We had a great experience with C&D Auto Body. We were visiting Bend from out of town and on the drive the sunroof glass had ripped off the car. We had taken it to the dealer and a few other places to see if anyone could help and no one was helpful. One of the people we talked to suggested C&D and I’m glad they did! The owner had actually done an install for the same sunroof earlier in the week and gave us lots of information on how to get it fixed, even though he couldn’t get the part before we left town. We also had an issue with our door handle being unable to open from the inside, so we asked him to take a look at that too as long as we were there. He fixed it quickly on the spot and didn’t charge us at all for the time. After quite a few frustrating experiences with other shops in town, we were blown away by the service at C&D! If we were local we’d be using this shop any time we had a car issue.

I would NOT recommend this body shop. The quality is low and management is unscrupulous. I had a classic 66 Mustang painted there last year. After trailering it home there were numerous defects in the paint arch as paint pulled from the edge of striped and massive overspray of blue over white. Dave had me trailer it back where is spent 5 more days. After getting it home there was still large blotches of overspray, some under the clear coat and dirty smudges under the clear on the white portions of the car. Today I drove the car back for more repairs. After a very half hearted attempt at buffing some of these spots, Dave asked me to back the car out into pouring rain to wash the area and reevaluate. He and his worker then ducked back into the shop and closed the door in front of me. I walked back into the shop and found them in a room on the opposite side of the shop. They simply ran away with no explanation or solution to the paint issues. I will now need to find a reputable shop to correct the paint issues.

Great shop and great guys, Dave always does good work and will make it right if there are any issues. Work has always been done promptly and the prices are fair. C&D has done work on several of my rigs and I will continue to use them for any body and paint work needed in the future.

Was involved in a hit and run, I called just to put an alert out just in case, and try and schedule a time to bring my truck down. The man who answered the phone did not identify himself at all, and he frankly didnt care sounding impatient. Stating that the 40 years hes day in his chair hes not once ever seen a car come in to get a quote or fixed by a body shop. Poor phone service, maybe try to care. I wasnt going to even ask for an estimate after his schpeal he have me.Ive called six other shops before his and all have been courteous and professional, by identifying themselves and taking a small amount of their day to help a person. Too bad, I work next door and it would have been convenient to have it fixed there. I would not consider now. :(

Ive used Dave seven or eight times over the years; from a major insurance claim to small repairs to antique car custom work. He is the best - great work, very reasonable and totally honest. Hes the only shop in town I would take my work to.

Eric is great and they fixed our Scion back to before the accident. They are fast and pay attention to details. I would highly recommend them.

I had great service.

I have used them several times, and have been very pleased. Very personable, which you dont get much anymore. From my custom painted helmet to a few fender benders.

Very fair price however the service is horrible, the body shop could only complete a portion of the body work needed on my car, I was going to get that done and go to another body shop to finish the rest because they couldn’t, they had a much more fair price for the service however then refused service when I said I would be going somewhere else to finish off the job since they CANT finish it themselves. Horrible service, the man continually talked about how my car wasn’t even worth the body work, little did he know he never saw what was under the hood.

My truck was returned looking better and I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this local business...they fixed all the little issues I needed fixed...

They did great work and were a great price. The only thing was they took more time than expected on my vehicle but I would recommend this place for auto body repair and paint.

Doing business with C & D Auto Body & Paint was the worst auto body experience of my life. The quality of the paint job was totally unacceptable. My insurance claims agent indicated that it was the poorest job he had ever seen. Dealing with Dave and his staff was a nightmare experience for us, as they are an unorganized mess. Look elsewhere if you are considering this company.

Called a week in advance to get a spray-on bed liner for my truck. Scheduled it and took the day off work to get it done. The day of my apt I called to get the address and they told me that my apt got bumped to Monday. I asked why and they said I just was,, whatever and hung upWorst customer service!
