Riff cold brew brightens my morning each and every day. I love their bag in a box and always have at least 1 in the fridge. The shop is huge with ample seating and high ceilings. The staff is extremely friendly and I am so grateful for all that they do, especially in these crazy Covid times.
Riff is amazing! My wife and I took our friends with kids there for dinner. Us adults each tried a different cocktail and loved them, plus the kids enjoyed the food and atmosphere (although coloring pages would be nice!). The staff was noticeably friendly and helpful with their menu. Since then Ive gone back just to work during the day and enjoy a tasty and refreshing cold brew. Overall, I highly recommend the place!
How do I give Riff more than 5 stars?- the food is out of this world - definitely my new favorite in all of Bend and one of the absolute best in Bend, hands down- their space in the Box factory is really great - bright colors, a loft area, ample seating, just super cool vibes- the service has always been outstanding - kudos to the Riff team!- great events calendar- two words: cold brewThank you guys!
Absolutely amazing service tonight!! Everyone on staff was friendly and outgoing. Our drinks and food were delicious. What a creative cocktail menu!!!For us, going out the environment and serviceIs just as important as the quality of food and drink. 5 stars across the board.The Hummus Trio is wonderful, make sure to bring sharing with lots of people or plan to take some home. It’s a generous serving. The soup and club sandwich were a perfect combo on this somewhat chilly June night.
My husband and I love going here. The staff is amazing; very welcoming and genuine to us every time. The food, cocktails, and cold brew are top notch. Highly recommend to anyone! Great for both a quick bite or extended meal
We loved Riff for all of its flavorful and colorful dishes and drink choices. There is a great variety in seating with two levels to choose from. We happened to go on the open mic night and it was enjoyable. We are looking forward to going in the morning sometime to try out their coffee.
One of the most creatively relaxing dining experiences in Bend. The cold brew coffee is has distinctive artisanal notes that wow the palate. The menu is delicious and meticulous. The “Kale-Yeah” salad is my personal favorite, though you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Bend offers a lot of excellent choices regarding cocktails. Riff’s craft cocktails are second to none, especially when infused with their cold brew coffee selections. Well done, Riff!
I went to Riff today for lunch and had their Pork & Brie sandwich. Portion size was perfect and it came with a large side of chips and a pickle. Super tasty! Great, friendly service that was on point. Everything was clean & bright with a solid locals atmosphere. Definitely will be going back.
I went there for a quick drink and had an amazing bartender. The food was awesome too! I had tyler, Alexa, and Jess helping me. What an amazing staff and great food. I had the pork and Brie sandwich and it was mouthwatering. I will definitely be going back.
Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The chicken club sandwich was delicious. Root beer was tasty as well. My husband tried the coffee flight and was very pleased. Plan to return again soon so we can try some of the small plates.
This aint no coffee shop. While there are tasty cold brewed coffee options galore, this restaurant also has amazing craft cocktails, draft beer collaborations and the food is so good! I love that you can get breakfast all day. The menu is creative and healthy—love everything Ive tried for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Great Food! Riff has become of my favorite lunch spots in Bend. The chicken club sandwich and the biscuits and gravy are both awesome. Hot cold brew is a good thing too.

We love the food! First we loved the pork/ Brie sandwich (shareable), then the Brisket Bowl (a beauty to behold and cool blended flavors and a lot to eat), but after trying the Forager Bowl today, it’s getting hard to pick my fav!
I hated coffee until I tried their cold brew. Wonderful! They added whiskey and it was even better. I also love their fountain drinks with rootbeer or cardamom hibiscus my favorites. Plus their food is really good. Worth the adventure!

Theyre cold brew is simply fantastic! They have a great selection and some really fun drinks. You need to try their beers infused with cold brew as well as their cold brew that is served hot. Its so creamy and so delicious.

Hands down the BEST cold brew coffee I have ever tried- so rich and smooth, its hard to not want to sit here and have 4 pints of coffee- good thing they offer decaf! The new taproom makes a great unique date spot with its extensive offerings of coffee infused cocktails and delicious food, or just a great tasting room and restaurant to show off what Bend has to offer beyond the beer scene. Excellent service too- loved our server, Erin. Cant wait to go again- I recommend the El Hefe cocktail- you will be amazed!
The hummus plate was awesome! Really good price for the portion size of three different types of hummus. Plus way more unique than all the tap houses/breweries selling hummus plates around town!
What a cool spot in the middle of it all.....Unlike any place I have ever been! Awesome food and craft cocktails! Walking distance to downtown and the gateway to the Old Mill district. Highly Recommend this sweet spot!
Really cool selection of cold brew coffee, with and without nitro. They even have all the caffeine concentrations labeled. Menu has a lot of gluten free and vegan options as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

