Off centered embroidery on my daughters first Easter basket. Offered to try to repair, but could not guarantee it wouldn’t ruin the basket overall plus the commute back and forth was going to be difficult for me. Owner was responsive & tried to be helpful, but never offered to refund or discounted the job.
