This place is easy to pass up, but I’m glad I didn’t. The selection is small, but the products they carry are ones in familiar with, and that I know I like. I like the small business feel of it; I’m use to the larger chains and boutiques, so it was a nice change. I felt welcome, and had a nice chat about the industry with Hunter.Great place. Cute store. Nice people. The only thing I’d change is inventory size.

Went in 3x during my most recent visit to Bend. After picking up some phenomenal bud I couldn’t resist going back to pick up more. I adore the deli- style kind of set up. I like being able to see, smell and pick the amount I want vs. prepackaged containers you typically get elsewhere. I didn’t get names but all the employees who helped me were great. The two who helped me today were fantastic. I asked what they’ve been smoking and what they recommend. I love a bud tender who can tell me what they like vs just trying to sell me whatever. The Apple Pay feature as well as the card option are so sweet. I left a very happy customer and can’t wait to return.P.s. I’m all the way from Aberdeen, Washington (we get some rad deals) and I’ll definitely say the product you receive is worth your money.

Was visiting the area from Spokane, Wa., and made a stop there. The staff was great and the flower was fire, with awesome prices. Even picked up a hoodie as a souvenir, it has now become my favorite. Definitely a place I will visit again next time Im in the area.

Whether you’re just visiting or a local looking for a good shop, this is the place. When I moved back to Bend I tried out nearly every shop in the area looking for “my shop” and this is definitely one of the finest. I have never been disappointed by the the Bud Tenders or the selection, every single visit would have earned five stars. I straight up feel like I’m going to my buddy’s house to pick up some weed. Yes, it’s that awesome. If you don’t want spend as much time or money as I have looking for the best shop in Bend just go to Higher Elevation.

I am moving to Southern California this week & I am going to miss everyone at Higher Elevation so much!! The staff has been so educational & helpful. My boyfriend chase and I come to this place several times a week and every time we come in we are greeted by everyone working and they always know who we are! Its awesome and I have noticed they do this with every customer, i love it! Not only is every employee that works there incredibly friendly they are also very knowledgeable about their products and everything we buy is fantastic and at a great price point as well. If your considering to go to any other dispensary just go here you will find yourself making this dispensary your choice everytime after! Keep up the great work guys! Your awesome.

Great shop! The budtenders are very nice and knowledgeable. I have been to most places in town and this one is my favorite.

Shout out to Hunter for his superb help in finding me the right product to try out. Because there were no other customers at the time, we talked extensively, I learned a lot, and, he was open to my feedback, which helped clarify a question for me and which ended up educating us both. He admitted his error professionally and sincerely, and I walked away with that product. Other than that, cozy, well appointed, easy to get to and park behind, street, in designated spots, and apparently a very therapeutically inclined dispensary. They are focused on “well-rounded” products, and don’t have the shark mentality when it comes to sales in my experience. I appreciate that.