Stopped in for a snack and we were IMPRESSED 😁 The hummus plate was enormous and a great price, and fresh and different offerings. We also had a couple flights- loved that not just beer, but a flight of any of their drinks were offered!
All I can say is great atmosphere, great food ( thank you rooster ) and amazing drinks. I recommend the El Chappo but be prepared to walk home or get a uber. The taste is excellent. Highly recommend
Riff Taproom is unlike any other restaurant in Bend, Or. Not only does it serve cold brewed coffee all day, it has a wide selection of offerings. From half caffeinated, to nitro, to coffee cocktails and coffee infused beers. The food is unexpected, vibrant, and tasty. They even have some yummy vegan options. This is my favorite new restaurant, it is 100% worth a try!
Unique restaurant with a full bar, 30 taps, HOT and cold brewed coffees, plus a full lunch and dinner food menu. Their breakfast menu is so delicious too! I highly recommend this unique place for work gatherings, family outtings, friendly meetups and all individuals young, and old! The staff is friendly, service is prompt, and food is outstanding. Fan for life!
My wife and I have been to Riff now a few times and every time its surprised us with what it has to offer. I really like their El Jefe cocktail because it goes super well with any of the food items on the menu + its got tequila in it! My wife likes their Coldpresso and Mai Tai. Food is excellent and we havent had a bad meal here. Our favorite though is the Chefs Board. The location of this place couldnt be any better, right in the heart of Old Mills cool new neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.

Got hooked when I tried the cold brew coffee sampler! Then I tried their food and was really impressed. I have been back enough times to say that Ive tried almost everything on their menu and all of it has been tasty!
Riff is the absolute best way to get your caffeine + craft cocktail fix all in one. Im a huge fan of the make your own chefs board, and my vegan boyfriend is all about the forager bowl (minus the cheese- just ask, they are super friendly and happy to accommodate dietary needs, vegan/gluten-free, etc.) Great atmosphere, and ultra friendly staff!
The word Riff reminds me of a good hook in music. And just like that, Riff Cold Brewed Coffee is the kind of place that hooks you and pulls you in. What I like about it is everything. I cant always say this. But when you walk in, the large open space is welcoming, and the buildout design with colors and graphics is well done. It not only looks good, but it guides your eye to what is important. The menu. The name might make you think its all about cold brewed coffee. But if you dont take a chance and go in, youll really miss out. It doesnt matter if you love coffee, beer, cider, wine, cocktails, or kombucha ... Riff has it all. The tap list is manageable (not too many brews) and all beer varieties are well represented. But what really blew my mind is the FOOD. I didnt expect a coffee shop to have refined food choices that fit this adventurous mountain town we love. I had the special, the FALL BRISKET ... oh man. Im not embarrassed to say this is one of the best meals I have had in recent years, here or anywhere else. This is comfort food in Bend style at its finest. Do yourself a favor and get the Fall Brisket while its in season ... however long that will be. If you arent into good food, at least try out a Nitro cold brewed coffee. If you dont love it, you have permission to ignore any other review from me. :)
I like the atmosphere, snacks and the cold brew choices. Little pricey. Just wish they had more options in terms of HOT coffee which would raise my rating to a 4.

Stopped in with my 11-year-old for cold brewed coffee (and local kombucha on tap!) and was pleasantly surprised to find some awesome healthy food too. My son loved the homemade cheese-its, and I was so into my veggie and hummus plate that I took a photo of it. (Cant find it now...) I cant wait to go back (without aforementioned 11-year-old) for happy hour. Those craft cocktails (coffee and whiskey? whuhhhh??) look delish.
Omg, the La Vida Mocha and Swedish Coffee Break is must try. Sadly it will be gone soon. Get it if you can. Nice and bright place. Cheers!
Pickled veggies weren’t pickled long enough so it was basically vinegar covered crudité.Also, it had way too many coriander seeds on it. Who likes to eat 10-15 whole coriander seeds per bite of food? It got too tedious to pick each wet seed off my cauliflower so I gave up. Plus, the cauliflower wasn’t cut into bite size pieces.I supposed the “artisan” cheeze-its had legs, but I couldn’t really get a good feel for them as I was served about 9 1/2 of them for $3.50. That felt like a rip-off.My friend had a good arugula salad and I would order that, if I were ever going back there.The coffee tasted old and stale as a stand-alone cold brew. Cocktails are ridiculously over-priced, but that’s probably the fault of the monopoly the OLCC has on liquor in this state.Tip to the bartender... if a guy orders a drink that he doesn’t know is served in a martini glass, maybe you should let him know so he can choose to have it in a different glass. This is Bend, not L.A.In response... you didn’t eat as many whole coriander seeds as I did that day. Can’t remember what day it was exactly. Also, I’ve tried your bottled cold brew too, and it has the same problem — stale flavor. Hence 1 Star.

I had a terrible experience here. Horrible customer service, staff misinformed us multiple times, told us they hadn’t kept track of who had ordered what and refused to split our bill at the end after assuring us that we could before we ordered. And all this after we had called ahead to be sure they could accommodate us, and offered to order and pay individually at the counter. I left feeling completely disrespected. I never complain about service, but when I did go up to talk to them about our bill being split and being misinformed by the staff, they refused to work with us at all. Never go here with a group, they will lie about splitting the bill and make pay together so that they can give themselves a clearly UNEARNED automatic 20% tip.
