As someone who prints a lot of large format pieces, I decided to give Display It Big a shot at a project. After several rounds of miscommunication, it became clear that this company puts profit over all else. His lack of customer service and lack of trying to fix his mistakes drove me to another local sign company who not only beat his prices significantly, but worked closely with me to ensure the final product was exactly as I had envisioned prior to going to print. If you need large, vinyl work done, there are plenty of other places in this town who can do a better job with a closer attention to detail at far better prices.

Had them print a favorite picture to canvas and it looks great!

If I could give John at Display it Big more than 5 stars, I would. He is a very kind and stand up guy. He has exceptional customer service and has tremendous follow through. He has built his company on excellence, I havent received such amazing customer service in a very long time. We were in a pinch over the holidays; in desperate need of prints and other odds for an event we were throwing. John went above and beyond. I went in to get posters, he had them ready that day. I went in for a banner, and when I lost track of time and forgot about it, he kindly called to check in to make sure I wouldnt. For the first time I didnt have to track someone down at a print store. If you want the best, look no further.

When you want people who know what graphics printing is all about, go with this place. They know their stuff and even helped me turn out a project under time constraints. I had a picture from a zip drive in large and put on canvas, the color didnt quit look right when I picked it up but I had no experience with this process so I left it alone. Big mistake, I went to another store here in town and they did the same procedure and what a difference . I do not recommend Display it Big for this procedure. Chuck
