Cant thank the owner of Audiowerks enough for saving us on our Aronund Oregon trip. The DVD/CD player in our Arctic Fox camper quit, and Audiowerks had an in-dash JVC DVD player that just rocks compared to the old unit. Thanks for being the only place in town that knows what its customers need AND want!

Some of the least friendly and helpful people i have had the chance to meet. If you don’t know exactly what you’re talking about then they won’t make an attempt to help. If you know what you want i’m sure they’re great, but otherwise they’re not. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a good customer service experience!

My stereo is practically brand new and was turning off randomly. It was installed by another place in town that had gone out of business. Nate was very kind and helpful and since I lived close gave me a ride to and from my house! Which also gave us a chance to really talk about my stereo. I appreciate the patience and time he took to fix my stereo. It has been two weeks and it has worked perfectly ever since! Thank you so much I will be a returning customer.

Did even get the chance to give them our business. My husband went in there to ask a few questions about an issue he was having with his speakers. The gentleman was was extremely rude. Acted like he didn’t want to waste his time answering our questions. He had planned on buying new box and some other things while he was there. Due to the response he received We left and spent our money somewhere else.

Great experience! The guys there installed a base/ amplifier system into my Jeep Wrangler. I didnt want to be heard a block away but enough to push the base in the stereo, they didnt fail me. Ill definitely be back.

The only place to go for car audio in Bend. I have had 4 cars and my motor home worked on here and they have always done top notch work.

Shaddy business as ever. Owners employee damaged my car. Didnt want to own up to it! offered a $100 to fix it. Total BS When the damage was a $1000. didnt even do the job I was paying to have them do. I definitely would not recommend this business.

Stopped by to ask a question about a stereo that I didnt even buy from them (my first time going their) and the guy working there stopped what he was doing and came out to my vehicle and helped to fix my problem ( he adjusted my amplifier) didnt even charge me. That is some amazing customer service, and Im not even officially a customer, ill never go anywhere else. Thank you again, you have made me very happy : -)

These guys squeezed us in at the end of the day on Friday to fix a squirrely remote start system after trying to help me troubleshoot over the phone a bit. Would have missed a trip up north had they not been able to fix the issue. Incredibly helpful.Previously, they removed old tape and reinstalled a hidden radar receiver and laser jammers on my car. Quick service and fair prices.

Great business, and reminded me of why to shop local whenever possible. They sold me a remote car starter. I found it a little cheeper online of course, and I mean a little; however, it was installed within a week post x-mas. This mind you was 5 WEEKS faster than any other quote I got. The gentleman at the counter sold me a more expensive version that would let you know the car had started from a long distance, and thats what he put in his wifes car. SOOOO very happy with the product, and the service here. I will return to do my truck next year...though a little earlier in the year.

This place is by far the nicest place Ive gone to in regards to getting a sound system installed, and customer service, I will for ever be a loyal customer to these people because they do it right and they treat you right, and they dont make you brake the bank, also there one year warranty is hard to beat!

I got off late in sisters and they waitress for me to get there even though it was after they had closed and when I got there he asked if he could show me how to pair my phone with my new stereo! So kind and patient!

Had what I thought was a stuipd question. They answered it and made me feel okay about not knowing. They fixed my issues and saved me about 400 bucks. So yea them!! Looks like Im an official audio works customer and fan.

Called to get a quote. I was quoted a price. When I got into the shop. They told me they made a mistake and that wasn’t the price and tried to sell me on something different. You’re telling me you do stereos for a living. Sit inside a store all day, and don’t know the prices. It’s the old bait and switch trick to get you into the shop so they can try to sell you. Not trustworthy would not go here to do business.
