seems to be a down right scam artist. I have no idea what to do or how to get my TV and or money back from this thief.
Came out to look at my 75 inch TV. Said it needed the led strip repaired. Took the tv to be rpaired. This was over 5 months ago. Ive called many times no answer, basically stole my tv.
Roy was amazing. Our washing machine went down the week before Christmas. He stayed late on Christmas Eve and got us back up and running (What a Christmas morning, we did 10 loads of laundry). His price was more than fair and he was professional, clean and great to work with.
Roy was able to fix our dishwasher on the spot and even had the right part with him. He was on-time, quick, and efficient. He was able to fit us in very quickly despite it being a very difficult/busy time with COVID.
This guy had us prepay for our television repair last year... we hadn’t heard back months later and reached out multiple times with no response.He finally answered months ago and said the TV was done, however... we can’t pick it up and he wasn’t in the shop, and now he is not answering again.This is legit theft, I’m going to the police. I was in a bind on a Friday and the technician was leaving early for a family trip over for the weekend, going home after an 11:00 am in-home repair. The repair took longer than planned and he was already late picking up his family. But he took the time to do what I was calling an emergency repair and fixed my circuit board, putting off his personal plans to help a brand new customer. He fixed it right too; works great. I appreciate the service and his willingness to put off his plans to help me out.
Very responsive, helpful and thorough service. We were notified when our part was delayed and rescheduled asap. I dealt with several different employees - all were polite and reassuring.

Roy has had my Samsung TV for a control board repair since August after 2 failed repairs this summer. He will not return phone calls and has not been at the office when I go there to pick up my TV. This is terrible business. Use someone else for your appliance repairs in Bend. I am left to try to pursue legal action in order to get my property back.

We are an upscale property management company and started using Cortech to service appliances in our homes about a year ago when they responded immediately to an emergency situation when no one else in town was available. They always do a fantastic job for us, are courteous, prompt, and do a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are sorry to see the poor reviews as we highly recommend this company, and have worked with many others in Bend!
I contacted Cortech services over 2 months ago they came out and removed the control board frim my 2 year old Sharpe 71 inch flatscreen tv. They sent the board out to be rebuilt and lost it! Now they wont return my part nor answer my 10th phone call! Bad business dudes! Ill tell all!
Update (7 days after the first no show appointment and 6 days after the second no show appointment):Well, the repair guy was out today, and got it fixed, we have ice.Im raising the score to 2 stars. Basically when we got him, did a good job (5 star)... But waiting for him for two separate days without any indication that he wasnt showing up - 3 stars. Probably should be minus 4 stars but I figure LG is mostly to blame since theyre using a company 200 miles from me to do their warranty work.As far as I can tell, hes the state wide repair guy and the service manager for his company. The bunch at the office arent able to keep notices updated and if anything happens to slow or redirect him it just goes down the drain.So, good tech (as far as I could tell), nice guy, and genuinely sorry that things went bad... BUT as a major brands warranty service repair system, a BAD joke. Pretty much, if you talk to him, you get information, all else (update texts, conversations with the office etc.) is smoke. Talk to Roy directly, ask him to update you, otherwise just throw a dart at the calendar.If I was in Bend and needed a repair tech (and had his personal number) maybe Id feel like they were useful, but from my experience, I cant recommend them.Original review:Short review: Appointment? He cant get Roy either.They seem to be the only place that warranty services LG refrigerators in all of Oregon, they are in Bend I am north of Portland. Thats around 200 driving miles away, not a good sign in reference to LG.Bottom line: Id avoid them and LG.

I would give one star if that was an option. I called and set up a service time for a Friday afternoon. When the service time came and passed with no one showing up I called and left a message to ask where they were. I did not hear back. I finally called the again Monday afternoon and was told, “Oh... yeah. The guy had a bad afternoon. Um... I guess we can schedule you back in.” There are so many OTHER places to chose from- go there and save yourself the worry of if they will even bother to show up or not.
Avoid dealing with this company if at all possible. They dont answer the phone. When you leave a message they dont call back. Technician came out after a two week wait to repair of a new refrigerator, determined that the compressor was bad and needed to order a new one. This was shipped and a repair appointment was set for 10 days latter. Guess what, no show, no call and now we are told that they cant effect the repair after waiting another 2 weeks. What a joke! Sad commentary. Bad business. Roy is a poor excuse for a businessman.
Got a fridge from Standard, ice maker broke, they put Cortech on it and crickets no call for a week. called Standard they called Cortech….. guess what no call no show. Called Standard They Called Cortech, why no show, Cortech dont want job. Me... Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!!!
I have been trying to get my fridge repaired for over a month now . Scot showed up January 5 th to diagnose the problem. It took him all of 5 mins.to figure it out. He took the broken part and ordered a new one and then return to fix it in 2 weeks. They have missed 2 appointments to return with no phone calls. I have left Roy Guitterez three voicemails and sent 2 Emails to find out what is going on with no responses yet as of 2-4 -2017.This is unbelievable!Fred Boone
