A couple of years ago I built two duplicate apartments on our ranch, upstairs and downstairs, behind RV and Boat storage. I had a local glass company install custom glass shower doors in both bathrooms. These doors were poorly designed and leaked almost immediately (a lot). I had them come back a couple of times but they never fixed it. After two years, I gave up, did some research, and called GG&M.I explained my problem, and GG&M got a great guy out to evaluate and make suggestions. We opted to rip out the old (almost new) shower doors, and simply replace them. The result was a stunningly positive experience in all phases (design, install, end-result). Knowing how we wanted to avoid any leaking whatsoever, they engineered special protection, and fit everything very closely. The result is two shower doors that are beautiful, fit perfectly, and dont leak at all (not one drop).Ive learned that in this category, you get what you pay for. I went cheap the first time. The second time, I opted for quality and reputation. This company has my glass business for life. You may be able to find a cheaper solution, but dont go that way. Hire the pros. In Bend, for glass doors, thats Guarantee Glass and Mirror. As lousy as the other glass company was ... is how good these guys are on the other end of the spectrum.

They were fast at having the mirror on my door replaced at a reasonable price and very friendly staff.

I cant speak for the work, but the customer service seems pretty awful. A woman answered and told me she couldnt help me, gave no indication of why, and then hung up on me before I could say anything else.
