We use this store for our mail. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Great experience shipping from there! Very little wait and the staff members (I worked with Cameron) were very knowledgeable. He helped me save money and walked me through the process. Overall a great experience and I plan to send my packages out from them from now on!

Terrible customer service and very poor management!

People here very nice but not efficient. If your customers need to pay for witness signatures as well as the public notary, you should let them know in advance not expect them to automatically know that. If you don’t, you are committing extortion.

Visited twice today, once on my own to shred some documents and was taken care of within about 5 minutes, if that. Second time was to ship an item that we were quoted by another company about 1500 to do. They quoted 400ish and were able to stack other items. We also had about 16 antique/collector duck decoys and they were excited to help us ship them out. We all had a good time making jokes and having fun, but they were all very professional and gave us all confidence that our family heirlooms would be taken care of on their cross-country trip.Emily was the one that took care of all the paperwork, made the process very easy, and put us all at ease.

I have an online retail business and almost daily I walk to Pack Ship & More on Century Dr. Its a nice way for me to take my little dog on a walk and drop my packages off.Now today was different, very different. There was a sign on the door saying they will no longer accept pre-paid USPS packages during the holidays ! They posted the address of the post office on NE 4th St.Thats like McDonalds say the will no longer accept gift cards during the holidays!Are you kidding!! I have spent money in that store! Its 15 min away from my home. Keeps me out of my car, good for the green journey and everything else, blah, blah, blah.So the girl with the BIG attitude told me to go away, not nice, just a big fat no!So when you open up a store to fill the needs of community members that live in that area, you damn well better do it right!The sandwich board out front says we got you! In what way do you got me?Im a bend oregon native since 1962, so its no wonder there are so many angry locals!

Pack Ship & More is great and I have had a box with them for over a year. I use them for a variety of services. Everytime I come in they are hard at work but always take the time to ask if I need help. Centrally located and very well run.

These folks are great. The put a shame to the US post office. These people are friendly and helpful. They are not miracle workers but if your kind and show up prepaired they can make all your shipping, notery, copy, fax and to top it off knife shaping needs happy quick and easy. Youd be a fool to go anyplace else.

This is a great little store for convenient shipping of packages. Clean and tidy, they offer some stationary supplies and other nick nacks. Workers are very friendly and helpful, very convenient for people who live on the West side of Bend.

I recently had to mail a return. I dont have a printer and I usually print things out from the library, but I figured Id save myself a trip and see if these guys could print the label off from a USB stick. They said they could, popped the stick in their computer and printed it off. Easy, friendly, helpful, took 30 seconds or less.The papers were 10 cents each, which prices competitively with the library, but they charged me $2 for computer timeshare. On top of charging me $16 to ship something which cost $7 to ship TO me, I left feeling I might as well have just kept the thing for all the money Ive spent on it.The people were friendly, the only complaint I have is that it seemed to me that the amount I paid did not reflect the service rendered.

Great service with very friendly employees.

I needed passport photos. They printed the blurry photos and made me pay for them. And wanted to charge me again when I asked them to take another picture so the photo is not blurry/fuzzy. Save your money and go to Costco or Fedex in downtown if you need passport photos. This location is not for passport photos. I will never go back to this pack and ship again. Customer service is non-existent.

I went there to get four pages copied yesterday. After I was done it was told that it was $3.00 for the copies. I was in a hurry and did not protest, but will not return.

30 seconds off 4:30 and couldnt get my photo taken for my passport. Watted in line for 30minutes and she didnt care, was treated tarbly.Worst service ever.
