This place is a gem! Great service, a wide variety of party supplies/ themes, and a ton of balloons. As someone with a high risk household member, I really appreciate all of the COVID safety protocols they have in place. I felt very safe going into the store and the staff was very friendly.

Place closes at 5 and I missed it last night by 2 minutes went back again today and it was closed up said they where on lunch until 12:05 stuck around and then when I called some lady told me they won’t be open till 1 and asked if I could come back when I have a party to get to super disappointed!!!

While on lock down, and trying to find a local business with actual helium in stock, The Bend Party Store came to the rescue! Their having helium in stock saved my little girls Harry Potter Themed birthday party! And do att, great customer service! Couldnt ask for a better experience. Thanks Bend Party Store!

I have used this store for two different birthday parties, so far.They have what I need every time I go there!!They actually have helium and awesome balloons to choosefrom. I was visiting my daughter in Bend Oregon and surprising her for her 30th birthday. I went to buy party favors and special balloons and other decorations. It was close to closing time (about an hour before) and picked up everything. The balloons were filled with helium - 30 of them. I also purchased 2 specialty balloons (Mylar) and realized when I got home to my daughters they had forgot to give me the specialty balloons. I tried calling and leaving a message several times and got no response. I finally got through on the Monday following and was leaving Bend on my way home. I asked for them to refund my money and they refused to. They said just next time I come In they will give me a credit toward purchase. Well I live out of town and never went back. Those balloons cost almost $6 to fill and the balloons themselves are expensive. Horrible customer service!

Honestly I am not imorimpre AT ALL! It was the only option I had other then online. My daughter wanted a mermaid party. I spend well over $40 on 5 things. One of them being a banner. When I took the banner out of the package. All the heads on the mermaid were completely folded over. The banner was made out of CHEAP paper. I could have made one better then this for way cheaper.

Fantastic store! It was super busy on the Saturday that I went in to order balloons for my daughters birthday party (a week before the party). There were a few customers that came in that were very impatient and had unrealistic expectations (its a party supply store on a Saturday - you are NOT the only one having a party or wanting balloons that day). The gentleman working there was extremely patient with everyone, even with multiple people (and, a few irrational toddlers) all wanting his attention at the same time. I chose a balloon arrangement based on one that he was creating when I got there, and I was not disappointed when I picked it up! They went above and beyond with our balloons. I will definitely be shopping there for all of my future celebration needs!

Great selection, better/ different than the big box stores. Needed a pinata and they had several. Happy to find them locally.

Came here today to get some balloons I ordered offline blown up after going two other places and being turned away since they had a “helium shortage” .we got a middle age man with glasses who was clearly flustered by the two other customers shopping. I had a airwalker balloon that consists of three separate balloons that stick together and he told me it would cost $80 in helium and that he was the only one in town that had the helium which was a fact I knew that’s why I was there in the first place. I had 24 plain colored balloons and this airwalker balloon that I walked away from the stone unflated. Highly disappointed in his curtness and lack of customer service . Will tell large family and friend to go elsewhere for all our birthdays and celebrations.
