The pizza is so bad, its good, and its strangely addictive. The staff can be a little surly, but Im pretty sure these guys work 7 days a week, and they have to deal with tourists, so I cant blame them. Be nice.Their prices on many things are wrong or missing. But its there, they have pizza and donuts, its clean, and the coffee is good.

A good out of the way stop for something quick.Subway is always good and one of the best cups of coffee in Bend

Been goin here for a few years now since I live in drw, the staff are usually pretty nice and while some things are overpriced I almost always have a good visit there.

Holy moly!!!! This place is WAY overpriced. $11 for a 6 pack of coors light? You can get a 12 pack for that price ANYWHERE else. Stay away from this greedy place.

Most of the employees there are dim witted and have no idea what theyre doing. I went in the other night asked for $20 regular gas even had to take my mask off to say it again when I went to cash out at the register my fuel bill was $65.24 the attendant then lied and said I said fill it Im very disappointed with her lying and the actions of the store.

I wouldnt give them even one star Ive been in there alot and everytime one of the clerks are rude not helpful.The clerk today tried telling me that I couldnt buy ice on food card.Like I was doing something wrong by getting ice for work Ill never shop there again thats the last time that I get disrespected from that place it is not up to the store wether or not I can purchase ice. Horable service.

If I could give this business -4, I would. Me and my 2 young daughters (13, 10 yrs) stopped to use the restroom and buy snacks on our way to some hotsprings yesterday. We didnt have our masks, as I just spent $400 the day before yesterday on my natuopathic appt for a sinus/ear infection Ive had for past 3 weeks and cannot wear one at this moment in time. I wasnt buying anything for myself, and when we went to check out the maskhole at the front counter took the food away from my children and said we couldnt be in there without a mask. I asked to just pay quickly for my kids stuff and go, but he confiscated the food and harrasses us. My kids were in tears when we got to the car. Ill never give my money EVER to this busiuness and I hope my story spreads. There is NO NEED EVER to be that rude to a paying customer who wants to support your business in the toime of a lockdown. Shame on this gentleman who has no mortal compass for his actions.

Love this place! Ive lived in DRW most of my life, and while the store can be overpriced, its extremely convenient if youre near by. And its a great spot to watch trains if youre anything like me. Theres a nice little sort of park area. I always go there to get my old truck filled too, since they sell no ethenol gas at a decent price. The staff can be slightly rude at times, but if you get to know them theyre actually pretty cool people. A lot of them that Ive met dont have the easiest lives, so dont hate on them if theyre having a bad day.

I just came to the riverwoods country store and clearly asked for $25 regular fuel in my truck and told the cashier twice $25 regular fuel. when it was finished I got my reciept for $92.93! they filled my truck instead of the $25 I asked for and put it all my debit card. when I mentioned that I only asked for $25 the gas pump attendant went to the cashier and asked him and he said he thought I asked for a fill. I asked for a manager as i cant afford to pay that much more then i needed and he told me he was the manager and there was nothing he was willing to do to fix this as it was already charged to my card.he refused to refund me the difference. terrible customer service. I would not recommend them. they will obviously rip their customers off for a which buck.

Pumper was the rudest man i have ever dealt with getting gas ever!! And they where super rude to MU GF and daughter inside as well. Maybe everyone was having a bad day !!!

Alaskan store prices!!!!!!!!. And if you check there dried goods/ canned goods most are expired. The staff in the store and subway are rude and slow. They act as if you are bothering them with your purchases. It’s worth it to pass them up. Unless your in absolute need or a hurry. I can promise you this is not a convenient store. Plan a head. Pass them up.

They have Ethanol-free gas at a decent price and give you full service when you pull up. Fantastic place that you might miss when you’re driving by. I need some fuel for a snow blower so I’ll be back today for that.

Great local store with basic essentials. It has its own pizza shop and Subway on the inside. This store has been around forever and definitely is a great place to stop along your trip. The staff has always been great, and are always friendly.

Plentiful amount of parking and a little patch of grass. This place makes a great rest area.I have experienced horrible customer service more than once from an employee that goes by the name of George. Because of this the whole atmosphere has a negative energy. I go out of my way to avoid shopping here because George is the worst employee Ive ever encountered.

I only come here when I absolutely have to. Ive never bought anything inside but if the service inside is even the better half of what Ive gotten on every occasion except once, I would not purchase from them. The fuel service is always slow and the people have been incredibly rude and unfriendly. Ive been there at least 7 times and only once was the attendant kind. Make it into Bend, if you can.

You might want to explain what a convenience store is to you employee Mark. He seems to believe that people stay up all night to come bug him. I stopped in and said hello, if he was alone and when he got a chance I needed some propane. Mark comes barreling out saying do you all stay up at night waiting for us to open? His job, which he does do well, is mostly customer service to SERVE THE CUSTOMER not the other way around.Mark gets a -5, the store is graded above

Right at closing I asked to get gas that it was urgent and they said not here even though there were still people here and they were closing they refused to give me any gas and Ive been driving since 8 oclock last night its 8:11 p.m. now so almost 24 hours Ive been on the road now I am 30 miles from my destination and Im stuck point-blank refused to give me any service and it was 0 degrees outside I was driving on black ice for the first time petrified and out of gas just imagine
