Great service. I love the interior of this location, spacious and modern. I have stopped in to get work done at this location a few times, about half the time the music seems to be blasting. I’m all for loud music but a coffee shop doesn’t seem like the right space. It makes holding a conversation or getting in a work flow difficult (even with my noise canceling headphones). Besides that, definitely one of the best BR locations.

Black Rock is a very good stop! Its quick service and the coffee is perfect! The setup is always clean and friendly. The staff is also very sweet! I d give Black Rock a 10 star if youre a lover of coffee. Will definitely go back here if I will have a chance!

Been going here for over a year and have been very happy every time! Always get my order, no matter how big or small, very quickly. The food and pastries are always delicious and they even cater to gluten and dairy free. Excellent customer service as well!

Cool casual inside and out, wonderful tasting coffee, and friendly staff. They just busted out corporate, with 72 locations! So if youre not afraid of Capitalism, climb on board the crazy train!

Very good coffee and great smoothies. I have had the Mexican mocha and it is awesome.I have also had the apple, berry, and strawberry smoothie. I would stay away from the strawberry smoothie as it had the least flavor in the 3.

Blackout was okay. It did not taste like hazelnuts and it was not as creamy as I like but it was not bad.

Unless you can fit in their drive-thru, don’t bother. Everything says their seating area is open, doors are locked. Complete waste of time.

Today Black rock coffee experienced some issues with the card reader. I had placed an order and because I didn’t have cash, just use my card, they were so generous in blessing me with a free bag of espresso coffee at no cost......That is pretty awesome!!! 😁👍

LOL... I go through the drive up frequently. So I pull up at the order mic yesterday and this pleasent voice greets me with the question How are you? I said, Im having a rough morning, so not so good. The cheery voice came back, Thats great, what can I get for you? I replied, Its great that Im having a bad morning? The voice said, Yes, thats awesome, what can I get started for you? Now, I have never noticed any robots within the store, but I felt like I was in one of those SciFi movies where the computer only has certain programmed responses. It was good for a great laugh. At the window the young person with the headset was cheerfully working and all smiles, having no clue about the conversation. LOL

This place is large enough to accommodate most small meetings, BUT THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD IT DRIVES AWAY BUSINESS. Which seems OK with this very corporate coffee warehouse. Was told I could not be served in the porcelain here mug, only in the to go paper cup b/c my espresso was too small? Wierd. At least thats what I think she said, was really hard to hear her...

Would be great if they didnt lean out the window with their mask down to talk to me. Please wear your mask correctly.

The person serving me wasnt wearing their mask properly, I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought they might have not noticed it had slipped but when I pointed it out they moved it to barely above their nose and then a second later it was under. I would give less stars but the 5 star rating system sucks so Im not going to

Been here 4 visits...3 were meh and one was poor...* No blinds...seriously...it makes almost 2/3 of their tables horrible to sit at...mornings and afternoons...* 3 of my visits, my coffee was ready and sitting on the counter while the baristas talked to each other and their friends/customers. Its one thing to not break a conversation with a customer, but a coffee sitting there should be an indicator that somethings up. Not cool...* Their toaster pastries are excellent...cant say enough about them.* Dont plan on holding a conversation inside...between a complete lack of sound treatment on the ceilings and walls and the heavy bass of their music, this is more like a night club than a...wait a second...they may just be taking the bar in their name more directly than I thought...because thats exactly what this feels like.* Good coffee...enjoyed each one I ordered.Plenty of other spots in town, so I wont be back here unless Im meeting someone or driving past...

Come on! Two days in a row my large Carmel Blondie Chiller is not even close to full. I pay for a large and it comes in a large cup, but it looks like it wouldnt even fill a medium cup.

This place is ok. The staff are super great, I love that they have a drive thru, but their food and drinks are kind of hit or miss. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty bad, and I’ve had a couple dry/bland muffins here. Also, if you order a cappuccino, expect to be handed a latte.

Wifey and I love Black Rock! We love our Mocha dates here and we often use Black Rock as a cozy little place to study together. Staff is always amazing and super friendly. Especially Molly! Were very happy to have a Black Rock so close to home!

Great coffee, they have one of my favorite decaf Americano in town. They are actually open at coffee shop hours, so if you need early.morning coffee this is the place to go. They have a variety of snacks as well.

We discovered Black Rock when visiting Chandler, AZ. We didnt realize at the time it was a chain that started in Oregon. We love mochas, and Black Rock makes our favorite one in Bend, and in Arizona.

Every time me and my family either go inside or through the drive thru we always have a great experience. The baristas are always super friendly. Being a creature of habit I always order the iced green tea with lavender. Recently Ive been adding a breakfast sandwich to the mix. The sandwich with ham and pesto is sooooo good!! I believe Too Sweet Cakes makes it. Either way, try yourself a green tea with lavender and a breakfast sandwich!

The customer service and coffee was great but the lack of shades in the windows made the experience frustrating. It turns the location into a drive thru only. As out of towners wanting a good coffee shop to visit with friends, this was disappointing - if they invested in shades so the sun wasnt in your eyes the whole time (we got there @9am ) this location would be great.
