Seemed more than happy to help me out with a safety lock on a short notice, urgent need. We agreed I would come by the shop during regular hours the following day and to my surprise and disappointment, the shop was closed. To his credit, this was the day before thanksgiving so I completely understand taking time off. However, he shouldn’t have told me he would be there, or at the very least he should have called me back to say he wouldn’t be so I could try and make other arrangements. As a result, he lost my business today, and any future business I would have sent his way unfortunately. I just can’t deal with businesses or people who don’t follow through with their commitments.

These are the nicest people I’ve met well being in bend. They treat you like family and they know what they’re doing.

WAY overpriced!! He was 8 WEEKS! late delivering 3 shotguns that only needed cleaning. He made repeated promises of having guns done at a certain time and totally failed to finish in time. When guns were finally finished he never called to say they were doneHe did shoddy work at a horrible price. At the beginning he wouldn’t commit to an estimate for the work and now it’s obvious so he can gouge people. Don’t ever go here! You’ll be poorly serviced

Had Bryan put an apex trigger kit and Dawson sights on my M&P 2.0 9mm. The job was done when promised, and is he is great to deal with. Have taken the pistol back to him to have the rear sight adjusted at no cost. Will be taking any future jobs to him for sure.

Outstanding gunsmith, I brought in a pistol that had a round seized in the chamber. He had it out in minutes and got my favorite pistol working again. If you need repairs or work, give this guy a call!

Brian was fantastic. The slide lock release on my S&W .40 broke one day at the range so everytime I fired, the slide would stay open. I took the gun to Brian and within a couple of days and 15 dollars later, my gun was working perfectly. I wouldnt go to anyone else for my gunsmithing. Thank you, Brian!
